The Sales and Customer Care team have been great to work with. They explained everything and helped with anything I needed in regards to my home fixes after moving in. The title company was my worst headache and very frustrating to work with.

Wonderful experience! Have met so many neighbors that have said the same. Definitely recommending to friends and family!

10 points for the sales department and for the people in charge of handling complaints about things in the house that must be repaired or improved. A big difference with the closing department. Communication with the client in this part of the process is scarce, stressful, and leaves the client in a vacuum over the progress of the process.

Outstanding service and quality from the builders and team at Lennar Mira Mesa. We visited the home weekly and often they would repair the smallest things before we even had a chance to say anything. Oscar and Jose are absolutely fantastic and by far and large were the best part of our first home buying purchase!!!

Overall a great experience, the only hiccup we had was not related to Lennar, but everything has been great so far.

Materials and quality of build are great.

This was my first home buying experience and it was awesome! Everyone was very patient with me, informative and responded quickly. Chip, in my book was the most amazing! He went above and beyond on many occasions to make sure I was good and happy. He made me feel very valued by choosing lennar.

He does good work, could pick up items that have come from others working on new homes. I have 2 tire that are flat. No one takes responsive for them You could find out.

Front office at the arboretum in Fontana, ca was awesome however, eagle home mortgage was unorganized, poor communication, just terrible.

Townhouse came out beautiful. Very happy with the construction.

Lennar's quality of workmanship and value for price can't be beat. The limited options available for upgrades is great as it eliminates the nickel and dime mentality that most home builders partake in. However buying a home is a large investment and there should be a limited opportunity to customize where it doesn't impact cost or timelines. Being told no for every little thing is very off putting.

As a first time buyer, I was disappointed with the lack of options I had regarding building a brand new house. I didn't want dual sinks and I didn't want all the "smart house" tech, but there was no other option. Speaking of no options, I couldn't get tile or hardwood floors and I wasn't able to choose what was planted in my own front yard! Aside from those issues, the process itself was fantastic. My construction manager Jeff was extremely trustworthy and on top of everything. When we first met to go over things, he wrote down a date the house would be done by. When all was said and done, the house ended up being finished two days earlier than projected! On the walkthrough, Jeff pointed out issues we didn't even see. His honesty and integrity really put me at ease during a stressful time. The Lennar warranty is a real thing. I followed up with them about some issues with the house and the new construction manager, Brian, was on it very quickly. He also kept in constant touch with me throughout. Felicia my sales associate was very nice and would always be checking in via email and phone. Aside from frustrations on options for the house, everything else has been wonderful. I feel I purchased my first home for builders who were out for my best interest!

The staff is friendly and responsive, the quality is good, only gripe is the inability to add some customizations (like having rooms painted ahead of time, or different fixtures).

We love our new home. Everything is great!

The building manager, Noe, for our area in Corpus Christi has been phenomenal since we did our walk through. He has gone out of his way multiple times to see if we needed help with anything or just checking in to see how our home is doing. Any issue I have brought up was immediately addressed and corrected. He makes sure the entire area stays as clean as possible even though our entire area is under construction. He has been very professional.

I am satisfied with the overall buying process; however, since moving in we have noticed several issues with appliances not functioning properly. More recently, significant cracks have begun to appear in the corners of multiple rooms. There are also cracks in the stucco, and in some areas pieces of stucco have fallen off. I am unsure whether these issues are considered normal settling or if they indicate poor workmanship or material quality.

Closing on the house was confusing, we were given no updates until about a week before the closing when WE finally contacted Lennar and asked what was going on. The program the closing office was using to electronically sign didn't work, and they had to switch to a different program which stressed me out on a very busy day for me at work. The office we went to to pick up the keys was disorganized and very crowded with many people all trying to close. We were also disappointed that Lennar has cut out some basic components to the house, garage door opener, towel bars and toilet paper holders etc, making us have to track down and install them ourselves. Lennar's slogan used to be "everything's included", I guess not anymore. Also one month after purchasing the home, the hot water heater died. Warranty service sent a plumber out the same day, who said there was a loose wire, but he didn't say where the wire was. The manufacturer of the heater? At the circuit breaker? We love the home and the process and were surprised at the upgrades offered at an affordable cost. Walk through was easy and things were taken care of quickly however we are finding trade debris we missed (caulk and mortar in weird places). We also feel that sales is not informed of potential land and construction issues. In the days of work from home, we need internet and the lack of empathy or help from sales lacked when we discovered the lines were not completed at the street and hit the run around. I didn’t appreciate being pinned in the middle.

The house have a good potential to became your confortable zone in whiche you can relax and enjoy the quiet and the view. But you need to work hard until you reach your ideal project. There are only the basic items and needs a lot of upgrade fetures in order to become a well funtional home. Be prepare to add a list 20 thousands dallars to complete all the necessary items missing or improvments needed. But the house is worted the money you will spend on it.

I was impressed with the fast and organized home-buying experience Lennar has developed. I have purchased many homes in my lifetime and this was different. Mostly good, but at times a little impersonal. The purchase, walk through, and closing went quickly. Patrick was a delight to work with and really went out of his way to help me with getting a mortgage suitable to our needs. Victoria was very responsive. I was impressed with how quickly a small problem was resolved on move in day. My son and his wife occupy this home and they are extremely happy.

As a first time buyer it wasn't that bad but the delivery of the house was delayed by almost 6 weeks. Customer service is good.

Our sales person, Kimberly, was wonderful. We felt comfortable with her and that she was giving all the information we needed. Mortgage was another strory and that has been a big problem for Lennar for years. This is our 3rd Lennar home and the mortgage dept. is always a issue. Closing for the most part was good. We were told we would get our $5000 deposit check back at closing, we didn't receive it for about 2 weeks later and 20 phone calls. Also, no deed in the package and no real introduction to obtaining services at the amenties center. Warranty with Guilmero is the best Lennar has done in years. He know his business, responds as to what needs to be done and how to address it. Right now, we have a issue with warranty and they want a virtual phone meeting. We find that totally unacceptable.
