Great quick service good experience

We had issues with our walkthroughs and continue to have issues almost 2 months after closing. Each walkthrough, construction issues were not addressed and more issues were created due to sloppy workmanship. We had a confrontation with the construction supervisor, Rob, and then he called the salesperson, Allen, while we were in the office to yell and cuss him out for allowing us into the home that we had already put money down. A crack in our kitchen cabinet was addressed multiple times and the same crack continues to come back because it was somehow caulked rather than replacing the cabinet. After closing, we put in a work order to have the cabinet replaced, the cabinet vendor came out not prepared and we continue to wait for a response. After closing, we discovered a crack in the granite countertop, that our customer service rep, Alex stated is not covered under the warranty. We let him know that we had not even moved into the house so there was no way we created that damage. He took a look at the crack and said it didn't look like there was negligence our part because of the odd place the crack was in. Lennar was thorough and worked with us to get us the dream home we’ve wanted. As it came close to closing, Tom was on top of everything and cared deeply about getting it all right for us.

We would Recommend everyone that is thinking about a new home to give Lennar Homes a shot. You won't be sorry very professional company that really care about you and your needs .Thanks again.

Too many ants inside the house, and the brake power auto off every day, lost mail in the mailbox

Extremely bad experience. Would not recommend their preferred lender. If you have a lender, use your lender.

They had us go sign papers across town during an ice storm knowing full well that it wouldn’t record because the trades had not been able get to the house to fix the blue tape issues due to the weather. The next day we were supposed to have our final walk through. I emailed them that morning at 9:00 am asking if it was going to happen at 11:00 because the weather was still bad. No response. We drove to the house to find no one there. They informed us while we were sitting out front of the house it wasn’t going to happen so our move was delayed a week. I had to reschedule the pod delivery and movers and had to pay extra fees. When we asked Lennar to cover those fees the consulted their legal dept and in the contract it says they can reschedule with reasonable notice. Apparently same day notice is reasonable, so they didn’t cover the extra costs. The fighting with them and their lack of communication ruined the excitement of being able to move into our now home. ... More

I'm new to Texas and to Lennar. My experience with Lennar's teams of professionals has been out of the box, amazing. Everything was handled either over the phone, on-line or via text other than my initial viewing of the home and the two walk-throughs of which my son attended in my stead. If I can get through the the process of purchasing a home while still residing in North Carolina and EXTREMELY technology deficient, anyone can! I highly recommend Lennar. I feel like Family!

Every aspect of the home buying process was exceptional. The team offered wonderful help throughout the purchasing process. We couldn't be more excited about our experience with Lennar.

The condition at closing was as is from the walkthrough. Blue tapes were removed without item taken care off. Issues had to be repeated numerous times prior to it being taken care off even when documented. The space to the attic and in between floor was painted shut..now either a knife or something must be use to cut out in order to assess the location. At the end, Tyler had to work on resolving most of the issues on his own in order to close. Closing was pushed by a week. I have purchased Lennar homes in the past, however this house will be my last.

Make sure all the issues are cover before you sign any documents, once you sign it will take a miracle to get something done when you want it I’m still waiting for answers on several issues

Lennar was a huge blessing for us in search of our first home. Not only did they have the best price around, but also were able to get us the best fixed interest rate around at nearly 2% below the going rates. The home was above par from finish work, lay out, all the way to outward street appearance. Our only complaint was the Lennar agent we worked with was often very hard to get ahold of to answer our questions or concerns. Other than that, it was a phenomenal experience for our little family.

Run far away. Lennar uses subpar materials and even poorer contractors. So many problems with our new house. And when you call they just lie and deflect. Horrible company. Horrible customer service. The worst experience possible. Buy anything else.

Nice place and valuable for future

The wholes Sales process was very pleasant. The buiders were very helpful. They knew what they were doing. Their were some things to fix in brand new house. The builder fixed them all.

Everyone at Lennar was extremely resourceful, and were always ready to answer any questions I had. I am very happy with the help they provided.

We recently bought our first new home at Lennar. We were kinda new in the process. But Lennar team helped a lot! They guided us through the process and supported on every step. Huge respect and thank you to Angella! Separate thank you to Kyle, Elizabeth, Jessica and the rest of the team. The house we bought is amazing! We would to say a huge THANK YOU to the whole Lennar team! Great job!!!

Love my new house and the facilities they have

Our sales rep Karina was super helpful and respectful she was there to answer any of our questions that we had. The title guys were also very nice and helpful the walk through goat of our home was a horrible experience being first time home buyer Scott the one who led the buyer walk was pushy punching the home himself instead of attending our needs and concerns on the home. But Karina was there to ease our minds and help us get through that obstacle to continue with the purchasing process. Big shout out to Karina.

Glad to have choosen Lennar for my home purchased. They worked with me and the whole team was very attentive and quick to answer any concerns. Process was fast and easy lots of reliefs. Very few minor details at the inspection which were all resolved by closing date. Very satisfied with my home.

The only good experience about this entire process was Jean and Kim. The lender was a terrible experience. The builder started out nice but after the close didn’t really care anymore. Still waiting on promised items. With me buying the flagship house first one on the corner at the entrance of the neighborhood you would think I would be the last client you would want to treat bad. Your reputation is on the line and word of mouth is everything.

Poor supervision of Sub contractor's workmanship. Low quality hardware. Lack of hardware: No towel bars. No backing for towel bars. Careless / unnecessary damage to finished items like walls, concrete, pavers, windows, etc. while being built. Things that can't be repaired Complete disregard for buyers desire to have a few simple additions to the home while being built: Refusal to add an outlet, light, or insulate walls Lack of follow through to ensure deficiencies found on walk through are repaired properly or at all. ( I took five inspections to get to closing and at the end I finally gave up and decided to fix some things myself) ... More

I feel that there should be some personal contact I needed some guidance during the process a phone call might go a long way instead of an email
