From start to finish the experience we have had with Lennar has been great both with the sales team and construction. When we visited in June Todd did a great job providing the information we were looking for and resulted in us deciding to build a home in TAMMs Farm. Don was very informative through out the building process providing us updates on the home, Edgar did a great job on the final walk and making sure all last minutes fixes on the house were done, and Steve has been great assisting with any questions we have had about the home once moving. In the future would use Lennar again!

From the very start I had issues with the loan officer not being proactive and responding to messages in a timely manner. The day of closing my name was not spelled correctly in the title/documents. I have been in the home and there is something going on with the plumbing where the toilet does not flush properly. There were also missed parts that were not painted by the time I closed on home. I unfortunately noticed a discrepancy in the fence but since I closed on the home lennar is no longer responsible. I would NOT recommend lennar the homes are built very fast and the little details are missed we had to close remotely they did not want to work with us going in person to sign our documentation if we had any questions. Closing on the home was not a good day we were very stressed out calling everyone to fix my name on documents and then was being told if I did not close that day I would have to pay a fee (even though it was THEIR mistake) ... Easy and painless experience

Compared to the model home, Lennar made several cost cutting changes, without alerting the buyer. They cut the quality of the front door, counter tops, closet in the dining area, and bathroom vanity lighting. In their rush to close before the end of the month, there were numerous repairs that needed to be made. It will take months before most of these are addressed. Their quality control is non existent, as their focus is on volume and profits. We bought this house because we liked the layout and view, and that is basically all we got.

lenders dishonest and delayed, loss of income, horrible finished product, cheap and fast, nics chaulk, dry wall, carpet, worst experience start to now. will do everything possible forever to help others avoid the pain and stress.

From buy to closing this new house， pretty simple and easy! They did most of the things you thought! Quick Move-in! Thank you all for great helping !

Poor quality and response to incidents are very bad. Response to tickets is very bad. Nominal quality materials.

The process was very fast. In less than a month we got the keys.

From the beginning of our home search to the very end every step was simple and not stressful at all. Hats off to the ENTIRE Lennar team that helped to make homebuying possible for me and my family! Your teamwork was outstanding and highly recommended by us. Keep up the good work!

Our Lennar real estate agent was Nicole . She was an excellent customer representative for Lennar . She was extremely knowledgeable about all the aspects of the building process. She made the complete home building and the purchase of our new home and enjoyable experience. The one negative experience that I have is with the manager of the HOA in the Medley section where we purchased. . Her name is Jessica and I have never encountered a person in the role of a property manager that doesn’t return phone calls or emails that she decides are not worth responding to . I had to report her to the upper management of Lennar builders to get a response from her . I don’t know who she knows that helped her get her position but they didn’t do Lennar builders any favors. Homeowners are doing their part of maintaining their properties. However, LANNAR is lacking on their part. Overgrown grass and weed make it difficult to use the sidewalks. In addition, to getting bit by animals or reptiles in the Overgrown grass and crap grass.

Two weeks before closing, we walked through and discussed the defects that needed to be addressed. (We also missed several defects). We walked through on closing day and not one single thing on that list was fixed. As for warranty issues it seems that once we are told “that’s normal”, even though it is not normal. That’s it, no recourse.

As a first time home buyer, I had some pretty scary anecdotes from others in their first home buying process. I thought overall, that Lennar made the process pretty straightforward and was not too hard to manage. They did make attempts to scare us with 'additional charges' for each day our private lender was late on escrow closing. This didn't happen but the one comment made me as a first time home buyer, a little scared of things that were completely out of my control. There was one borderline minor/major issue that needed to be fixed within the home but the QC guy Jeff was absolutely fantastic at making sure that it was fixed quickly, and effectively. I have been very impressed with Jeff and the Quality team on helping us get some of the defects fixed. ... More

We just bought our home back in February of this year. My wife and I were extremely hesitant especially after the reviews people have posted about Lennar. I'm very thankful and happy that we've been blessed with a different experience than everyone else and everything so far has been everything we could've wanted.

Sales team was great, Financing, Heather was great, closing communication was lacking. Overall, we love the house and the neighborhood.

The whole buying process from initial visit to walk through then closing was seamless. Very happy with responsiveness of Lennar representatives.

We purchased a home that was completed prior to being put up for sale. We had minimal interactions with the builders. We did interact with Kim, who is the owners representative between the builder and you. We had a positive experience with her, Our main issues was with the Lennar Mortgage Department. Although they all were friendly and professional, they are put under a strict time frame to close on these homes that many mistakes were made. We closed within 22 days of signing contracts, our closing costs and estimates changed 4 times including the APR. Our intent is to pay off this mortgage within 6 months so we were minimally affected by these issues. Due your due diligence and don't feel obligated to finance through them, although they offer some good incentives make sure you are not better off in the long run financing elsewhere. When we were touring the homes, it was fine. But once we actually decided to pull the trigger, the experience was downhill from there. Typos in contracts, long wait times for a response to our questions, no response at all from Lennar mortgage loan officer (they tried to bait and switch us but luckily we had an outside lender lined up just in case this happened), and then the home wasn’t even completed by our walkthrough date. And this is just for starters. After closing, we’ve had a roof leak, broken refrigerator, and have noticed shoddy workmanship throughout the home. Definitely not worth the $1.5M we spent. I recently purchased a home in sycamore ridge, Lennar totally helped me to through this process, It is so smooth and clean process

I absolutely love the home I purchased from Lennar. My only disappointment was not being able to upgrade anything. I did not get to choose the outside color of the home and I could not upgrade the floors in the entire home or even the glass wall for the shower. The problem I am now facing is that my feet hurt every day from walking on the hard tiled floor instead of the wood flooring that I wanted. Not sure if my feet will recover but I will now have to replace all the flooring in the entire home because I prefer wood floors in the bedrooms and in the open plan living space. I also would have liked to be able to add a privacy fence because of the way all the back yards are open to all neighbors on multiple streets. My only option is to add plants that will grow in such a way that I will have a bit of privacy. ... More

So, there were multiple cracks on the masonry of our Lanai, it was hard to ignore. The construction manager kept saying it was within code. We had to put up quite the fuss, including consulting a lawyer to get them to fix the cracked Lanai on our supposed new house. Since moving in, one of our house numbers fell off. 3 out of the 4 house numbers were glued on instead of being nailed down. It's still not fixed. First, we needed to put in a service request online. Then we had to set up a virtual appointment to show them the issue ( only available during weekdays during work hours mind you) and then will need to schedule the actual appointment to get the work done. I wouldn't buy from Lennar Aston Park. From the get go, they did not appear trust worthy. The mortgage officer started out by misleading about the loan requirements. The underwriting process was cumbersome, and I had to basically do the job of the underwriter by writing all my income, sources, and how they were spent in the last 3-6 months in an email. Apparently, sharing my bank statements and other relevant official document was not enough. Walkthrough personnel was not polite. After closing, it was a hassle to get the keys. You have to be there at exactly 11am. Not before, not after. I found the garage door had a large dent after closing. This wasn't there during the walkthrough. Overall, just a terrible buying experience. I wouldn't recommend this subdivision to anyone. ... More

My buying experience was very bad with Lennar, starting from salesperson to the entire sales team gave me hard time, poor communication while your home is getting built, they can lie about anything to just sell the home. I had a very good experience with Pulti homes, and they have excellent customer Servies, i will never ever buy a Lennar home again.
