The process was very smooth from beginning to end everyone from Lennar was always there when I had a question very helpful

The home buying experience was the best I have had. This is my third home and I can say that it was the best out of the three. They have an orientation for the home where they explain how to take care of your home and applicances. New homes come with a few issues here and there and they have been more than willing to help in a timely manner.

The quality of our home is excellent. We are longtime florida residents and have lived in several homes built by us and by far Lennar pays close attention to details and the amount of extras given to the homeowner far surpasses any builder we have worked with...

Very smooth and transparent process.

Didn’t get much information about anything after closing. Gate codes, HOA info, ect.

We purchased our home while living in New England. The CM Chip, was truly our long distance eyes. He walked us through the process and helped us understand the South Carolina and Berkeley County building codes which had an impact on the timeline. We put our trust in Chip, and he never let us down.

They call 4mm flooring upgraded! It’s cheap. Layout is great of these homes. Very sound proof. Windows are great.

Jeff and Yumiko were absolutely amazing. Our remote closing was a breeze. Marie lacked communication with us during underwriting and came off as rude in multiple emails with how things were worded. We were excited to take a photo with the congratulations sign on the garage but it was taken down before we got half way done with our final walkthrough. While other houses that sold after ours have had the sign up for multiple days. If we were to buy another home through Lennar we would gladly do so again.

I wish a copy of HoA had been given prior to purchase. Some of the rules are based on opinion with no defined parameters.

Justin is an excellent employee for Lennar. He has the perfect personality for his position and he seems to care about Lennar's Buyers warranty issues as best he can. He has been the highlight of my buying experience. The rest of the buying experience was average from a personality perspective with other team members. I am happy with my house and would refer Lennar over other national builders I have bought from including Meritage and DR Horton

We love our new home. It is very comfortable and has everything we need for my whole family.

We are enjoying our new home, the sale process was smooth, the home design and build quality js great so far.

Our home buying experience with Lennar was great. Did not have to wait long, was approved almost right away. Only small downside is that we were not able to choose our closing date (moving fr a diff state while still in the process of transitioning to new job) but all is well and kudos to Lennar for the wonderful job and we love our new home.

Lennar provided exceptional service during walk through and made certain that every issue was taken care of. Even during the first month, as we had questions, Jackson quickly answered each one and helped us to make our transition into our new home a great success. As part of the HOA however, Lennar leaves a lot to be desired. We submitted a request almost 25 days ago and Lennar refuses to work on it or to answer questions. In their covenants, they state that if they do not address the issue in 30 days, then the request is deemed as disapproved. So I guess it is time to get an attorney to see if they can light a fire under Lennar's butt. ... More

The house buying process was easy, if a pain. They keep bothering me with unnecessary comments.

Lennar homes are designed with the area nearby in mind. I am so happy with my new build. My husband and I did a lot of research and had very manageable expectations after reading others reviews of Lennar and their new builds. Yes, there are built fast and not everything is perfect. With that in mind, we are very happy with the home we purchased. Greg at Avertine in Lemoore looked out for us better than I did for myself! He was exceptional in making sure everything was perfect for sign off. With the incentives offered, it is the best option out there for anyone looking to buy in this market.

Sales representative was excellent in communicating each step of the way in the building of the home including weekly video or photo updates. Settlement through Lennie Mortgage was effortless. Although overall the home is solidly built, the dishwasher and range are builder’s grade as is the carpeting requiring immediate replacement. Sheet rock for walls appears to be lower quality than usual. Ceiling puck lights in bathrooms provide poor illumination of vanity in lieu of lighting immediately above mirrors as shown in model homes. Considering the cost of these homes a few upgrades would have earned the builder a 5-star rating in my book. ... More

We moved after 6 weeks of closing date and we still do not have a contact person and customer service to resolve the pending issues.. We like the house and the place but we have not had personalized assistance.

Only issue was advised solar was included In payment. It is not. Our construction manager is very responsive very happy

Lennar homes is not 100% perfect, but it is great value for price paid. Even tough there are still areas that could be improved, our home buying experience is a solid 4 stars overall! Thank you, Lennar!
