Warranty Sharmin builder Travis both of very bad Response too late and all the yelling me I’m coustomer

The house is great. A few issues when we did our orientation. There was a great deal of grout haze on the floor that I had to pay to get cleaned. Not cool. Also, the outside paint on our main wall had alot of streaks. I happen to know that the builders had men painting in the rain. And we are hearing water dripping when we run our sinks upstairs. I believe we have a leak. It hasn't come through the ceiling yet.

Poor construction management, doorknobs all over the house falling off doors, nails sticking up in the carpet, used razors found in the yard, literally dozens of instances of overspray, you can see points where studs are on the wall (not flush) Garage doesn’t actually fit things with the advertised depth (it’s a couple inches shorter, my truck would’ve fit if it was in fact the 20’ advertised). When I inquired about this I had no response. Lots of electrical and construction debris found in the back yard. All of this was after a home inspection that found unsecured roof shingles, missing insulation, even more overspray, broken microwave, damaged garage door, broken garage door opener, and a couple other issues (that’s just off the top of my head). ... Too many different places that I had to ask questions from. Things need to be streamlined! I was never told a lot of the rules and expenditures I would have. I did not receive any paperwork and was never placed on certain lists. It was a very stressful situation for me. No guidance at all. I am told it probably happened because I paid out right and never went to a closing. Was done on my phone. The paperwork did not get to the different departments. As far as fixing any issues ; the staff has been excellent. Checking even to make sure the job is done. Excellent experience with Josh and Hailey. PLZ stream like all the payments to 1 monthly billing and then they can divide it up to all the different companies. ... More

Lennar has very unhappy buyers.The problems can be solved easily as most people here have the same problem with the same people. I have been a project manager for the last 30 years and none of the staff I have met would work for me.There is one exception,Mike Bell.Mike is professional and gets things done.He follows up after job is scheduled.You need to hire more like him

This is my second new build purchase from Lennar and I am very happy with the quality and timeliness of the new home I purchased. The sales associate, Rosalee was very professional and followed up with all questions I had. The quality of work is once again excellent and the all included feature is a good value. The service representative David did an outstanding job on the walk through and is very responsive to any needs I have had. I highly recommend the Lennar Builder group.

We are first time home buyers and absolutely love this house by Lennar. You can tell they took time to think about the design and used high quality materials, our independent inspector was impressed. Since moving in, they have been quick to respond to any warranty issues. Cons- There was some disorganization during the escrow period but I am sure that is the case during most closings. Overall, we choose this company again

Was all good during the sale process but sales department was extremely disappointing after the sale didn't even acknowledge my business! Never heard from sales department again ! And a ton of issues after I closed they obviously want your money then disappear their goal is get you in and fix all the problems later not a good business model i love my neighborhood and the amenities but extremely dissatisfied with lennar

Too many docusigns and different Lennar logins and people involved. Not fun at all. Should be easier process and one “go to person “ to contact.

Overall good as of now but I think quality wise we have to compromise

The sales Consultant Morgan Snyder was awesome in the process of buying a condo.

1. Closing delayed do to incorrect filing with the city. 2.Never received final Closing papers. 3. Not given access to main entrance for several day finally after numerous complaints received them. 3. Many issues brought to construction Superintendent with his promise to fix such as: Peeling paint on doors Chipped pavers on driveway Papers not removed on exterior vents Came and removed a gutter that was not supposed to be installed and never returned to patch holes

Paid cash. Money had to be paid prior to closing. Which was prior to walk through. On Walk through house had a ton of problems and issues and was not even completed. Never had a second walk through which in New York is unheard of to fix all the problems. Morning I closed not one issue on walk through list was addressed and the house still was not finished. To date two months later the home is still not complete let alone items on walk through complete. Now I’m being told I have to take pictures and do item by item on website. Everyone passes the buck not one person handles the situation. It looks like they used refurbished or damaged material throughout my home. Cabinets without paint, modelings that are all damaged, broken tiles, after closing being so upset I had an inspection of my own with over 45 items on it. Not one handle on any cabinet throughout my home is level or parallel to the other. Multiple times I asked for directors or managers to come to my home to which never happened. Completely and utterly disgusted. And so are all the neighbors on my block. But employees were ok taking money but not ok getting jobs done. I’m sure this review will not even be addressed ... More

They do respond to issues in a timely manner

We were very happy with our experience that included the sales, construction, mortgage and warranty teams. Everyone was very professional, polite and responsive. They have been very interested in ensuring that we are happy with our purchase and experience. This has continued even after our closing and with us being out of state.

Lennar builds so cheap, finishing work absolutely horrible, rush to close to make there quarter. Not even the faucets are strait... on the other side, they have some good people that respond and work hard with their limited resources. Fantastic property, amenities and neighbors!

This is a first home buying experience. There were issues all along the way. Thank god we had a realtor that was with us every step of the way. Feel there needs more communication. All in all, we are happy with our purchase.

Our home was ready early. We were not prepared for this and it has cost of several thousand dollars. The lack of communication from our sales associate was very poor.

The whole Lennar team was bad and was not responsive to any of our problems all the materials they use are cheap it’s problem after problem
