It was a very easy experience purchasing a home here Everyone was very nice in the transaction. We are very happy with our purchase and we told all of our friends that feeling. We were thankful to be able to buy such a nice house that fit our budget.. Thank you.

Had issues immediately after move in because no one noticed during the buying process the cities backflow pipe had been destroyed. Within 1 month our power failed in half the house to include HVAC due to a failure of the underground power line that was laid. There electrician partner Lennar has been almost no help. Overall I think we got the house at a good value but some I think Lennar needs to keep better tabs on the trades. It seems one doesn’t care about the damage they cause to another in pursuit of completion of their task. The issues we have had the Lennar team has worked hard and in a timely fashion to see issues get resolved and for that we are thankful. As for the the purchasing, Lennar finance was a nightmare. 1/10 would not recommend. I felt that the quality of work and the materials used were very poor quality and the team knew it but let it slide.

Loved the entire home buying process with Lennar.

Lennar was great to work with. There were a couple things in the house that needed improvement at closing and Lennar came through to finish things well. The tile, flooring and countertops are all great work with decent fixtures and finishes. Overall we had a good experience with our new home

You're not going to belive this, but ten minutes before receiving the invitation to share my experience with Lennar, I was texting my siblings about the opportunity of buying a Lennar Home. Good price, excellent pre, during and post service. I LOVE MY NEW HOME!

Very smooth purchasing experience. Roy, the realtor for Lennar helped in every aspect and really helped push the deal through with all unforeseen hurdles. Every department was well informed and was able to answer all my questions. Highly recommended!!

My experience was less than average. The process is complex with limited support from the staff. It is all about closing the deal vs. customer service. I was not impressed by what I got and this was my first experience with Lennar. I will likely be NOT inclined to do business with them in the future.

Salesperson said maybe on incentives,sales manager no communication wouldn't return calls.Fencing in yard 6 inches above ground-they answer was they don't fix that. LOVE the home! But room for improvement on builderrs side

Lennar rushed to close on the property. They scheduled 5 walk throughs at the same time with the same person. Units were lacking appliances, closet doors, garage doors and garage floor coating. The fit and finish represents a rushed build. It’s a month and a half later and unit is not complete.

I have purchased new homes from every known brand builder . I must say this has been a wonderful experience in the home any any very minor items that may come up. Sales and construction has been so responsive and kind. I highly recommend Lennar way surpasses other builders in their customer care.

Materials for the home is ok. Purchased a 2 story home and when walking on the second floor, you can hear the steps. Carpet is ok, needs more cushion. Moved in and needed some fixing such as air vent switches in the bathroom kept turning on for no reason, air ducks had major issues with air flow with some room having a lot of air and some having very little like the master bedroom. The dryer plug in the laundry room was broken. The roof had a leak and it’s been 3 weeks and it’s still not fixed. Issues between Lennar and the solar company. They are still trying to fix it. Had to get an electrician to come fix it. Still finding issues with the house here and there. When purchasing the home, there were some issues with communications and was going to be charged for a solar battery of $10k which we were not going to get the battery. If we didnt question about the battery, we would’ve been charge the $10k on the purchase price. ... More

Lennar has an excellent staff when it comes to fixing items that need to be completed. Don and Susan did a very good job helping us to fix some items that needed attention.

We walked through the house had so much spots not painted and carpet, windows and hard floors was stained with paint and the whole ceiling in the kitchen/dining room/living room wasnt painted a few walls werent, the siding outside was damaged, was told they were gonna have a cleaning crew go clean multiple times and never did! Moved in Feb 24th and finally got my full yard of grass and trees April 12th while everyone around me had grass and we moved in about the same time, the new neighbors got their grass and trees before me so Lennar really let me down! The sales rep and the financial reps were helpful but it got spoiled by builder, cleans and landscape! Even had a lock on my garage door that slowed the moving process down ... More

The homes are beautiful with a lot of thoughtfulness in the design process. The homes I toured and then bought had all of the amenities I was looking for without having to customize as it was already there!!

LENNAR sales agent James was very helpful, walked me thorough the new home purchase process, help resolve all the issues and concerns raised. Overall review -10 out of 10.

I could not have chosen a better Lennar realtor- Aaron. He kept me sane through the entire experience. While the financing did work out in the end- the Lennar mortgage side of things did leave me wishing for better communication and a more seamless experience.

Overall the experience was quick and relatively simple . Some quality issue drywall spots need to be touched up. Moved into the home 8 weeks ago and I am still waiting on my driveway to be poured.

I had looked at several different homes and builders before purchasing my Lennar. The layout and the price was comparable to some of the others, but look closely at what you want and what the home offers. The selling process was maybe to quick and easy but it definitely worked for me. When you purchase a home make sure when completing the walk through before closing, make sure you know everything you want to about the house, what comes with it and what you have purchase after closing. There was no time for my realtor had time to review the home and make an offer. The sales person should be more interested in showing and explaining everything!! Mine lacked in doing that and so leave room for the extras that didn’t come with the home. If there would have been more time taken to explain this is what comes with the home and what doesn’t, very confusing. Also you have to buy your own refrigerator so why not purchase your own appliance package to make sure you get what you want. Or at least offer the option. After all is said and done I really love my home and would purchase another but with a much better sales person!! ... More

The overall experience of buying the house was fine, with the exception of a last minute document that allowed Lennar Mortgage to share all of our information with their affiliates. The house itself is a great layout. But if it's not required by code, then they weren't doing it. Meaning, no fence, no landscaping, no window well covers, etc. And all of the finishes are super cheap. Flooring doesn't hold up to dogs. Counters are extra thin to save money. They paint the door hinges to save $1.50 per door. They put as few lights in as possible. After building a few homes ourselves, we get that every dime counts but Lennar takes it to the extreme compared to other production home builders in the Denver area. I will give them props for having a good sized garage and great floor plan! Warranty process has been easy, and the customer service rep (Pat) has been crazy responsive and easy to work with. ...
