The overall experience of buying the house was fine, with the exception of a last minute document that allowed Lennar Mortgage to share all of our information with their affiliates. The house itself is a great layout. But if it's not required by code, then they weren't doing it. Meaning, no fence, no landscaping, no window well covers, etc. And all of the finishes are super cheap. Flooring doesn't hold up to dogs. Counters are extra thin to save money. They paint the door hinges to save $1.50 per door. They put as few lights in as possible. After building a few homes ourselves, we get that every dime counts but Lennar takes it to the extreme compared to other production home builders in the Denver area. Lennar is superb at building golf communities. The home choices are fine. However, the finishes are outdated, ugly, and exactly the same. It’s unfortunate you pay so much money and then end up sending it to the landfill. I know Lennar buys in bulk, however it doesn’t have to be so dated especially the tile walls and flooring. A suggestion would be to give the buyers a choice to pay the difference and make it their responsibility of having the material on site on time. And if not Lennar installs their materials. It could be a lot better. Figure it out.

We love the view at our front windows of the morning sunrise just above Harris Teeter. We also love the green lights and purple lights at night for the tower at the entrance of the shopping center and the assisted-living facility. The large windows create a city loft living space feel, which has been surprisingly a real plus. The sales staff and construction staff were very helpful and making the deal come together when it was supposed to.

Over all o would say a smooth experience but need to check on all financing details upfront to not have any surprises of government funding fee adding to your loan if on FHA and a great promising interests rates for sure

My wife and i have many properties and this was our first NEW home. Overall the experience was really great. The financing from Lennar was a real pain, but the home itself we really enjoy. Next time i think we will use our own mortgage sources but we do love the home.

Good experience overall! Very responsive to customer queries. Good quality property! This is our second purchase already!

Had an amazing experience in purchasing our new Lennar home. Everyone on the sales and marketing teams were awesome to work with. Would recommend Lennar to anyone.

The home buying process was easy and the sales representatives were great. The only down side was I didn’t feel the home was as finished or clean as it should have been at closing.

The property is very good, I think it should improve the closing times that fluctuate and do not allow better planning at the end of the process.

Overall great value for the price. Disappointed that we were forced to sign a contract were I am out $25,000 until the lawn is complete. The builders and work done on the house is excellent. Overall everything works as expected. Master bedroom door doesn’t close and a couple of popped nails that I expect to be fixed during warranty. Seems like minor issues for considering the detail and quality of the builder. The general contractor took exceptional care in quality during the build leaving very little to correct later.

The Lernnar staff from sales to mortgage are great, very helpful and quick response. The insurance team response could be better. The star is Danielle from the walk through and explanation of warranty to follow up after move in. The quality of the workmanship is not what I expected from Lernnar, it definitely needs improvement.

Overall we love our home. We got it for a good price. The neighborhood is great! The only complaints we have are typical for new builds. Because they are building so many and fast, they cut on cost with materials. The carpet and padding is on the lower end. The counters, while beautiful, are cheaper and stain easy. They pick lower quality wall paint so it marks up easy. Will have to replace carpet and paint in the near future.

The main issues were that they should completely test units before turning them over to the homeowner. Our dishwasher was not plugged in we thought it was broken. Also our AC unit was overcharged with freon we had to call the manufacture to come out to tell us it was overcharged and they fixed it.

My sales agent, Holly was wonderful. She gave me pros, cons, suggestions for buying, and showed sincere help thru all the steps of buying. She enabled a good price, great closing help from Lennar, answered all my questions concerning the townhouse, such as location in development, financial questions, HOA concerns, location of mailboxes, pool, etc. , the Lennar people I needed to talk to, closing questions, etc. Her response was excellent and she was very friendly.

95% of work done was high quality and completed to a good standard. Still need to balance out air conditioner as it's leaning off to one side, some drain pipes are not usable due to the fence installation. Overall well done! Thank you

Production Builders get a bad rap sometimes, usually because of unrealistic expectations. I feel Lennar did a great job of identifying a market, building for that market. I was delivered my new home earlier that originally planned (which almost never happens). My home was delivered with only 2 issues that have both been addressed satisfactorily. Since moving in I have had to request service for 2 issues one was handled immediately and the other just arose yesterday which I anticipate resolution soon. Overall, I am happy with the home, community, amenities, and my neighbors. If we could get a resolution to gate issues that would be nice too. ... More

Sales and closing were excellent. Upon delivery of home the product was better than I expected. The only exception was the cleaning of the property. I did not expect to spend so much time on preparing the property to move in. Due to low paint quality I hired professionals to repaint the entire home, most people due the same. I also had to hire a professional company to clean the floor tile, this was unexpected.

The only issues was that they expected me to do a task or sign something but weren't readily available for questions.

We have had an array of problems, however, Lennar has made every effort to take care of them in an expeditious manner. Worst of all was the uncapped drain pipe in our primary bath wall. After about three weeks, we saw water across our kitchen floor - not a good sign. Lennar came right out and began investigating. It wasn't until the plumber cut out the drywall in our kitchen island and the pantry wall that he discovered the missing cap. It was repaired immediately but scheduling the cleanup repairs has taken about three weeks. Today, we have a partial new floor and drywall finished; we are just waiting on the trim repairs. Overall, Lennar has been responsive and the customer care representative has been active with ALL of our repairs so that is why they still earn 4-stars! ... More

I had a great buying experience with Karen who sold me an inventory home. It was a very good value for the price paid. The walkthroughs were very informative. In my opinion, the workmanship and quality could possibly be better. This is my third time building a new home and this new home doesn't seem to be as sturdy as my last home built in 2005. Floor boards are creaking already and objects vibrate as I walk near them. I'm a slight person so I think flooring could have been better. I would have chosen better carpeting and padding if I had the choice. There are a couple of areas where the corners are not of the highest workmanship. ... More
