There were good and bad the walk through wasn’t a walk through so there are problems I am finding but lennar is quick to help. When I moved in I had a BIG moving truck I couldn’t pull in the drive way so I parked on the side of the street as my vehicle was on the side of the stree and my sister parked in the drive of the show house as to not block the street it was a Sunday. Some “bald” lady showed up out of nowhere talking to our children about parking in the drive of the show house instead of coming to the adult and just kept staring not being there over night as she saw the EXTRA large moving truck but still chose to harass us and our children I did not appreciate that because it was a Sunday and it was only because of the color of our skin. I’ve noticed some of the door panels and sinks are chipped and our bathtub was clogged but Lennar fixed the bathtub

I hold Lennar in high esteem. They provide top quality work and I believe truly have their clients best interests in mind. Quality and trust are two critical words to me and Lennar passes my test. As a new Lennar homeowner in Skye Meadows I am very happy. Lennar you have met & actually exceeded my expectations.

We are pretty pleased with the home we purchased. The responsiveness of the Lennar people has been terrific. My complaint is with the mail delivery. We will have to receive our mail, once the delivery actually begins, from a combined mail cluster a considerable distance from our home. Currently we drive several miles to a post office to collect our mail and this is supposed to change sometime in the future when mail will begin to be delivered to out section of the neighborhood. Other than the mail kerfuffle the overall experience ce has been pretty s.ooth.

The walk thru with the builder was good but there were a few places that were marked and not fixed.

Great experience and wonderful people

Good people. House meets code but that's about it.

We were happy with the home and special features that were included. I.e, crown molding, fans, attic room, tray ceilings. Would like more choices regarding color, paint & upgraded appliances. But overall, good value for the price. Amenities will be appreciated!

We are moving to Northpoint Cottage and most of the process was done electronically. The process was streamline and the Lennar Sales Team were totally committed to help us. Thanks.

There is no other word to describe the gratitude that I have with the whole process from the beginning until the end with all the people that was involved with this dream that I had for years that at one point I saw my self giving up on trying again until I saw the good possibility with Lennar homes and there good reviews which were actually my boost to try one more time, and see I was not wrong this time. Thank you Lennar homes for everything you guys have done for me a my family, now I can call and tell my family "Welcome Home". God bless all..

Sod was laid dominant at the time. Once growth began weeds popped up. I was told nothing could be done. Also the sod was supposed to be rolled and two after close still not done . When the lawn service cuts they are making ruts and tearing up loss sod. Ruining the lawn!!

Having a great response with the team that follow up and corrects any fault I have found. They are polite and concerned.

Whole Process was very smooth from starting to closing. Lennar really did great Job! Seems like Lennar has very strong process in place at each stage Lennar have designated Individuals who are in contact with us to make process very very smooth, as first time Home Buyer i had lot of concerns but with Lennar at right time some one will reach out to you and update next steps in advance. Lennar is on time with Delivery and fixed all Inspection issues. For Middle class families Lennar is fulfilling their Dream for own house and raise kids and Family. DO NOT buy from LENNAR! They are the MOST unreliable, RACIST and worst people to work with. We are first time home buyers and they made the process extremely difficult for us to purchase a home. We also felt that some of the people involved in our home buying process were very prejudiced and racist and they contributed to the difficulties that we experienced throughout the process. They did EVERYTHING they could to try to ensure that we didn’t get a home. Their loan officers are THE WORST! Please save yourself the heartache. We are excited to be a part of the Samara Community in League City, Texas. We love the layout of our new home and all the amenities included in our purchase. The neighbors are very friendly and we look forward to many years of comfortable living here.

Everything went great from start to finish. No issues came up and all my concerns were handled promptly.

We were handed over hose without drive way , without landscaping , it is 2 months now , still not complete, basic work, few electric outlets. , floor uneven , poor floor carpets, no vanity lights in bathrooms or drive way, space between garage door and floor , no back slash

My sales person was Brian, all around just rude! If it wasn’t for the price of the homes, I would have not bought from him. Rush construction manager fixed my issue very fast, he didn’t however power wash the concrete like promised, pretty muddy on my street. All in all, I think the experience could have been better

Buying a Lennar home was fairly easy. This is my first “brand new” home purchase. I didn’t expect a perfect house at this price point, but there were a few things that surprised me. Things I didn’t expect: 1. My closing date was used as leverage to not get things fixed during the pre-closing walk-through. “If you need that done it may delay your closing.” 2. The house was not cleaned. I had to mop the floors and wipe down the countertops before I moved in. 3. Gravel and construction trash was in the yard. I had to rake out the garbage from the grass. 4. After I pulled out the pine needles in the beds, I found even more garbage - anything from soda bottles to construction trash. Pine needles were simply thrown over it for concealment. 5. The Shannon Woods HOA is the most challenging aspect. Even though many items are allowed in the CCRs, you still have to ask for permission to change anything in the yard. It takes weeks to get a response and you can never speak to a real person. All in all, I like my Lennar home. I believe they could put a little more effort into their work product and the outcome would be greatly appreciated by the buyers. ... More

I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in the quality of materials and labor . I bought this Townhome because' Lennar' was the builder. Ryan Homes has comparable prices and locations but I chose this because Lennar had such a good name in the building industry. My other home here in FL was not a Lennar but my dad's home, built 2003, is Lennar and the quality of his home is excellent, I would NOT recommend Lennar to anyone these days. They do not build anything. They sub it all out and the contractors get paid for the job, not the quality of the work. -- Granite countertop seems are very obvious. -- Cheapest CERAMIC tile you can buy .. but when I asked b4 i bought, they weren't sure if it was porcelain or not. -- Shower rod fell during first shower. -- Kitchen corner cabinets have no top so grease and dirt fall to the base of it .. they should have put no bottom then, at least it would be able to be cleaned.. etc, etc. Just cheap materials used , lazy contractors, every corner cut to save a dollar ... ... Very disappointed with lot grading! When picked out the lot was a nice flat lot. Never did Lennar show us the topography map. Now we have a patio with a very steep fall off! Not happy!
