We were seeking home with an adjacent living quarters for our daughter and this home came on the market at the perfect time and at the right price. We've had several small cosmetic fixes that needed to be addressed and Lennar has responded quickly and addressed them all satisfactorily.

We looked at a few neighborhoods but when we found Longleaf Vickery we knew this was the one. The houses offered space and room but a certain coziness also. David was very helpful in answering our questions and helping steer us through the process. The entire Lennar mortgage team made the buying process simple and painless. We now own a beautiful, well-built home in a quiet, conveniently located neighborhood that offers us everthing we need, We appreciate everyone who helped us navigate the process quickly and efficently.

Saw a special end of the year deal online. Called our realtor who connected us to Lennar. Lennar called us, told us that particular house had just been reserved, but that there was another one still available. We did a tour over the phone & immediately put a down payment on it. From there it was about 3 weeks to closing. Everyone we spoke with was great & being on another state, they were very communicative, which was very helpful. The whole team was great. Buying a house is never easy but they made the process very smooth and were available for any sort of questions that came up. They were great. From the sales team to the lending team, everything went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend. Five stars.

Great experience and a stress free way to build a home!

We went from our home in Ohio to visit Shellwood by Lennar, and were very pleased with the look and location of the home. After talking to Wayne Goode, we felt comfortable putting in an offer right on the spot. Our offer was accepted, and we started working with the rest of the Lennar team. Our loan officer, Kevin Williams, was a delight to work with and made sure we understood everything associated with our new home purchase! He went above and beyond our expectations, and was available whenever we needed him. Jeremiah, our Lennar construction manager, made sure we understood how everything in the home worked, and how to get little issues fixed during our blue tape walkthrough. He was patient and kind during this process, and was available to answer any and all of our questions. We went with Lennar's closing agent, and Sarah put us right at ease since she was an old pro at doing closings. It’s quick and easy

It took us only a month to own a new house and as a first time buyer we’re so glad and thankful to the people who helped us in owning a house at an affordable price. The house is elegant looking and in a nice environment. We’re so thankful to Mr Matt at the sales office. He is so accommodating and a nice person to talk to as if we’ve been friends before. Ms Darci & Ms Rose were also helpful in walking me through in the loan process as to the required documents needed. Likewise, I would like to give my thanks to Ms Destiny & Michael in doing the occupancy check for approval in a timely manner.

We loved our buying experience with Lennar, this was our first time buying from Lennar and what we most loved was the fact that everything is included and we got everything just as the model is shown, no upgrades needed to receive a quality built home with everything in our wishlist, as well as the easy of knowing they offer lennar title services, lennar mortgage and lennar insurance. This made the entire home buying process seamless and simple

Overall, a great experience from beginning to end. Recieved weekly communication with pictures along the construction process from Sales Agent. Lennar is responsive to the few simple repairs that were needed. Solid Home with many great qualities and feature’s.

We recently purchased a home from Lennar in Oct 2024. They made everything so easy for us. We were promptly notified of things we had to do and were informed on every step. It was smooth sailing and we couldn’t have been happier. I definitely have recommended friends and family to Lennar if they are ever purchasing a brand new home.

I worked with Amber in the main office and she has been awesome from the very beginning was extremely helpful. Amber is friendly, patient and truly had my best interests in mind which made this process much less stressful. The folks in finance were also very thorough and friendly as well.

I am so grateful that I was recommended Lennar builders because they gave me a chance to be a homeowner again after selling my last home with really bad broken Foundation. Being on disability Lennar builders gave me a chance and also I have brand new affordable living. How can you beat that ? Thank God for Lennar builders and all of their hard working team.

Everything was done well, from the models (self guided tours) and buying process with Melissa. Always quick responses and very knowledgeable. New construction, so far is excellent.

The entire Lennar process was great, not only was it quick to get me in my new home but so many added bonuses in the process. I would totally suggest anyone looking at new homes to check out Lennar they take the time to answer your questions and the process is friendly and quick, it was just what I needed to get into my new home, and I love it!!!
