There is definitely architectural flaws when designing these houses, and it appears that Lennar doesn’t do the same thing on each and every house. Three Car garage houses have three coach lights that make the house look balanced at night, yet there are some three-car garage houses that only have two coach lights and then there are a couple of RV garage houses that have three coach lights and the rest do not and at night time the house definitely does not look correct… the added cost when building the house to put three coach lights on ALL the houses is minimal. and then on some floorplans, they make a very decent size patio and on other floorplans like mine they only make a 12 x 12 patio which is ridiculous when you’re incorporating the roofline. The only real issue I had was that I didn't want to use their pool vendor because of previous experience I had with then at Babcock National, I kept reminding them of that I was going to use my own pool contractor but they still put 3 large trees in the area for my Lanai and did did landscaping where pool would be built. I now have to move all that landscaping when they could have done the landscaping for a pool installation which they have.

I would said that overall it was a great experience with the builder. I would recommend it.

This is my second new home from Lennar. They are mass production builders. You get what they spec. I wanted a gas tankless water heater and despite the water heater being next to gas lines and the builder even drilling the exhaust hole in the siding they would not let me pay to upgrade. Make sure to do inspections. There were 3 structural defects that were pointed out to them then addressed. I loved my lot but wished I could have tweaked the interior a bit.

Home is nice. Construction Manager talked a good game but lacked follow-up on issues. Warranty Dept. Person Maria is Fantastic and focused on customer satisfaction.

Great design and build for the price and location. Surprised to see couple of issues in electrical fixtures within months so can’t confirm on the quality overall until after some time. Everything was on warranty so not a big issue and their response has been pretty quick.

I'm disappointed with Upper Management. When I bought my house in Lennar's 55+ Senior Community, I asked if they would install a couple of items (Grab Bars & Higher Toilets) their answer was NO! I have lived in three other 55+ communities and they where more accommodating for older residents needs. I would not recommend Lennar to Seniors!

This was my first time buying a home and all though it was extremely overwhelming at times Tina and Kim at Lennar, Was absolutely amazing.

Overally the job done is excellent,clear communication,customer service good and perfect materials,generally everything is cool

It was a good experience buying my new home . Every thing went smoothly. I would recommend buying from lennar to all my friends and family .

The date of my closing was changed by someone and I was not told. If it was not for the individual from Lennar, who was to do the walk through with me a day ahead of time, the closing would not have happened. He became aware when his calendar showed the walkthrough happening after the closure. He was the one that brought it to my attention. I was lucky and my insurance people were able to adjust my insurance dates. It seemed to me that someone dropped the ball, on Lennar's end, and did not even offer an apology. The buying process went well. Matt was and still is been a great help. He goes above and beyond.

The process was smooth and staff was very helpful in the process , so far the experience was good hoping the same for future as well.

Make sure you do a good home inspection prior to final.

We moved in late July, but had to wait 2+ weeks for a driveway. Yard grading was completed Sep 5th (5 weeks later). Landscape and irrigation complete (6 weeks). Still waiting on sod (expecting soon). Currently in 7th week. Frustrating part of this has been many new homes without people moved in or recently moved in nearby, yards have all been completed. Project Manager has been holding us up until houses near us are ready and now doing all of them at the same time. Many discussions and emails have not improved the progress. Lennar needs to work on improving this process, even if it means doing one off efforts. Customer satisfaction should weigh higher on their priorities. At minimum, grading should occur as soon as possible to safely allow walking through yard and utilizing spickets. ... More
