We bought a villa in December 2022 and were told that our move in date was late June, but that was changed to late August. For a second time it was changed to late October. We ended up purchasing a slightly larger home for a higher price. This experience put u under a lot of stress, but we are happy in our new home.

The sales, pre-construction portion, and final walk through went as planned. I thought that the mortgage lending office for Lennar was a bit pushy! Also, the fact that cable and internet services are still not available should not have been our concern and should have been coordinated by Lennar! It is simply unacceptable given the sales pitch we received!

The team was helpful , weekly updates were appreciated. Work progressed as promised. Follow up on fixing things after closing was great. Quality of cupboards and drawers is questionable.

Townhome had all the features as promised, but the promised amenities in the community is nowhere to be seen. No communication on that from the developer or lennar

Our experience with the Lennar team has been very good from the beginning. House was reasonably priced, done on time and has the expected minor issues so far. Steve the site manager was excellent in response to our questions and concerns throughout the entire process. Ronnie and his warranty folks have been great reacting and scheduling any issues we have had. The entire home buying experience has been smooth going from start to finish.

Home buying went good but after one week in new home we had a plumbing backup. Found out it was due to a test ball left in the line from builders. Took a month to get repairs done. My advice to builders is to make sure you are using your check list.

My home is beautiful. Minor issues but they have come right out after a virtual visit. The process for me went very fast, I would have like input & requested on carpet in the bedrooms.

This was my first home so cannot compare with other builders but it was a decent experience. The consultant I worked with would quickly respond to my questions. I feel they could have made closing more exciting, you do not meet any lennar representative while closing and getting keys.

Holly was very helpful in facilitating our buying experience. She was always prompt and pleasant in answering our calls. The home loan experience would be better with one data form for a married couple instead of duplicating the process (really got complicated). Billy was exceptional in facilitating our warranty issues. We are now enjoying our wonderful home! Great location!

I would love to give a stellar review and I will say the majority of people I worked with from Lennar were great. From Lennar Mortgage to the walk throughs and everything in between, people were knowledgeable, helpful, and got back to me in a timely manner. Because I believe it’s important to give credit where credit is due, Scott with Lennar Mortgage was truly a pleasure to work with, Beth did my first walk though and was a lovely person, and Dustin did my final walk through and he was awesome! The exception to this was the selling agent on behalf of Lennar. She gave bad information several times throughout the process and made it so much more stressful/frustrating than it needed to be. It was evident she needs more training and coaching to do her job more effectively so future home buyers will have a more enjoyable and positive experience. ... More

Our experience was very efficient, mainly because of the integrated Mortgage and Title services that all coordinated together. We’re only a month in, but overall quality and willingness to address issues pre-sale is great.

We were highly impressed with the quality of building materials in our new home and with the beautiful landscape plantings.

Overall, I am satisfied with my home purchase. This is greatly due to our salesperson JOSE!!!!! He was AMAZING!! We chose to go with Lennar's Mortgage company due to the incentives being offered. Working with the mortgage company was a TERRIBLE experience from beginning to end!! Without Jose assisting us, we would have stopped the whole purchase process very quickly. But, thanks to Jose, we continued with the purchase and have successfully moved in. The walk-through process is so quick that it's hard to find all the things that needed correcting, but they do have a 1 year warranty which we will definitely be using to get the things that were missed corrected. My initial contact with that department has been positive so far and hopefully that will continue! The construction manager that was present during the walkthrough was kind and helpful. The employee who actually did our walkthrough was also kind and knowledgeable, just moved us through pretty quickly which was a little frustrating, but I understand they have pretty booked schedules. Just wish it weren't so rushed. We like the community so far. I'm glad we are not paying for a neighborhood pool so our HOA fees are not ridiculously high, but we do have nice playground areas for kids and decent walking areas. I like the fact that Lennar homes come standard....the price is the price, no paying thousands of $$ for "options". I just wish the homes came with sprinkler systems for the yards. so good experience at moment.

Bought inventory home. Not bad. Some small issues with details, drywall seams, appliances, sinks, fence and counter top. Overall not a bad build. The builder and staff were helpful. The closing process was a nightmare, but overall we got a nice deal.

Good builder, but could use an upgrade in sound proofing at shared walls in their townhomes, especially at Master bedroom.

Purchase and closing went pretty smoothly. The home was a great value for the square footage and features included. Overall, the build was good but there were some minor annoyances (trim separating from wall, doors closed while the pain was wet, exceptional amount of cleaning needed prior to move-in) that prevents me from giving 5 stars. Overall, I would recommend this builder.

The property is great. They got most of the issues before we moved in. Only small things popped up.

Overall we love our new home. As with any new home, there have been a few issues/punch list items but so far Lennar has been great about fixing them. Lennar Mortgage (Bryan is amazing to work with), Lennar Insurance and Heidi all made this home building and buying experience an easy one. Thank you
