We love our new community and home.

Decent house for the price you pay for one. The finance part of buy a house with Lennar was easy and quick. For the house itself there a few things I would change. There's an insane amount of electrical outlets. far more than what's needed. There only one water spicket on the outside of the house. So, a hose that goes around the entire house is needed. Only half of the lawn received grass. And the builders left excess build material in the garage and never returned to get it. Other than that, everything else was pretty good.

Experience was great the only draw back I had was closing , was pushed to sign paperwork early , to close end of August. To find out at later date gas lines were not installed to the development . Push closing back till end of September. After I sold my home I was with a place to stay for a month .

Gina Woods is an extremely good and very helpful snd friendly tealtor for Lennar. She has helped us all the way through the process. A true knowledgeable professional we cannot say enough good things about her.

We had a smooth buying and move in process with Lennar

Start with the understanding Lennar is a production builder and you are not buying or paying for a one-off custom home and expectations will be reached . The overall experience was greater than my expectations and I was happy for the cost/value received . The small warranty issues have been quickly addressed.

Overall our experience was pretty good. I wish there was more flexibility in what we were allowed to choose for our house. It would've saved us some double work. For example, painting the house, we had it repainted immediately after closing as they wouldn't let us choose a color.

We were super excited to purchase our home. We were excited to choose our lot. We were excited to start watching the house being built from the dirt up. We came every week to see the progress from the time it was dirt till it was completely done. We were told that we would get updates weekly with pictures, but we didn’t get very many so I’m glad that we came on our own.

Overall good value for new home construction in Myrtle Beach. Construction managers were all very nice and responsive. They kept us updated on construction progress, and we attended the pre-drywall meeting (definitely recommend everyone doing this). My biggest issue (and in speaking with our neighbors it is the same) is the final finishes. Drywall final skim and sand not so great, so any undulations and repairs they made are still visible. Trim and 1/4 round is some areas was not installed with pride in craftmanship. I know some builders have a "finishing team" that comes in a few days before closing to address some of these issues, but it doesn't appear that Lennar does this. And if they do, maybe they missed our house and few others on the street. Also, I wish they offered certain upgrades that we could have paid for (ie. chef's kitchen, double wall oven, flooring upgrades), but Lennar does not allow this. In today’s world can’t really complain how house was built. I’ve seen garbage from high end builders and vice versa so they did a fine job. Only major complaint is lack of customization options. Basically getting the exact model home. Paint colors, moldings, finishes, etc. would really cut down on future work and added cost.

My experience was good and everything worked out great at the end.

Overall, I am happy with Lennar. The house design is great and the materials used seem to be higher quality. My biggest complaints is I wish they did a better job of leveling out the lots so houses weren’t on such a hill. Some parts of our flooring isn’t even and is quite noticeable. The thickness of the walls isn’t great. It is easy to hear through them. The fact they provided a great interest rate is really what sold us. As of right now (considering we have only had the house over a month), I would recommend to a friend or family member and would buy a Lennar again.

The loan process could be improved with better communication and more timely responses to questions from our loan officer. We could have locked in at lower rate and was discouraged to do so by loan officer and then it went up. I wish we had more finished home at closing. More attention to detail by the super would have avoided a lot of unnecessary tickets, however, the people handling the tickets after closing have been the best to deal with! (Josh, Maria & Matt). Still waiting on a few things to be resolved and we are 7 weeks after closing that were noted and should have been handled before we ever closed. ... More

The home is solid. Initial issues were taken care of in a week after the first walk thru, Those issues were minor and only time will tell. The folks in finance department have their hands full and they are some great people! Overall it was a 4 star experience. Not bad or average...just good but not great! Why so many rentals already? Ask those questions as it impacts overall home quality.

We were kept informed weekly by sales agent Chandler about out townhouse progress, and he was quick to respond to questions, concerns. Our onsite manager Shay spent time with us as we neared closure and was helpful in making sure our house would meet our satisfaction. Some breakdown did occur toward the end as we never completed a review walk through after we moved in and we never were introduced to a customer care person. An additional note of significance to us occurred after we moved in: Shortly after our move all the smoke/carbon monoxide detectors went off about midnight without any stop. Husband was able to pull out batteries. The next day an electrician to correct the problem. A few weeks later it happened again. I was impressed with the immediate help I received, first from Shelley (the only person I knew to call) who directed me to the right folks. Thanks to customer Care Rep Deb and IES's Sarah who dispatched the electrician (who happened to be the same one who came in Sept) that day. We are happy with our new home! . ... More

Very good house and comfy.

Great relationship and process with Lennar after my 2nd home purchase with them. The process took time for a new construction but I was very happy and satisfied with the new home investment. Highly recommended!

Every Lennar Team member that I dealt with doing my home buying experience was very professional and pleasant to work with. If I had any questions along the process they were there to answer them for me. They tried to make my buying experience as seamless as possible. Great team to work with. If anyone is looking to buy a home consider Lennar Homes.

As a 1st time homebuyer we were so intimidated to purchase a home. Had we known how easy the journey was, and how great our agents and Lenders were going to be that work for Lennar, we would had started this journey a long time ago! I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase your 1st time home or even if it’s not your 1st home, to buy from Lennar. The Warranty process gives our family such a peace of mind that we can live comfortably in our home.

Great builder, the materials of the house are very good, the kitchen appliances are equipped, and even the washing machine and dryer are included，The blinds of the all windows have also been installed，And the security system of the “ring” is also equipped。
