My wife visited the community and found a property being built, but not under contract. The process took about 2-3 months to get from signed contract to close. There were a few hiccups along the way as to be expected, but Lennar was able to deliver without much delay.

I liked the experience on my part my home buying experience was smooth and I really appreciate how things were told in detail even though it was a lot of information it was simple stuff. However, I wouldn’t grade it a 5/5 since after closing I started to notice small details like paint, wall texture, and even the bathroom door handle not properly working

So far we’ve dealt with a couple of major leaks with pressure valves and landscaping drip lines. Good thing the warranty/maintenance team are very responsive and took care of the issues. The circuit 50 amp breaker for the EV plug is very sensitive and needs to be upgraded. The dishwasher is very basic and low quality. The bathroom tiles should be higher and all the way to the shower head. No towel bars were a surprise.

Foremost it is a lovely home, however, there is way too much paper work that creates a lot of confusion. Constantly going back and forth no one can retain all of the information. Moving in I did not have time to seal the granite so just spilling water on the counter makes it darker in spots. It should have been sealed before we moved in.

I purchased two properties. First one had a massive hvac leak causing ceiling damage within 30 days of purchase. Second one, wren we moved the cooking range to clean, we found the area behind that was not caulked or treated properly. Both cases, we had to submit warranties claim,. First one was fixed quickly. Waiting for response on second one since claim was recently submitted

I think that Lennar builds a good home. The one subcontractor that I think could improve is their concrete pouring contractor who they used in our subdivision. The concrete slab on back patio has holes and rocks exposed on sides and cracks already in front driveway. They tried to skim coat some of walkway in front which is now chipping away. Overall the concrete peeps get a 2 out of 10. I’ve purchased a new home before out of state so I’ve experienced much better workmanship in the concrete. Early on so, we can only say so far it has been very good. Jeff our GC on site at the Caledonia subdivision has been great to work with and is personable and easy to talk to. Much appreciated as i know that can be a royal pain in the bu when he is busy.

So far they have been very good to work with and workmanship is very good, this is the third house we have built and it is better than the first two by a long shot so far. Only time will tell and maybe a review at 1 year can really solidify workmanship and responsiveness to issues, So far in the first 4 weeks they have been really good. they do take care of everything from Loan, to build, to insurance and made it somewhat easy.

Love our new home! Lennar is good but you still need to make sure you’re on top of things. We had a lot of items that needed fixing in our walk though and even after they didn’t get everything- you need to be really diligent. We had some things come up after we moved in that needed fixing and Lennar has been really great about it. Very quick about fixes. A couple things are clearly pretty cheap like the carpet and the fake tile in the bathrooms but some other items are higher quality like the cabinets and hvac system. Over all we felt we got a great deal using Lennar and would recommend them ...

I couldn't say more great things about my home buying experience, but will say I found this to be dependent on the New Home Consultant you work with (mine was awesome!!) and Loan Officer (again - mine was INCREDIBLE). However, post-purchase you are transitioned to a Homebuyer Concierge for ongoing support, and their job is essentially to tell you no and (politely) why they cannot help. That has been frustrating as (with any new purchase) there are kinks and things that were not installed correctly / are under warranty and need to be addressed. I had three issues within the first month of moving in, vent latch not closing, sprinkler drip line coming loose and a crack in my sewer line underneath the driveway. Upon reporting those, they had a team fixing those issues. Although it was annoying to deal with, they were very responsive with resolving the issues. The bathrooms don’t come with towel racks for some reason. Lastly, I wish the gates were on the wider side of the yard. Overall I’m happy with the purchase and I have no regrets with the people I’ve worked with.

Overall Lennar is very good and build beautiful homes for people to enjoy. Sales, concierge and move in service is very good. Opportunity for improvements. Fix all not some issues faster after move in. Add some custom options for floors, backsplash, cabinets. Opportunity to add electricity and hot water connections for bidets in bathrooms. Larger cement pad in the back. Paint garage, as they come unpainted. Need smart home options and better cables through house.

We bought this home as a second home to beat the heat of Florida Summers. Lenard’s people are caring and want to resolve issues. We have experienced some things we have not seen before in other 7 home we have owned. Our plumbing in half the house backed up after 3 weeks, floors have major dips in them and light is showing under front door threshold. Things I believe will get straightened out. Just kind of a pain. The house looks nice and will ultimately do, for why we bought it.

Overall, we are very happy with our townhome. Other than the garage, the workmanship was great, but we wish there were window casings, Crown molding, and towel bars. They offered a nice incentive package to be applied towards closing, but didn’t tell us until after the fact that a portion of that would go to buying down the interest rate with Lennar Mortgage.

I unfortunately had a major issue 2 weeks after I moved in. Woke up to flooding in the main areas of the house. Was advised a sheetrocking person put a nail in the plumbing. The disaster was a nightmare. After 2 weeks of total disruption all floors were replaced. However, Kari our warranty contractor went above and beyond to make things right as soon as possible. She was genuinely concerned and worked extremely hard to get everything coordinated. Most everyone was very responsive to my needs. Finally, I’m able to enjoy my beautiful home
