overall decent experience - the biggest issue was with Ekta, the construction manager, she needed to do a much better job with finish out and getting stuff done right the first time. BEFORE WE EVER SAW IT. for this to be a new home there were way too many things that needed to be fixed. working with Randy to get all dealt with, but if she would have done her job better most of our issues would not have been - Randy and Norman are awesome!

We bought a villa in December 2022 and were told that our move in date was late June, but that was changed to late August. For a second time it was changed to late October. We ended up purchasing a slightly larger home for a higher price. This experience put u under a lot of stress, but we are happy in our new home.

I did not have any major issues. The minor issues I did have was addressed and taken care of in a satisfactory manner and time. The builder was very good about answering any questions and giving us a lot of information about the house.

I had a good experience after 22years to buy again a new home with lennar again a lot things changed anyways we done and easy process closing a home Iloved it my loan and everything was done in a nice way thanks to all who helped us in this process

Our experience with Lennar was pleasant! Our Community Representative(Sales Consultant) Mrs. Martha, was very helpful! She has a very bubbly personality, she's, knowledgeable, and she kept us updated throughout the entire process! Our loan officer, Mr. John, was very helpful as well! He was attentive, empathetic, and responded to emails, texts, and phone calls, PROMPTLY! The only unpleasant part of the process was underwriting!!!

The warranty Department have gone about and beyond our expectations!!!!

Overall a good experience. The house was suppose to be clean upon delivery. While it looked clean there were several issues. The tile floors had numerous splotches of grout and silicone in every room. The bath tubs had rough surfaces and scratches from not being covered during the construction process. Apparently the cleaning crew did not do a complete and professional job. I am sure Lennar will make this right, but, if they are doing their job, you shouldn’t have to deal with it in the first place. There are also some paint issues and weather stripping problems. Eleven of the cabinet door open past 90 degrees and hit the wall or other cabinets. I fixed this myself but felt like the cabinet people should have done this. Our sales person, Dominique, was absolutely incredible. If I had an issue, I could call or text her on her day off, on a holiday, or whenever and she took care of things right away. She was the highlight of our buying experience. There were several things on our punch list and Lennar took care of most of them in a timely manner. Some things I had to wait a little longer, but I am happy with their responsiveness overall. I would buy a Lennar home again.

The sales team was awesome, very kind and there for everything that we needed. Lennar accomplished the closing date the committed to. After we gave the initial deposit we were concerned about the negative review we saw online, but our experience has been good overall. Quality of the house is ok (but it is not top luxury). There was 0 flexibility to any type of personalization, which basically gives Lennar full control to put whatever they want in the home. Some this were pending at the moment of closing and it has taken some time for them to be fixed, the priority is to continue to build new homes. Thing have been taken care of eventually after some weeks / months in some cases. Price vs quality overall is good (you get what you pay) comparing to other builders that offer personalization packages that would make it more luxurious but also pumps the price to even 100k+. ... Quick, helpful, clean, organized, spacious

The sales, pre-construction portion, and final walk through went as planned. I thought that the mortgage lending office for Lennar was a bit pushy! Also, the fact that cable and internet services are still not available should not have been our concern and should have been coordinated by Lennar! It is simply unacceptable given the sales pitch we received!

My new home is wonderful-it’s the perfect size and has an open floor plan, garage, fireplace, bright white kitchen and wood floors -the non-negotiables in my search for a new home. My only disappointment was that items received by owners who purchased just months before me were removed from my “package”. Most of those were present in the model home, but I was aware of the take backs prior to my purchase. There are no options available which raised my cost (after closing) such as hardwood throughout, closet organizers, upgraded appliances, and rear patio. Altogether those improvements added about 10% to the cost of my home. The staff are amazing and incredibly accommodating. The community is so welcoming-I’m very happy with my choice to buy here. ... The team was helpful , weekly updates were appreciated. Work progressed as promised. Follow up on fixing things after closing was great. Quality of cupboards and drawers is questionable.

Nick our Construction Manager ( not sure correct title) worked with us and assisted with a smooth transition. He is a great Lennar representative.

Townhome had all the features as promised, but the promised amenities in the community is nowhere to be seen. No communication on that from the developer or lennar

Overall a good experience

Our experience with the Lennar team has been very good from the beginning. House was reasonably priced, done on time and has the expected minor issues so far. Steve the site manager was excellent in response to our questions and concerns throughout the entire process. Ronnie and his warranty folks have been great reacting and scheduling any issues we have had. The entire home buying experience has been smooth going from start to finish.

Home buying went good but after one week in new home we had a plumbing backup. Found out it was due to a test ball left in the line from builders. Took a month to get repairs done. My advice to builders is to make sure you are using your check list.

Ac outside unit to close to fence no room to get around to mow. Low water pressure Electrical outlet in garage covered by sheetrock. I didnt like need for prework on line visit

It was great working with all of people I came in contact with.

4 windows have leaked so far. Not happy with this. But they have come out in timely manner to seal them. Measure garage depth before buying. Your car might not fit in space

I had an overall good experience purchasing a Lennar home. Lennar has great people serving the company, including the sales agent, my loan officer, the construction manager and customer service rep., who were all excellent in their roles to support my purchase. However, I was personally challenged with a number of problems that showed right after signing the contract and moving in, which can happen. There is a warranty process in place meant to aid the new home buyer, which I did not find smooth and reponds with greatly reduced urgency. While some things were taken care of promptly, others were not, particularly when it came to appliances. I inherited a bad dishwasher. There were considerable delays to get that in working order and, frankly, when you purchase a new home, one expects new appliances in good working order. Lennar is a good company, offering offering attractive and decently made homes. The company has excellent staff and can do even better by improving the support and warranty process if and when problems arise, especially within the first weeks and months of home ownership. ... I had a great experience.

From start to finish I was kept updated on details and always knew what to expect. Mark was great. Roberto our realtor was also great working in conjunction with Mark at Lennar. The punch list items are completed, some issues I had to keep reminding them about but overall they took care of me.
