We recently about a month ago and we are very happy with the Lennar new home. Spacious, fresh air coming in the house. There is still some issues with the mailbox key hence I have to go to the post office to pick up my mails. It's a little inconvenient at time. I hope this get resolve soon. I wish we had a small park for the kids.

The workers didn’t seem very concern about building the house. It had lots of issues.

Everything from our viewing of several homes in the neighborhood, to making an offer and having Lennar start the mortgage process. All the process was smooth, easy, quick to close. Very happy with the house, neighborhood and amenities!

Throughout the process, my spouse and I felt like a number/quota instead of a person. Every department was in a hurry to pass us on to the next department.

I wish we had more time and money to buy some were else.

My only issue with the mortgage entity was some of their requests for data were absurd and unnecessary so we ignored them. The team was easy to work with and friendly.

I would buy another property from Lennar!

Lennar is one of the best developers and done a great job with Olde Towne Community. I would definitely buy a second home through Lennar

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, LENNAR! From the fact that: 1. You sent us a "Notice of Non-Compliance" and said you were going to cancel our contract and retain our deposit after LENNAR failed to provide the home on the scheduled due date due to construction delays. Why would you send this Notice of Non-Compliance when it wasn't our fault for the delay? This caused EXTREME stress during an already stressful time. SHAME ON LENNAR FOR CAUSING THIS STRESS! 2. Our Lennar "Sales Agent" Jonathan ditched us leaving us with no representation on navigating Lennar's home-buying process. Why did he ditch us? Because our appraisal came in much lower than the purchase price and we asked that we negotiate the price to the appraisal price. He never answered our calls, when he would finally get back to us he would schedule a time for a call but then didn't call us for hours later. Poor time management! SHAME ON LENNAR FOR HIRING HORRIBLE AGENTS (we aren't the only buyer in the neighborhood who said the same thing about this agent by the way which we learned after we closed escrow so this wasn't a "disgruntled homebuyer" experience). 3. Everything is Included is a joke. You need to get rid of this motto because clearly everything is NOT included. Even though LENNAR made us docusign an "Everything's Included" document that included towel bars, towel hooks, and a paper towel holder, this was not provided. SHAME ON LENNAR FOR RENEGING ON THE CONTRACT! Since we have had no resolution on this and our Area Sales Manager Blaine kept saying "Do you want the house or not?" (what kind of customer service is this anyway?), we have been forced to escalate this to Lennar Executives. If we don't get resolution from this, we will go to the media to inform other local area buyers to read through their "Everything's Included" document. The models still have these items and they do not include "optional" signs on them. GET RID OF THE "EVERYTHING'S INCLUDED" MOTTO LENNAR -- IT'S A LIE!!! Lennar has taken other things off of their "Everything's Included" list -- downsizing refrigerators, taking away the mesh system, removing the ice maker, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. Again, SHAME ON LENNAR FOR MAKING THIS THE WORST HOME BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Our sales rep Heidi was honest, up front and genuinely seemed to care about our family. The construction manager, Kyle, and his team were thorough, knowledgeable and responsive. Lisa, the liaison, was very helpful and answered questions quickly. The warranty team, led by Gil, have also been very responsive and been very helpful.

The response to an issue was met with lack of concern or urgency.

Gaye was more than helpful with everything that we needed to know. She went beyond expectations with us from the first day that we met until the end of the business deal. We would have probably bought a different house; however, my wife and I knew that we were in good hands if we continued to work with Gaye at Lennar.

It hasn't been the best experience after I closed. A lot of issues I was told would be fixed but they didn't do anything about it. My first two customer service reps didn't do anything and now i'm on my 4th and stuff is finally getting done. I probably would not recommend a Lennar home to friends or family based off of this experience.

Everyone has been very helpful and supportive during our home buying experience. Should have done this sooner.

Production Builders get a bad rap sometimes, usually because of unrealistic expectations. I feel Lennar did a great job of identifying a market, building for that market. I was delivered my new home earlier that originally planned (which almost never happens). My home was delivered with only 2 issues that have both been addressed satisfactorily. Since moving in I have had to request service for 2 issues one was handled immediately and the other just arose yesterday which I anticipate resolution soon. Overall, I am happy with the home, community, amenities, and my neighbors. If we could get a resolution to gate issues that would be nice too. ... More

James and his team made the home buying experience a breeze! Everyone was responsive with any questions I had and worked within a timely manor. Would recommend to my friends and family

What sets Lennar apart from my previous builder experience is the professionalism of their staff including the mortgage team and the construction team. Everything was on time or ahead of time. Also they use technology to make the experience easier, everything is online from title process, mortgage, home warranty, they even have a full online web page on home maintenance including step-by-step instructions on how to perform maintenance tasks. All in all the home is a nice home and the buying experience was easy, professional and stress free.

Just not a good experience in any way except Travis our concierge. We feel mislead and ripped off. Delays. Horrible communication. We knew Lennar is not a top builder, but we’re not expecting this? Ever heard of closing at 11P? Ever heard of a builder trying to coverup a breakin during construction? You will.

Texture and paint crew seem to be in a rush. So many spots where they spilled paint on the flooring. Certain areas the texture seems to be spread thin. Texture and paint around electrical outlets were sloppy. Guys or gals seem to be in a rush and it shows. Not seeing this on the first or second walkthrough but once you get settled in then you really start to notice these details.

Low quality. Not what you expect from a big company like Lennar. Poor finish. Low quality appliances. Do not give you choice of even the color if your own home, or the choice of type of tyles or their color. You dont get the value of your money

One of the worst home buying experience I ever had. Do not recommend Lennar to anyone. Everything is terrible, starting from home buying experience to built quality. Bought two units in a span of 4 months and both the experiences are horrific and both the units built quality is subpar.

when you do your house walk the first and second time, everything looks great and you are loving it, once you are settled in, you start to really notice everything is rushed and done the cheapest way, when you are putting in tickets for repairs, they take along time to reply, i understand i am not the only one here but on some tickets, they dont even get back to you, i am still waiting on cracked/broken cabinet drawer which i mentioned in the walk thru

After the sale service is poor to say the least.

Aside from being bullied into purchasing a home that at the end of the day was built improperly. And I do not want. The walls are uneven. There's areas where the ceiling is lower on one side of a wall than the other. My glass door that should have been included in the house that I had to buy separately because they decided. They're no longer providing glass for the showers. And didn't even lower the price of the house because of it. I couldn't install it because I have to redo the entire shower wall because it's Bode. Meaning that it's not level. It's not even This has been an issue throughout the entire house. The things that I thought I was gonna be able to buy. That would have been extra because of all the things that they said were included. I couldn't purchase because by the time we close on the house. None of the things that were promised were there. No backsplash, no washer and dryer. The counters were incorrect. The sink was incorrect. The shower glass was no longer being a part of the house. I had to make those purchases taking money away from things that we were originally gonna do to add to the house. I've never been robbed in my life. But I can wholeheartedly say I know what it feels like. ... More
