Consider the all inclusive Designer Select package. If those options were to be added later, the cost would be considerably higher.

Good follow up with all issues related to house and concerns regarding minor repairs!

My home is beautiful. Minor issues but they have come right out after a virtual visit. The process for me went very fast, I would have like input & requested on carpet in the bedrooms.

Make sure to take photos during the Orientation, since there are many spots which they might not fix before Closing Paint job is not up to the mark

Purchasing a home was easy and on time. Sales staff were very nice. Construction Manager was very knowledgeable and answered questions quickly

There is a genuine concern by Lennar to fix anything which needs it.

Our salesperson Viet was awesome to work with! He made the buying process easy. Lennar Mortgage was not so easy to work with. The incentives that came along with buying and financing through Lennar Mortgage were questionably worth it. I basically had to hold their hands through getting our closing disclosures setup correctly. When we did the walkthrough, we felt a little rushed and weren’t able to be as picky as I wanted to be. They also missed fixing some things we identified with blue tape. I also noticed some spots where the tape was clearly just removed and the drywall or trim defects weren’t resolved. There is a 1 time in the first year drywall repair they offer, so I intend to be very picky during that, since I couldn’t be during the pre-closing walkthrough. As far as post sale stuff goes, they have resolved all of our warranty claims up to this point in a timely manner. ... More

Working with the sales team was phenomenal. They were very informed, always accessible, and true professionals. When I moved in, the customer care point person was also fantastic -- professional, responsive, etc. However, I had a water lead, the HVAC wasn't working properly, and the network hub wasn't complete. All of this was fixed (thanks to the prompt action and consistent follow-up of the customer care person), but a new build shouldn't have had these issues.

Very professional in their approach and they respond to queries faster than others.

Love the area clean and open and quiet

There are always some items which are less than perfect that arise with a new build. Lennar fixed everything we identified during the walkthrough. The only major complaint I have is that the toilets are garbage. We’ve had an issue with all four of them and we’ve only lived here for 6 weeks. Already paid $900 for a plumber to install a new one and he indicated the plumbing vents may be capped which could cause issues with the pressure and reduce the effectiveness of each flush. Lennar’s plumber said that couldn’t be the cause and that was the end of it. Everything I’ve found online indicates that could indeed be the issue but no one was willing to come check it out. ... Lennar has an amazing process setup for each and every aspect of home buying. Service request process is also very good, immediately things gets handled and gets resolved also. All needed and important things are well thought and placed to make life easier like Ring security, connected home Few thing which I would have liked is Some predefined interior layout options should be there like if someone needs a bigger patio or some different color kitchen cabinets. Right now its all fixed. HOA process is bad, nobody guides on that, I still don’t know for sure how to access Amenities or Pool Initial EMI payment process is also not clear, Loan servicer has not yet contacted and not clear where it make loan emi payments ... everything was great, just the paperwork was the only thing that was a bit frustrating, especially paying for the mortgage, i would be better if there was a secure website to pay instead of wiring money.

While the process of paperwork is fast and not confusing. The workmanship the houses are mixed. Please check everything when going for a preview of the house as something can be missing. This can be small parts that are not too significant for rejecting, but sometime a whole piece can be missing. Example: Garage Door Strut Bar.

Everything is okay, the home is beautiful.

From day one we fell in love with the LENNAR home. We did have some issues with our buying experience, but overall, everything turned out great. I will tell you the best part of our experience with LENNAR is our experience being helped by Baltazar Garcia, LENNAR Construction Supervisor. He has been with us every step of the way to include assisting us with things outside of the construction realm. Mr. Garcia is very knowledgeable, professional, and has answered every one of our calls anytime we needed any question answered. To be quite honest, he seemed to be the backbone of LENNAR.

Lennar team was very informal and showed great patience throughout process.

Both Adam Weiss and Eric were very helpful. They understood our needs and supported us throughout the buying process. Although the handover process was postponed couple of times by Lennar, we are aware of the situations. Thank you Lennar for building our dream home.

This is my first home. I am totally impressed with Lennar and their team. My construction manager is too helpful and acknowledge any thing immediately and act. Totally positive experience

Be more informative with the client about overall information regarding the purchasing of a home.

Where to begin. Well, in many of the interior walls, the studs are not set at 16" on center, more like 22". The finished work leaves great deal to be desired. Much of the moldings are not set right and some just plain missing. The electrical work certainly wasn't up to code, since I had 3 bedrooms working off one light switch. I still have several screws that were not covered by whomever did drywall, Ans last major item was the leak under the sink. Now having said that, the service people who came to repair, complete or adjust items reported were outstanding. They were efficient, polite and knowledgeable. The one person who stands out for exceptional service and reliability was Anellie, I'm sure I spelled her name incorrectly. She stayed on top off all the requested items until completed. She gets 6 stars out of 5. All in all, as I keep finding little things, I find it best to just remedy them myself, but I would still recommend Lennar to someone who is handy and want a good first-time starter home. ... More

Friendly,fast very nice take care

Good: Professionalism and courtesy of the sales team. Excellent follow up on fixing minor construction issues that typically plaque new construction. Danielle is outstanding. Good value for price. Very welcoming and supportive community. Bad: We lived in a development in a nearby town for 23 years. Never had an issue with crime. So we were perhaps a bit naive. In less than 2 months, our house was ransacked, jewelry and car stolen. The car had been in the garage. After the fact we discovered there had been at least one other break in at the development. We also learned that thieves target new construction housing, especially those houses next to vacant lots or houses still under construction. We just did not know that. Previous attempts to address security issues such as adding more street lighting or flood lights have so far gone nowhere, either because the builder refuses to accommodate the requests, since they still control the HOA, or due to temporary township restrictions. Knowing this sooner would not have discouraged us from buying here. We just would have installed security systems immediately and taken other precautions. But of course we got no heads up. So buyer beware. Make sure your first upgrade is a security system and do not depend on the HOA (controlled by Lennar for now) to make the necessary expenditures to improve security at the Venue. Perhaps that will change in the future but for now, it is what it is. ... More

We have a beautiful townhome but the little details could use some work. paint splatters, doors that don't completely close, appliances not leveled, carpet tack strips that stab your feet because they weren't flattened. Took over a month to get internet installed to my house. These things are all fixable and Lennar says they will be fixed. I'm waiting to see. Just thought I would see the quality right away, not have to wait until things get fixed.

The house is well built and I am please with all the smart features. Everything went fairly smooth. Finishes are great and we closed early.
