They will fix all the big items but, it’s the little things that are going to drive you crazy. Make sure they fix all the little stuff before you close because getting them to fix stuff after you close is a mission.

Everyone was very through during the showing, buying and closing process.

Lennar is very responsive when there is a problem.

Constant threats of losing your deposit even though they didn't approve you and sends you to another place to get approved very sketchy. They approve you even though you cant actually afford a property to make a sale. The house itself was way overpriced for the area in what you actually get, no fans anywhere in the home and all bedrooms don't even have lights wtf is that. A bunch of damage that was identified through the walkthroughs that still have not been fixed and its been 3-4 months already. They leave you with a dirt backyard no grass or anything and left a BUNCH of construction trash throughout the backyard. Ive bought 2 homes before this and by far the worst experience I've ever had but hey they got the sale they wanted. Wow, where do we start? When we actually stepped into the home, it was completely different than what we anticipated. One layout we received didn’t match on the AC units. We should have 2 and they insisted that we were only supposed to have 1 unit in a 2-story 3,000-square foot home. During the walkthrough process, some items were not completed and they still expected us to sign off as if they were completed. Very shady. We’ve been here about 6 weeks and have submitted multiple service tickets. It seems like we find a new issue every day. Everything about the process of working with Lennar has been super easy and hassle free.

Everybody who worked with us made our home buying experience exceptional and easy. Everything was handled in a professional, timely manner. Lennar made it such a great experience that it took a lot of pressure off us as homebuyers. I would highly recommend Lennar. There was no surprises and everything was upfront and explained to us with great knowledge and expertise.

The home was nearly complete when we chose to purchase. At that point we received links to progress along the way, contacts for any questions we might have. The house was completed in a very timely manner with only a few minor findings in the walk through and these were all taken care of quickly. All the people were friendly and helpful the entire way. The community is well planned and has good curb appeal.

I’ve purchased a couple of homes prior to this experience with different builders and I can say this was hands down the worse home buying experience for me and my family from beginning to end. Lennar’s lack of communication throughout different departments and with me and my realtor when making inquires caused us to have to spend unnecessary money and Lennar didn’t take anyone’s time but their own into consideration. This experience was unpleasant, depressing, and stressful. Based on this experience I wouldn’t buy another home with this builder and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else.

Our home buying journey started very well everyone was so nice, enthusiastic and responsive. This was very important as a first time homebuyer as “we didn’t know what we didn’t know.” However once we were committed to the purchase the quality of customer service declined severely. It was very difficult to get ahold of key contacts for questions/concerns. Our realtor had to intervene on several occasions just to get a response. It definitely felt like a bait and switch in terms of care. We were simply happy to get through the process but are thrilled with the home thus far and encouraged by a rave inspection. Outside of the quality of the home, some issues have arisen in the community. The HOA routinely schedules meetings during work hours, there have been unruly renters (we weren’t even aware renters were allowed in the community as this would’ve impacted our decision to purchase), work crews and community members show little to no care for property (walk through/damage yard and grass). ... First time buyer, so a lot of unknowns, but Lennar and team were patient, kind and helpful. I haven't had any early repairs, everything is good. The price of the house was great, no thrills, just the basics. Some areas could use a better quality hardware, but I cant complain for the price, and it’s fairly easy to upgrade.

We were very surprised how lovely and gorgeous the home design turned out. We are very happy with our purchase. The whole process was pleasant and very professional. We will definitely buy Lennar homes again.

Garage didn’t finish until last minute. Refrigerator has problems since August 2023. It is still not fixed yet. Lennar said will order a new one for me. But never did. Now I’m still waiting for fixing the refrigerator. Closing check documents have not sent to HOA. Don’t know when I can get it.

Lennar is great builder and easy access of review for the loan processing and mover over working with Lennar is easy life for home buyers.

Unfortunately this time around Lennar failed to stand by their name. It's my third Lennar home , and by far this is the lowest quality of work and attention to details. Garage door paint already peeling off. Poor design of roof without gutters, therefor water intrusion. Customer service demonstrated so far is below average. Lennar get it together., my previous Lennar residence were superb.

My experience with Lennar has not been great. Short of the woman who assisted me as my homebuyer concierge the experience has come up short. Things started off bad after the walk pre purchase walkthrough. I pointed out many issues. Then when final walkthrough came I showed up to the appointment and notii nouns had been completed and then they said they would complete the items and send me pictures. They did complete some of the items but not all and I didn’t get a chance to do a real walkthrough. Then after I closed they couldn’t even be bothered to schedule a meeting to give me my keys. I had to go to the sales office and then nobody knew where my keys were and it took a couple of hours to find them. When I went to get my mailbox keys per Lennar instructions the usps couldn’t find those keys either I had to wait a week. There are several issues with the house. The material qualities are adequate. I’ve had so many issues. It’s the quality of workmanship and lack of pride that’s the problem. Two of My kitchen cabinet doors warped and some of my drawers were not assembled correctly. which were a material issue. The paint on the exterior and interior of the house is only applied with one thin coat. You can see right through it. In the interior you can not clean the walls if something gets on them. It will take the paint right of even with light touch and just water. It really needs a second coat. My garage which is unfinished that is fine but there are several corners of dry wall broken and weren’t fixed. In both bathrooms the pipe coming out of the wall go the shower heads were both installed at almost 45 degree angles intstead of coming straight out of the wall. There is drywall and paint all over my carpet. The final cleaning of the home was done very hastily. There are stains on my carpet from I’m assuming paint. My doors had to be readjusted twice. When I moved on the covers on the exhaust fans in the bathrooms were hanging down. There was paint all over my ceiling lights. On the website for the home community it states that standard the homes come with a water softener loop… turns out they do not. I found out the hard and expensive way. The first night I moved in the temperature outside was near freezing and my heater would not work. Turns out some idiot replaced the drip down on the gas line to the heater and did not turn the gas back on. I had to go through a whole reset procedure to get it to work. There is still a irrigation pipe sticking up in my backyard that needs to be reburied. My microwave above the stove literally lets air blow in from the roof vent. So much so that my stove gets dusty and during the freeze we had I had to tape up the microwave door and vents. I had to stuff rags in the vents. My microwave got so cold inside I put a thermometer inside and it read 32 degrees. I froze a bowl of water in there. When I addressed the issue several times they just said sorry you get north wind and we don’t install dampeners inside the vent. I have never lived in a house where I had to tape up the microwave to keep my living room and kitchen to not be freezing cold. It’s very disappointing. One of there hired trades drove their truck directly into my yard almost hitting my truck and destroying part of my yard. Then when the landscaping came to fix it they didn’t even notify me they were at my house and let me know they were here. Turns out while the were fixing my yard the damaged a pvc clean out cap that has yet to be replaced. I understand there will be some things that need to be addressed with any home new or otherwise but with a new home you expect less. There are several more issues I could go on about. It’s so hard to find anyone to take pride and respect in their work today. Integrity is lost. They throw these homes up and just don’t really seem to care. Which I get it’s numbers game. But the overall point here is that I am not so much mad but disappointed. Especially for a first time home buyer. The whole experience has been disappointing. It’s probably one of the most regrettable experiences of my life. If I had to do it again I would not buy from Lennar. If I wanted a ton of sissies with a home I would have bought a 1920s craftsman to remodel. I guess you get what you pay for. Thai is my analogy… just because I bought a Honda instead of a Mercedes doesn’t mean that the paint should have imperfections or that the seats have not been installed properly, or the radio not work. ... I will not buy a Lennar home again. The lack of attention to detail is astounding. First time buying a new build. Live and learn. No shows and lack of communication on getting repairs done underscores my dissatisfaction. Pre buying there was a lot of talk about being responsive. Let’s see it in action!

I had to make multiple calls to get any information and it delayed my closing and I had to escalate to the manager. Also, the warranty team is very slot in response no due diligence.

The sales process of my experience was disappointing as I was misled (straight up given wrong information) on several points. Fortunately, I had my own real estate agent to guide me appropriately. The rest of the experience, however, was good. Dylan, Evan and Logan were standouts in this process. They ensured that I was informed and made themselves available. Logan had to deal with the misrepresentations from the sales piece of this and he handled it very well. I was sad to see the exact same home that I bought being sold for a lot less in my neighborhood than what I paid. Overall Lennar is a decent home builder, but there is room for improvements. Especially in quality of workmanship where it’s lacking attention to details.
