I insist, they must improve the future buyer's evaluation system because they create a state of anxiety in the family every time they request a collection and it feels like you take one step forward in the purchase process and three steps back.

We are happy with our house.

Ease of using Lennar Realtors, Mortgage and Title services made the whole process easy. Compared rates with other loaners and Lennar was the best deal

Lennar allowed us to switch our deposit to a second home when we ran into problems selling our existing home. However, when we were able to switch back to our original choice three weeks later, Lennar increased the price by $5,000. The engineered wood floors showed buckling when we moved in; however, the Customer Service team agreed to replace the.floor where it was damaged.

1.Not much quality in construction. Construction Manager accepted the issues after giving so much of explanation. Most of the teams giving same kind of response like "it will be like that and cant do anything or putting on the other team". Eg found so much of gap between baseboards and flooring. Flooring team said we are helpless due to the ground concrete was not good. 2. Moving forward need to increase the width of Main Entrance Door from 35 in to 37 in because the new modern refrigerators are unable to carry inside because these refrigerators are having a min of 36 in width. 3. We put a contract on a house at the framing stage, and were local so we visited almost weekly. We did NOT have a qualified or present CM and that created a lot of hassles, especially because he was demoted right before we closed and our Customer Care Manager, Stephen, had to really perform miracles to get us to closing. We actually are very pleased and love our house in the end. Pros: Warranty Dept,, Stephen(!), massive kitchen storage (Thayer model), excellent layouts and nice finishings. Cons: Wonky, narrow door openings to bathrooms and closets, houses don't come with garage door openers or window screens or gutters, and lack of disclosure on huge property management companies buying up large swaths of lots surrounding you--my street is probably 80% rental homes which would have definitely affected my decision to buy in my particular community. ... There were a few issues with the new residence. The team helped as much as possible. But sometimes it's a little tough to get ahold of them.

My husband and I were so excited to finally get our bid excepted for our Lennar home. The process seemed very seamless early on our loan officer and loan processor we’re fantastic. The Lennar staff in the sales office were fantastic as well. The one thing I think could be improved is when homeowners are doing their a celebration walk-through it is scheduled about a month out from actual closing so when the walk-through is happening is easy to forget everything that is discussed reference your new Lennar home. I wish that celebration walk-through is scheduled a little closer to closing or on closing day. As we got closer to the closing process when is it became a little chaotic. What I think is Lennar ran out of staff to assist of the homebuyers who are closing around the same time and this also may have affected delays in our closing. From the beginning my home buying experience has been great with Lennar. From my agent Debrah to my construction manager Frankie to the customer service with Brett, they’ve made my experience with Lennar a good one and a most memorable one. Thanks guys

This is my first ever home . My overall experience has been good . Looking forward to what’s to come in the future.

Lennar homes are a good value overall. We struggled with several delays in closing on our new house, but given current demand for new homes, this is understandable.

Over all it was a good experience and we love our new home. The sales and the lending teams were awesome!! They keep us updated and we would highly recommend them. The issues we have are with construction. We did not have AC for about two weeks and although our contact at Lennar was great and helpful it was very frustrating to not have AC during a heat wave in our new home. We have also had a couple issues with someone on the construction team and unfortunately they will continue to be around as we were in the first phase of move ins. Additionally we were given inaccurate info for closing- we were told to open an account with the water company 5 days prior to closing (which we did) and at closing we were told not to as the water was part of the HOA. Okay great but by the time the water company closed our account a bill for $350+ was run up as they put the water for the whole complex in our name! And now Lennar is not responding. ... More

When we moved in there were 15 pages of items to be done in the home whether they be paint or touchups or wall issue or lights. I wish we would’ve had someone review the home before the first walk-through that would’ve saved not only on pages but on things to be done that were left before closing which usually is about five days approximately from the walk-through. Even though we are in a different time where everybody doesn’t come on time I would’ve appreciated a walk-through before my closing that had less pages of things to do . I am still dealing with some issues the response for some of those issues have been great by the Lennar Care team but I still have a couple pending and I closed in June and we are in August now . ... Overall all went well. Lennar has fixed or repaired the majority of items. I must say the appliances that came with the condo were on the low end of quality. It really is the cheapest dishwasher I have ever owned.

The quality of work from the trades is horrible. It’s a shame there are so many issues with homes at this price point. The emphasis seems to be on closing homes, and correcting the issues afterwards, rather than staying on top of issues during the home building process.

Gina was very helpful, thorough and proactive in guiding us through the home purchase. John, our builder, did a great job getting the house completed on schedule and giving us a warm welcome and thorough walk through on the closing day.

Love our home. Overall our experience was pretty smooth. The loan team was great to work with, and our sales rep as well. Closing team was very open and friendly and approachable. Easy going. We recently built our new Florida Home with Lennar. Overall, we are very happy with our experience. We bought during the period where they were requiring highest and best offers, which is a bit frustrating. Not only did we not get to choose our options, but we had to bid against everyone else. That being said, the house they delivered was mostly what we were looking for, they delivered a little bit late, but compared to other builders they were fast. The value is great compared to other builders in the area. Our Sales agent was excellent, and the service responses so far have been great as well. It's easy for people to complain about their builders, but when we look around and see the overall state of the housing market, contractor labor shortages, supply chain issues, etc., we feel that the builder did a pretty good job despite those challenges. Sure not everything was perfect, but anyone expecting perfection in this market is either going to pay through the nose, or be seriously disappointed. Buying process was easy and exciting.

I had a pretty good experience, especially with the Sale associate Morgan. She was very experience and friendly. Also at the walk through Nate the construction manager was very informative on every aspect of the house and explaining with detail the function of all that is required.
