The process if buying my home in Roselyn was very easy. First time driving in felt warm and welcoming. I was just beginning my search in this area for a new home. The staff here was so friendly. After seeing the models and brought to see a home ready to move in I knew I had found my home. . Its been a month now. I have wonderful friendly neighbors. Excited to be in such a wonderful community.

my experience with past home buying

Overall I am very happy with our new home. The purchase process was surprisingly simple. I bought a quick move in home so I cannot speak on the design process. Quality of the workmanship is good, love some of the design features that were considered standard, one of which would be an absolute must going forward. Moving in went well, only a couple minor issues but Lennar was very responsive and quick to resolve them. If I had it to do all over again, would definitely purchase again

We had a wonderful realtor that worked well with the Lennar staff and kept us well informed and explained the procedures and processes very well.

I would have gave a five star to everything but there are a couple issues I had. One was the construction people left a lot of trash and lose rock all o er the place two the pond in the back is nasty and has no running water.

The home contract had my skeleton rattling my bones - which made me back out on an even cheaper home, but with an additional signed closing disclosure on a second home summarizing expected closing costs, this ended up being a really great buy - even if I felt pressured into signing the contract for a second home that I DID NOT SEE UNTIL AFTER SIGNING (really scary). It had a lot of speed bumps on the way, like ***** SECOND closing disclosure that told me what I needed to close that came a day after my closing date, and some minor repairs, but everything went really well overall and I'm ecstatic to have my own home at an amazing price. Mr Dustin ***** and Noah ***** was the best people to work with super easy and smooth process very professional and very nice house we love it

The overall experience for me and my family was very quick and painless and the team involved with us getting into a home to call our own was very pleasant and satisfying for us to say the least and we're very grateful to everyone involved.

Katie in Sales was awesome! Cade was great in doing the walk thru and addressed all concerns. Kevin was great in virtual closing final walk thru. We hit a snag in scheduling the actual closing date with Amanda and it was postponed, which was a bit inconvenient in trying to coordinate things from PA. Lisa was helpful and Hannah with Norman Law was great.

Very pro-active in dealing with customer.

The entire Lennar team was helpful & supportive during my home buying experience. Travis, my building supervisor, was patient & responsive throughout the inspection and walk-thru. I love my new home!

This was an entirely new experience for me. So from start to finish, I felt this home buying process when so smoothly and quite quickly. Never in a million years had I thought we'd be in a new build home. Lennar worked hard in getting us into a new home. We are pleased with the craftsmanship so far,only been in our home for about 2 months and have had 2 is*****s ,one with wiring and the second a ventilation is*****. It was handled quickly and that was much appreciated.

Great home ownership experience from the sales office, Roy *****, to the Managers at the Center, TJ and Nikki, to the building site supervisors, Carlos and Carlos. My thanks. The little building concerns are being handled expeditiously and with care and smiling faces.

I'd say overall we had a great experience with the purchase. My only complaint is I do believe that some quality does lack in certain areas both inside and outside of the home. There are some things that are done cheaply like the AC and where the ducts are placed that I wish were done better. Other than that it's been a great house!
