They build a great home but when it comes to finish work that tells everything it should be done perfect but the painters are sloppy and miss lot stuff and the people that put all hardware on doors and cabinets do not predrill wholes just run screws in which cause the stuff to crack and screw not hold I’ve done had to fix couple my cabinet doors cause when I opened them it just dropped cause the screw did not catch

Salesman was excellent and helpful beyond initial sales effort. He was the best. Some items from walkthrough weren't addressed before settlement but since my time was limited, I had no choice but to proceed. They could've done better but it's acceptable. Online process might have been helpful but was burdensome, confusing, and poorly conducted when timing was short. And there was no support so buyers have to work through it via trial and error, repeat, repeat. It was awful.

Easy and quick paperwork process

Key advice hire independent inspectors, documenting everything in writing especially for pre drywall. Finish work is sloppy and they hide imperfections . Careless construction lie about everything and the representative well the one I dealt with is lazy didn’t walk with us through model home so we could know what comes with house and don’t. For example towel rack and no light in the rooms something I thought was basic for a home or apartment. My overall experience I will not and warn others that consider buying with Lennar they have a lot to desire and communication is the worst. I believe I was charged more than expected after the seller recognized me as a serious buyer. This raises concerns about the fairness of the pricing process. Additionally, I made multiple attempts to contact the Lennar Mortgage agent to address important questions, but my calls were not answered. As a result, several of my questions remained unresolved before the file was closed, which is unacceptable and reflects poor communication and customer service.

The closing day was the highlight of my experience because I knew I wasn’t going to have to deal with Lennar anymore

It was very quick and everyone involved was very responsive to all my questions.

I like my townhome very much. I feel like the checklist before closing was done quickly and issues were band-aided instead of fixed correctly. I think some of the minor finishes could have been upgraded (faucets, toilet lids, towel holders…all very inexpensive). I also don’t think the house was cleaned before I moved in. Overall, though, I really like it!

The process was overshadowed by the buying experience… Frank who set up my celebration was extremely rude treated me as if he was doing me a favor. The reviews were spot on. I liked the house so much is the only reason I continued the process to purchase. I highly doubt I’ll buy another lennar home again love my house but customer service was ridiculous.

Lennar was very responsive to any and all inquiries.

My first time buying a home. Lennar team made it so easy for me. They were there for me. Returned every phone call. Made me relax when I was nervous. All was so professional, kind and patient especially with the online activities. I thank God I chose this mortgage company. I will never forget how they made me feel welcome and was willing to help with whatever I needed. The day I got the message free to close, I just started screaming and thanking God and Lennar for giving me a chance to become a homeowner. I told my friends when they ready to become a home owner please contact Lennar Mortgage. The two ladies that helped me so very much were Kayla and Amy who I will NEVER forget. The house has been fine. There are a few things we’ve discovered that are sub-par but all in all its okay. They are for sure doing some things on the cheap. The buying experience though-the worst. Def recommend getting a realtor.

I was promised things that were not delivered. I said it many times through the process. Lennar is not customer friendly.

Very cheap construction!!! Lied about getting approval for changes via ARC committee, Maira is worthless!!!! Closing seemed like there was no human contact, most things done on line. I would not buy or recommend a purchase with Lennar, again!!!!

Had a good experience everything went smoothly. Brittany was very helpful through the process as was the rest of the team with Lennar

I will not go into every bad experience, but I will say that I would NEVER refer anyone.

The air condition, dish waster and the home bell ringing system had to be corrected.

I felt mislead in the process., I sent all required documents which took a lot of time. I did everything I was told to do including paying 500 dollars earnest money. After about a month of being led on I was told I didn’t qualify. I was told initially my credit score was 644, it hadn’t changed but then I was told it needed to be higher; was told initially 620 was all required. Got the run around about getting my earnest money back; took about 30 days.

The onsite Lennar sales team was consistently friendly and professional throughout the buying process. The home itself is well-built and meets expectations for a spec home. However, my experience with Lennar’s corporate side was significantly less positive. I found the process to lack transparency, with unexpected fees and details surfacing after the contract had already been signed. One notable example is the county transfer tax (approximately $2,500). In most real estate transactions, this fee is typically paid by the seller. In this case, Lennar required the buyer to pay it, but this obligation was buried deep within the contract (just three hidden words around page 72,000, line 598). This cost is known at the time of signing and could have been clearly disclosed and acknowledged upfront. Instead, it was not brought to my attention until just days before closing. This experience raised serious concerns about transparency and trust. While the home itself is satisfactory, I do not have confidence in Lennar’s corporate practices and would not consider purchasing from them again. ... More

Jennifer was the very best, she helped us with everything, we don’t know what we would have done without her.

Zach was amazing in helping us get the needed materials and documents! It was painless and easy! This part was wonderful! Don’t really have any complaints about the buying process at all! I think the only thing that could be better is the closets! Our closet racks has come down twice but this was an extremely easy fix and all is well!!

Loan manager is arrogant and unhelpful. I don’t know when or if I will ever get my $500.00 refund having asked so many times with no answer at all

This was one of the most stressful experiences. This isn’t our first new home we have purchased. We honestly were extremely stressed out during the purchase.
