Mike was awesome in doing the walk through and explaining the house hardware and installations.

Overall experience has been good.Only issue is there has been a couple of damaged things that have taken a little longer to get taken care of.But besides that no more problems.

Kristi was excellent. Always there for whatever I needed. Same with Vance and Chris.

During your new home owner's orientation, make sure you go over every nook and cranny. Ask a lot of questions, take a lot of notes, and make sure you bring these notes with you for the final walk through. Please don't misunderstand, Lennar has been very responsive at addressing every concern, although some took longer than others to remediate, but I feel there were too many minor details that were overlooked in the quality control process that make me feel like this project was rushed.

Buying a house isn't always the easiest thing to do but knowing that our sales rep, Trent, was on our side definitely made a difference. He was incredibly attentive to our needs throughout the entire process. He emailed us progress reports and made sure we were informed of everything going on. When problems arose (which is bound to happen in this type of process) Trent made sure everything was taken care of. He's the best and I don't know what we would've done without him.

Lennar was a good choice as a first time home buyer. The team was professional, responsive, and understanding throughout the entire process. Ultimately the home is what we needed at this point in time and while it's not perfect due to some blemishes left behind, it still turned out solid. One of the biggest hiccups we encountered was our mortgage/loan office left the company mid-way through the process and we were never told. We were given a new office and he never reached out to introduce himself or anything. We only found out who he was because we inquired about something and the person who reached out to us mentioned our officer's name and we didn't know who that was. When you're applying for a loan to build a home, it would be nice to stick with the same office the entire time, but obviously changes can/will happen. So, when they do it would be great to be informed so we know this is our new dedicated point of contact for any serious questions regarding your loan. Lori was very helpful throughout the buying process. The maintenance guys have been very responsive.

We would have appreciated having choices with the granite and flooring. The painting on the walls and trim were quite sloppy. After all that said, we love our villa with the changes we made. We got a great price and are enjoying the neighborhood.

We recently purchased a Columbia home model with Lennar. The process went smoothly with their lender and title company. Our loan processor was awesome. There were other minor issues but they fixed them after our initial walk through, which was great. Thank you Lennar!

Lennar staff kept me informed about the progress throughout the construction process, and they were responsive regarding some issues that popped up after closing.

The people who work for Lennar, from the sales person to customer service reps were very friendly, patient and helpful.

Reliability was key to our purchase.

Closing day was extremely stressful. Were we closing or not? Lennar was not able to obtain the CoO, but said it was merely a glitch at the town offices. There was so much still to complete at the house...no closet shelving, no shower doors, no mirrors in bathrooms, no sod, no landscaping, etc. It's fortunate we did not plan too move in immediately after closing. Within a few weeks we had everything resolved satisfactorily. The house is beautiful. Now we just need a completed clubhouse!

Smooth process and most of amenities are in built with options.

Lennar is there for you even after closing.

Sales office Laurie went to bat for us and had some changes made that made our home buying experience fantastic. The finished product was exactly what we were hoping for and Laurie played an intricate part of making that happen. Thank you Laurie.

I wish we were able to pick our exterior elevation/colors. We had a lot of delays, many of which were understandable, some were solely based on the land department’s incompetence, things that they knew needed to be done but expected the city to allow a variance on that delayed closing several weeks.

Definitely Fast Builds - we have signed our contract around October 29th and in February 28th we were moved in our new home already - time line is AMAZING!!! with Lennar. I work as an Architect - construction filed - and I know how long permits take and how long Homeowners responsibilities needed to be done prior to the build to start. Lennar being a massive building skips all these steps and gets permits quick which worked in our favor. However you might keep in mind that the appliances that are provided with the homes are not top of the line and you might end up buying new ones after you move into your brand new home. That's what we did - replaced refrigerator and dishwasher right away. Also flooring "Main Floor" is laminate and its not water proof - we have some chipped laminate boards already, so be aware of these things. We were informed that the floor is not water proof - but we were in the property only a month and already have at least 4 chipped laminate boards "not to happy about that" Overall, they deliver a great product for the money - they meet all county or city energy requirements. I recommend this builder to my fiends and 3 of them already did start their contract process with Lennar in California & Illinois - So, you are welcome Lennar! Overall happy with the product.
