Wish there were more upgrade options, such as Ethernet wiring to all rooms.

I had a great experience buying our first home from Lennar. Lennar Sales and builders did a phenomenal job and were very professional all along. However, I had a bad experience with Lennar Mortgage who were pretty unprofessional.

Despite the short time that we have been living in this new property, some inconveniences have arisen, some already occurred before occupying the residence and others after, the concern on the part of the builder to solve them has been acceptable, although I believe unnecessary delays have occurred that sometimes affect credibility, we understand that working together with third parties is sometimes complicated, so that should be improved, as you wish, thanks

Be sure everything is exactly as you want it. Once you close on yours home they are not so Really available! They do respond eventually, Just not as quickly.

Overall the house was well built. I found some imperfections in the details to which I got a response of “within the tolerance” or “built to code”. My biggest disappointment is not getting a stoop. I have a cover, but, the stairs were an afterthought because the designers didn’t contemplate the elevation. They go all the way to the front door unlike the vast majority of the homes in neighborhood. I like the included security elements that made me feel safe from the moment I moved in. Despite the imperfections, I am very happy with my new home.

All of the people we interacted with great. From our sales person Jamiel to the construction team, Sherri, Ceaser and John. All were caring and patient with all our questions. Again, Jon, our customer service representative always follows up on everything and makes us feel like we are the only ones he is helping.

Beautiful home at a great price. The quality in the workmanship not so good. I’ve only lived in my newly built home a month & have had to call to make a claim multiple times. Luckily there is a warranty & Lennar is pretty fast with addressing the issue & sending someone out to fix the problem.

Lennar is easy to work with, if slightly unresponsive to requests for personal contact for questions. They work mainly on the internet. Overall it was an acceptable experience.

Home buying pretty good. Customer care follow up afterwards, slow. Cell reception in area being not so good has affected customer care reps responsiveness.

PROS: Excellent workmanship/finishing skills. Value for money CONS: Make sure to get a realtor to help keep the construction managers in check.

At first it looked cumbersome cos you got to send and send documents to prove your trustworthiness. At last I got it. It's all about perseverance

Sales agent Eric is very good and accommodating. Construction manager Nick is very accommodating as well. Quality of materials are ok. The bathroom materials are ok, not tiles. Small things to be sorted all through.

The people at Lennar are very professional and very responsive and provide great customer service. The process Lennar uses could bd better. Too many people are involved and it became confusing as to who I needed to work with for different items (mortgage vs. building questions vs. document collection vs. closing agent). Would be great if the client worked with one person through the entire process. Also, the resubmitting of documents became a little tiresome. The same documents nearly every month is a bit overkill.

Previously, I purchased a Lennar home in 2002 and had a great experience and a well-built home. As a result, I choose to go with a Lennar home again as we transition into retirement. The main difference with this home is the quality. The customer service is exemplary, but the quality of the materials is average. Molding, doors, insulation, fixtures, etc. are not what I'd hoped. The home design and layout are fantastic, and we will enjoy the home for years. However, we will have to make the upgrades we desire as we go along.

Home is very nice. Would be nice if you included ceiling fans, hang down lights above island, a better faucet in kitchen, and better shower heads. Small items, not costly, that a homeowner doesn’t have to do after move in. A little more focus on caulking. Thanks!

Our homebuilding experience with Lennar has been, for the most part, pretty satisfactory. Given the ongoing labor and material shortages and inflationary pressures, Lennar was able to produce an astounding number of completed properties, ours being one of them, in Babcock Ranch over a relatively short time. Our sales representative, Shaun, was very good to work with. He always took time to speak with us and he answered all of our questions within a reasonable time. Our biggest complaint would be the missed completion dates. However, given the manpower and supply chain issues, along with the ultra competitive market and a hurricane, Lennar did a credible job. Build quality was acceptable - not perfect - could have been better, but could have been much worse. Initial construction - foundation, block laying, concrete flatwork and framing all appeared to be very good. Unfortunately, the closer to finish they got, the more glaring and numerous the deficiencies became. But, so far, Lennar has remedied or has promised to take care of any problem we've brought to their attention. Fortunately, all of the problems we've noticed appear to be aesthetic and no structural issues. Since we closed two weeks after Hurricane Ian passed through the Ft. Myers area, probably the best testament to structural integrity is the fact that the only damage our property sustained was a few loose screens on the lanai and some landscaping needing to be re-staked. Another appealing aspect of buying a Lennar home was the "Everything's Included" package. Having all of the GE appliances installed and operational (actually, our dryer did not work, but Jordan, our construction manager, quickly installed a replacement), blinds installed on all the windows, the Ring doorbell and security system, Level lock, Eero mesh wi-fi, and epoxy garage floor coating, not only added monetary value, but eliminated the hassle of shopping for, acquiring and installing all of these items. Since walkthrough and closing, Jordan, has been very responsive. We're hoping that continues. The home buying experience was not bad at all. Don Segal worked to ensure my needs and questions were addressed. Just with Lennar caulked the baseboards. It give the house a more finished look.

I had a pretty good experience. I understood delays and all. I did turn down my first home choice because of workmanship. I am pleased with my second choice. Disappointed the designed changed a little. I've had a couple of service calls for minor fixes. All were done in a timely manner. Overall very pleased with my home, sales consultant, loan officer, lennar representatives all together. I would purchase again. Thank you.

Overall we had a good buying experience. The home consultants were very friendly as well as the builders and their staff. Everyone was very responsive when we reached out for any issues before and when we initially moved in. I only wish that we had the option to pay for add on’s such as a deck or porch or basement.

Matt was very friendly, helpful and responsive throughout the entire purchase process. He's continued to help us to resolve issues after the closing as there have been several uninstalled and incomplete items to be fixed. The overall experience with our Lennar home is mixed. The basic structure, exterior and pool area is excellent. However, the interior building materials, accessories, and appliances are low quality. Some examples of poor workmanship include: 1) ceilings painted with primer only, 2) miss-wired electrical outlets, 3) bathroom towel bars and paper holders literally hanging off the wall and holes in the wallboard from botched installation, 4) Missing doors, 5) missing mirrors, 6) missing base board trim, 7) missing cabinet toe kicks, 8) oven installed with large gap between it and the cabinet--pushed into the cabinet and crooked. We were told all the above items would be resolved prior to close; that did not happen. All items have fallen into the warranty process which can take months to resolve. In fairness, some items have been repaired, but many have not including the oven, missing door and toe kicks which are scheduled to be installed in Feb, 2023. Not acceptable. ... More
