Floor is poorly done. Alot of the fixtures are falling off. As well as the ceiling sprinkler

Many call backs as workers are rushed. An amenity that was installed in other units was not installed in mine. Still unresolved.

Loan officer was very inexperienced and could reply to questions. At last experienced loan officer explained things better. Also faced that questions were answered late than expected. Overall experience is good, but could be better .

Nate the construction manager was great. Rachel did my walk through and made sure all was completed by closing day. My sales consultant kept me up to date all through the process as well.

Builder must have a mobile security to protect the new houses

They say the home buying experience is a stressful process but that was not the case for my wife and I. Kurt guided us through the process step by step with patience and grace. He was responsive to all of our questions, and was able to accommodate to our requests. I can’t thank Kurt enough for his help and guidance.

All services and questions were aways answered in a timely manner.

Learned a lot when we purchased the home.

The overall experience was not bad, my frustration with this experience was lack of communication. After you sign you basically have to pull teeth to get responses. After you close its even worse... ive asked for the paint code for our walls from the construction manager like 30 times and he just ignores me. Once you buy they dont care.

Everyone we've worked with at LENNAR have been great people, and very good at what they do! Personable, very responsive and seem to love their job! (a VERY rare commodity these days!)

Terrible quality and finishes. Would not recommend

Your water heater here is garbage. Can’t even fill half a tub before going cold. Shower isn’t at a consistent temperature from day to day. Plumber came out and supposedly set the thing to not switch into the ridiculously noisy hybrid mode every 24 or 48 hours. It still switches into hybrid. Very disappointing.

The whole home buying experience with Lennar has been great! Communication right along the way has been awesome. Any questions or follow ups with our home were addressed promptly and efficiently. Highly recommend Lennar to anyone!

Great quick service good experience

We had issues with our walkthroughs and continue to have issues almost 2 months after closing. Each walkthrough, construction issues were not addressed and more issues were created due to sloppy workmanship. We had a confrontation with the construction supervisor, Rob, and then he called the salesperson, Allen, while we were in the office to yell and cuss him out for allowing us into the home that we had already put money down. A crack in our kitchen cabinet was addressed multiple times and the same crack continues to come back because it was somehow caulked rather than replacing the cabinet. After closing, we put in a work order to have the cabinet replaced, the cabinet vendor came out not prepared and we continue to wait for a response. After closing, we discovered a crack in the granite countertop, that our customer service rep, Alex stated is not covered under the warranty. We let him know that we had not even moved into the house so there was no way we created that damage. He took a look at the crack and said it didn't look like there was negligence our part because of the odd place the crack was in. He would have to speak with his supervisor, but we have not heard anything back. ... More

Lennar was thorough and worked with us to get us the dream home we’ve wanted. As it came close to closing, Tom was on top of everything and cared deeply about getting it all right for us.

We would Recommend everyone that is thinking about a new home to give Lennar Homes a shot. You won't be sorry very professional company that really care about you and your needs .Thanks again.

Too many ants inside the house, and the brake power auto off every day, lost mail in the mailbox

Extremely bad experience. Would not recommend their preferred lender. If you have a lender, use your lender.

They had us go sign papers across town during an ice storm knowing full well that it wouldn’t record because the trades had not been able get to the house to fix the blue tape issues due to the weather. The next day we were supposed to have our final walk through. I emailed them that morning at 9:00 am asking if it was going to happen at 11:00 because the weather was still bad. No response. We drove to the house to find no one there. They informed us while we were sitting out front of the house it wasn’t going to happen so our move was delayed a week. I had to reschedule the pod delivery and movers and had to pay extra fees. When we asked Lennar to cover those fees the consulted their legal dept and in the contract it says they can reschedule with reasonable notice. Apparently same day notice is reasonable, so they didn’t cover the extra costs. The fighting with them and their lack of communication ruined the excitement of being able to move into our now home. ... More

I'm new to Texas and to Lennar. My experience with Lennar's teams of professionals has been out of the box, amazing. Everything was handled either over the phone, on-line or via text other than my initial viewing of the home and the two walk-throughs of which my son attended in my stead. If I can get through the the process of purchasing a home while still residing in North Carolina and EXTREMELY technology deficient, anyone can! I highly recommend Lennar. I feel like Family!

Every aspect of the home buying process was exceptional. The team offered wonderful help throughout the purchasing process. We couldn't be more excited about our experience with Lennar.

The condition at closing was as is from the walkthrough. Blue tapes were removed without item taken care off. Issues had to be repeated numerous times prior to it being taken care off even when documented. The space to the attic and in between floor was painted shut..now either a knife or something must be use to cut out in order to assess the location. At the end, Tyler had to work on resolving most of the issues on his own in order to close. Closing was pushed by a week. I have purchased Lennar homes in the past, however this house will be my last.
