The experience was scary being first time home buyers but the Lennar staff made it very easy.

Process was very straightforward and support provided at all steps.

Everything about buying the home was pretty basic but I did notice that we didn’t get to do as many things as others (no appt with design group, no response to adding more flooring, forgot to mention certain appts). That was pretty frustrated but the people I met for final walk through and closing were AMAZING to say the least. Helped me spot certain things that were wrong or had to be replaced. And once we were in our new home our care coordinator even spent over an hour with me trying to figure out how to connect one of our fancy gadgets to the phone. Lennar is very supportive. Helps buyer with all processes from start to finish with knowledgeable and experienced staff. Patient. This is a tough market to analyze value received for money spent. Would have preferred to have been given a choice regarding kitchen appliances and toilets. We can't compliment more regarding their overall employee skills.. They take pride in their Company!

Ed, and Clyde were awesome always professional and was prompt in getting the work orders completed. Awesome. Let me add Kara she was always helpful in the sales office always kept me updated throughout the process.

Love the square foot of the homes.

Overall was good experience, however 2 big negatives were : My deck is 20+ feet above ground and I have a nice big backyard and they didn’t build stairs off the deck so I can access that nice yard! Also, there’s no warranty on trees or bushes !

Be sure they finish your house completely before closing

The purchasing process was executed with professionalism and we were provided the necessary information to make choices and decisions. The construction process had some initial hiccups but our construction manager got us back on track and was extremely proficient in keeping us informed, responding to construction issues and maintaining the timeline for completion. Lennar could provide the home owner with less technology and a little more functionality.

The community we selected does not offer the highest-end homes but the home is a great value for the money and serves its purpose for us. You will not be able to select any materials and you should be prepared to add lighting and other wiring for A/V and security systems which cannot be added during construction. If you want a pool, you will need to budget to re-locate the standard landscaping. Nothing is customized but that is advertised so if you can be happy with what's offered the home is a great buy.

A production builder but very good quality and materials wish they would let you pick out your own appliances though

great. but when the plans change there is a little difficult in communication between some work areas.

Overall a great buying process experience!

In general, a very nice house. Some architectural oddities…no light above the kitchen sink (!), no place to put the towel before your shower, walls that do not line up. Not as carefully designed as my Pulte Home. Appliances just GE not GE Profile so suffer in quality. No ability to upgrade.

Brad the construction manager represents Lennar well. Hes been very responsive to this point with issues I've had with the home. There's a couple more issues left to get fixed.

Lennar does a good job with its homes from start to finish- including financing.

Good experience with the builder but I had issues with the loan officer. Make sure you don’t have any issues with your document prior to closing.
