I’ll just say it this way, every delay and problem should not be blamed on supply chain. The process to get help for warranty feels like a tribunal. You have to prove and show the problem with your camera to customer service. They have a guy on site that can easily verify, why not use him? For us, they tore up our yard to finish construction of a wall and have not even repaired the yard yet. They didn’t discuss the size of the wall with us when we were directly impacted by it. (I think it’s is too tall) Our front yard trees look misplaced now because of the new wall. Should they be moved? Yes! Will they? Likely no because it would take a really concerned designer’s eye to know and then do this. I should not have to beg for them to finish the mess they made (been a month!). The lending office was absolutely phenomenal and I highly recommend. The design office was incredibly expensive and I do not recommend. The sales office was friendly and helpful but was off on the cost of flooring upgrade by 100%. The neighborhood is awesome and I strongly recommend people to buy. The overall score of 4 is due to the price of flooring, the process for warranty, and the lack of concern and responsiveness for our yard. Hope this helps you in your decision to buy. ... More

You get what’s listed in the inventory. Other companies charge extra for everything beyond the a basics.

Construction Mgr. is veer helpful and responsive. Workmanship of trade personnel leaves much to be desired. Pay VERY little attention to the results of their workmanship.

We closed on our home on August 30,2022. We expected it to be ready to move into when we arrived. There were about 27 items not finished, some big and there was no certificate of occupancy. Arthur set us up in a condo on the property for 4 nights until we could move in. The personnel we worked with were great to get it finished; however, the subcontractors were slow to respond while some materials were hard to get according to the construction managers. There are still 9 unfinished items to complete and it is October 19, 2022—49 days from closing. Lennar corporate should not allow any closings to occur until all items are complete. Now we are working with the warranty department to get things done. The home is good quality, but completion is a big problem. We love the home, but it has been very stressful. ... More

Overall, we are pleased with our new home and the home buying process. the only down side was in an effort to meet quarterly numbers, the closing date was bumped up and finishing the home was rushed. As a result, the quality was diminished and expectations weren’t met.

If I lived closer I would have watched through all stages of the build. Also, if I were able to change some of the design and products used as the build progressed, even of I had to pay more to accomplish that.

(1) The deadbolt on our back door worked intermittently for awhile, but doesn't work at all now (seven weeks after move-in). The front door works manually when forced, but the automatic locking fails. We can hear it trying, so it isn't the electronics. (2) The floors look weird in some spots. It is hard to explain. It looks as if something has spilled. All & all we are satisfied, but the deadbolt issue is a big deal.

I’ve had two Lennar homes and have been very satisfied with the homes and the all in one process they offer! The only thing I have noticed is some of the appliances, kitchen sink are low grade or bottom of the line. If Lennar wants impress even more use top of the line in Everything!

I insist, they must improve the future buyer's evaluation system because they create a state of anxiety in the family every time they request a collection and it feels like you take one step forward in the purchase process and three steps back.

You get what you pay for and its on you to make sure things are good before the warranties are over. I like the house but I knew what i was purchasing before I bought it. I have seen people complain about what is included with the house. You have to understand that this is basically the bare minimum new build. So don't expect garage door openers, ceiling fans, gutters ect... In the end its my own home, its comfortable and I love improving it myself with DIY projects. These homes are great for first time buyers.

Ease of using Lennar Realtors, Mortgage and Title services made the whole process easy. Compared rates with other loaners and Lennar was the best deal

Lennar was fantastic from start to finish. No project is without issues but everything was addressed in a timely manner. Grateful to Cory, Harry, Jenny and the whole crew.

Overall a good experience and we love the size and plan of the townhome. Sales and finance teams from Lennar were outstanding! Construction team delivered on-time but there are some differences from other builders to be aware of such as no semi-gloss paints in wet areas. Also no bathroom hardware provided, and no option for appliances or colored accent walls. I mention these as it makes the home not exactly move-in ready so plan accordingly. Little things like counters, tile, and wood decks aren’t sealed by builder so be prepped to do those as well. Soundproofing between units is acceptable but not as isolated as we’ve experienced with TM. So far warranty has been responsive, no complaints there. Build time was longer than usual due to COVID but quality is good and they fixed all issues found before and after closing. I like Lennar’s everything’s included and that’s lots of value that you would need to pay extra with other builders.

Lennar allowed us to switch our deposit to a second home when we ran into problems selling our existing home. However, when we were able to switch back to our original choice three weeks later, Lennar increased the price by $5,000. The engineered wood floors showed buckling when we moved in; however, the Customer Service team agreed to replace the.floor where it was damaged.

We had given up on a new home due to Covid. But when Lennar in Lewes opened a new section with a lot perfect for us, we were thrilled. We were hoping to be in faster than the 8 months it took from contract signing. But 8 months was our absolute limit and Lennar met that goal. Communication during the construction phase was difficult until we realized that the construction manager Tom as the person to go to for reliable information. We valued his honesty and responsiveness. Now that we are in, we have some concerns in that we are the very first house in this development with a basement. We had some issues during construction that were difficult to resolve but the good news is that they WERE resolved. Now we have some initial issues with a wet wall in the basement and unacceptably high humidity levels in the house, and we are hopeful that Lennar will be responsive without too much difficulty. we wish Lennar could offer just a few more options in the house. No bathroom towel bars, the absence of any utility sink and refusal to provide one as an option seems very strange. But I guess the reality is that keeping options to a minimum helps keeps the price as reasonable as it is. And it is VERY reasonable. In sum, we are thrilled with the home. 1.Not much quality in construction. Construction Manager accepted the issues after giving so much of explanation. Most of the teams giving same kind of response like "it will be like that and cant do anything or putting on the other team". Eg found so much of gap between baseboards and flooring. Flooring team said we are helpless due to the ground concrete was not good. 2. Moving forward need to increase the width of Main Entrance Door from 35 in to 37 in because the new modern refrigerators are unable to carry inside because these refrigerators are having a min of 36 in width. 3. I am new home buyer ..totally happy with lennar

Our home is beautiful and the construction manager (Amanda) is very informative & helpful. But the sale agent, she was a little bit rude & not really care to give a good information when I first time visit model home. My another complaint is the drive way & side walk got cracks & damage not look really good. I have to fix my own. Overalls, we love the house, especially the kitchen.
