Lennar delivered right on time as promised. It was disappointing that even the smallest request ( leave the wire clothing rods off and I’ll do my own) was not even considered. Mackenzie (sales representative) was snarky and hard to deal with. I also wanted a small name change from the contract to the closing documents and wouldn’t even consider ( cost me an additional $82 to add a quit claim deed to make name change after closing) and I paid cash for the home. I am very satisfied with the overall construction and appliances; though w/d could be more sturdy.

Overall great experience. However I am disappointed about their Sale Representative Cedric because he ignored my calls or messages several times and would only get a response after I follow up again a few days later. Sometimes I leave him voicemail too and would not get a response. And this is after I paid my deposit and also after moving to the property. But Kudos to their Customer Care Rep Alex who is on the other hand very responsive and quick on issues/problem solving with the new property I just purchased.

Make sure you have a final walk thru to verify any defects were fixed. Take pictures and write down everything that needs fixed and also keep track of all things you need to do before closing and after closing. Make sure HOA is fully explained to you so not caught off guard with first mail for payment. Expect deposits needed for utilities. But most of all enjoy your new home.

Love my new home… specifically I like the floor plan and the fenced backyard.

a lot of extra effort in the details will be better, details are where the money is.

We enjoyed working with Suzanne and Andrea of Lennar Homes. Also, Travis and Marshall were very good during our walk-thru. I did feel like there were so many people doing all different type of jobs within Lennar that it was hard to keep everyone straight.

However, I had a terrible experience with Lennar tille company. It was very frustrating and disappointing experience. The day of the closing, my wife and I end up on the street with no place to live because, Lennar tittle didn’t do their job. They realized the down payment money was not was not there, when they were about to give the key if my house. And the worst part is, that they didn’t take responsibility for their mistake.

Second home purchased from Lennar, so you know we enjoy their homes! I feel this house was “rushed” compared to first home. Some of workmanship in this home not up to par— hoping with 60 day review items will be taken care of! Love our home and would buy another from Lennar- BUT WE ARE NEVER MOVING!!! :-)

This is our second production home purchase in the past four years. The other was from Taylor Morrison. Lennar provided a better overall experience than did Taylor Morrison. The home purchase process was relatively uneventful. All promises from the builder were kept. The home was not ready to close on the estimated date. That required an additional move on our part the cost of which was willingly borne by Lennar. We are satisfied with the home construction with the understanding that this was a production build. For the most part, builder grade materials and workmanship was expected and received. This necessitates much after the purchase modifications and improvements, but such was expected by us. The community is a pleasure in which to reside, and we have no regrets with our purchase. I would certainly purchase again from Lennar, and would recommend them to others. ... More

Although I love my house with the money we spent there were things that surprised me that I was not happy with. One the paint job in this house was a cheap notoriousness that took not only lots of paint to cover up but also a lot of sanding. The grout to all the tile was done poorly. The bangs and dings throughout the house was clearly laziness from the crews. On the other hand, for the company to continue to fix things is a plus. I will say there were a few things that they are putting off because of the time of year which makes me believe they truly care. There is definitely architectural flaws when designing these houses, and it appears that Lennar doesn’t do the same thing on each and every house. Three Car garage houses have three coach lights that make the house look balanced at night, yet there are some three-car garage houses that only have two coach lights and then there are a couple of RV garage houses that have three coach lights and the rest do not and at night time the house definitely does not look correct… the added cost when building the house to put three coach lights on ALL the houses is minimal. and then on some floorplans, they make a very decent size patio and on other floorplans like mine they only make a 12 x 12 patio which is ridiculous when you’re incorporating the roofline. So be prepared to spend extra money after you move in to fix things that should’ve been done right to begin with… ... More

The only real issue I had was that I didn't want to use their pool vendor because of previous experience I had with then at Babcock National, I kept reminding them of that I was going to use my own pool contractor but they still put 3 large trees in the area for my Lanai and did did landscaping where pool would be built. I now have to move all that landscaping when they could have done the landscaping for a pool installation which they have.

I would said that overall it was a great experience with the builder. I would recommend it.

This is my second new home from Lennar. They are mass production builders. You get what they spec. I wanted a gas tankless water heater and despite the water heater being next to gas lines and the builder even drilling the exhaust hole in the siding they would not let me pay to upgrade. Make sure to do inspections. There were 3 structural defects that were pointed out to them then addressed. I loved my lot but wished I could have tweaked the interior a bit.

Home is nice. Construction Manager talked a good game but lacked follow-up on issues. Warranty Dept. Person Maria is Fantastic and focused on customer satisfaction.

Soy una compradora extranjera, la atención del personal de Lennar muy buena. Pero lo malo para los compradores extranjeros es que se limitan a un solo agilizador para gestionar el Crédito que es QKapital, los mismos tienen un pésimo servicio y hasta se podría decir que QKapital nos estafa.

Great design and build for the price and location. Surprised to see couple of issues in electrical fixtures within months so can’t confirm on the quality overall until after some time. Everything was on warranty so not a big issue and their response has been pretty quick.

I'm disappointed with Upper Management. When I bought my house in Lennar's 55+ Senior Community, I asked if they would install a couple of items (Grab Bars & Higher Toilets) their answer was NO! I have lived in three other 55+ communities and they where more accommodating for older residents needs. I would not recommend Lennar to Seniors!

This was my first time buying a home and all though it was extremely overwhelming at times Tina and Kim at Lennar, Was absolutely amazing.

Overally the job done is excellent,clear communication,customer service good and perfect materials,generally everything is cool

Great and quick response to warranty issues; always ready to fix/correct any problem

It was a good experience buying my new home . Every thing went smoothly. I would recommend buying from lennar to all my friends and family .
