I WOULD LIKE WANT MY TREE REPLACED PLEASE JAMES IS WORKING ON IT

Very responsive to any problem or issue. Some of the workmanship was excellent and some was not.

The process was definitely easier than I thought it would be. The walk-through allowed my concerns to be addressed quickly before moving in. My only issue was communication about delays in completion. The delays were not told to me until I called to ask and clarify the closing schedule. This caused me to make alternative living arrangements for over a month. But I am very pleased with the team's responsiveness and attention to my service needs and questions. Overall very happy with my new home!

I think the home buying process was very smooth.

No home is going to be without some craftsmanship issues after completing. We have been pleased with builder attention and response, and correction of same.

The home is built well. Nice to have modern features that make things convenient. I know they were trying to keep costs down in the model I purchased but it would have been nice to have the option to upgrade.

This is our second home purchase from Lennar.

Overall my experience with Lennar has been outstanding. The girls in the office and the construction manager had great communication and helped whenever they could to answer any questions or issues I had. This has turned out to be a great neighborhood as well! The only complaints I have is HOA which is currently run by a company that makes you feel like you live in a communist country. They offer no help or even a response when asked for it but is quick to tell you what you need to do or haven’t done with very little grace period. My other complaint is with the Lennar Mortgage side of things. Poor communication and waiting until the last minute to get everything in, causing closing to be pushed back by a few days. With all that being said, things have been great in the new house so far and it came with great upgrades making it a smart home. We are very happy with our new home. The process went smoothly for us. We had a few things that needed correcting and it was taken care very well. it did not happen as quick as I would have liked but the work was done to my satisfaction and i was pleased with the workman ship. Cory has stopped by my home as he was driving thru the neighborhood to check and make sure everything was done to our liking so i really appreciated that. The same for Viet

They are a good home builders

If you see something that needs be looked at early they are on it to try to fix it. Like the way they explain things to you and make sure you understand as they build.

For a production home, we are very satisfied overall.

High volume builder. Some options but not a custom builder. Good experience so far.

I like this model design than any others.

I did not have the opportunity to talk with the builders as my home was already completed when I moved in. I am still trying to get the Survey and pictures for my home which has not been successful as I keep getting the runaround from Lennar. I have pictures of my neighbors homes and survey information but not mine. I was told to take my phone camera and take pictures of my home? It has been 5 months and I cannot do any work on my home until I get this information. So disappointed with Lennar and all the runaround I have been getting.

I had a great experience with the purchase of my home. From the sales, building process and through closing was a wonderful experience. If I was to give any negative comment it would be for the landscaping. They did a great job with the bushes, trees and the sod but the yard itself in several areas was almost too dangerous to walk on. Several dips and gulleys along with metal materials and large pieces of wood buried just below the surface of the sod was unacceptable. Sometimes I wandered if this was a house built for one of Lennar's executives that the yard would have been prestigious and grated smoothly. I feel every customer should be treated that way. I have to buy several bags of top soil and place in the uneven areas of the yard to make it safe to walk on. Lennar is a very good company. I just had a bad experience with the yard. ... More

Hectic at times but overall very pleased. Hats off to Jorge, Wade, Cristina, and my sales rep Shay. All excellent people who take pride in their work and go the extra mile. My exp w/ Lennar Lending however was a complete joke. Quote from your lending rep “if you don’t like the interest rate you can go back to renting” —-excuse me?

Homes are very nice...It would be helpful if door jambs were better suited for adding screen doors.

HOA process is extensive

After we purchased the home a few thing weren’t right, so we contacted Lisa your after market sell person. She was great Five stars for her. Also the foreman was the same Five stars.

The home seems to be well built with a quality workmanship, However the sod laid down for my yard was one star at best. The Lennar representative came out today and was very courteous but was quick to say that my contract calls for my complete ownership of the yard. My contract was over 100 pages and signed in about 45 minutes. The walk through was thorough for the inside of the house but contained about 1/10 of the information I learned from the Rep today. He said that the yard should have been watered 30 minutes in the morning and 15 in the early evening each day. My water bill was 3 times what it was in my previous house and apparently that was still not enough. The sod was dormant when it was laid down and more than 50% of yard never made it past that stage. I was told that aeration and fertilizer would help but I didn't consider that my job. I have asked the HOA for assistance and was told to contact Lennar. When does this circle of ownership stop? ...
