Lennar always make it a great and easy experience in the process of buying and building a home.

Very dependable and good value. Attention to details was very good except a few minor things, e.g., single zone thermo and no WiFi controlled garage door. We appreciated the trusting experience wanting us more of Lennar. Too bad, there isn't any where we are interested but who knows?

We were over all happy with working with your team Eric, Justin and Chris they were really helpful. Painting inside the house could use a better upgrade in Paint and the landscaping could have been better if the dirt under the sod was graded better before the sod was laid down..

Don’t get me wrong I love my community, and waverly home. The problems are the garage door is not sealed on one side, and the cement outside the garage door is uneven and slanted towards the garage so when it rains the water pools inside the garage. The curbing inside the garage is incomplete on one side. Curbing for 3 feet on one side then crumbles off. The tile outside the master shower door as well slants towards the shower, so when you take a shower the water pools outside the shower door. Outside the hose spigot housing gaps open at the top. I never received a New Home Orientation. I never received a pre drywall orientation. The property was poorly constructed! Each day I’m discovering new issues and needed repairs in the house. I was so excited about purchasing a brand new home, which turned out to be a huge disappointment!

He patiently addressed all my inquiries and expertly guided me through the diverse floor plans and customization choices. Special recognition is due to my construction manager, Aaron McDonald, who went above and beyond to ensure every detail was flawless. Aaron’s commitment to quality and timely communication made the entire journey stress-free. The craftsmanship of my new home is truly outstanding; Lennar’s meticulous attention to even the smallest details has resulted in a beautiful and functional living space. Additionally, my loan officer, Samer Omeish, consistently provided exceptional service during the closing process. Our new home orientation with Mike Inge was both pleasant and informative—he patiently answered our questions and diligently noted any necessary adjustments. Whenever I had concerns or needed assistance, the Lennar team was responsive and attentive, demonstrating their genuine care for homeowner satisfaction. I extend heartfelt gratitude to my customer service representative, Jon Palm, for his prompt and thorough responses. Despite not knowing all their names, I also want to acknowledge the other team members who contributed to our successful home buying experience. The Brooks Farm Venture community, where I now reside, is thoughtfully planned and boasts amenities that enhance our overall lifestyle. It’s a place I am proud to call home. Jim did a great job showing us all available houses, the process was fast and easy thanks to the patience of the Lennar mortgage team.

The home liason, loan officer, and sales team were all top notch. Lennar did their best to deliver a quality home with upgrades that helped to make the home purchase more affordable.

Interior paint not well done. The house at closing was not clean. There was trash and building materials in the garage at closing. I had dispose of trash and building materials just to park in the garage. Lennar could do better but it doesn’t seem like they care.

We absolutely loved working with Lennar! They were very easy to work with.

Overall very pleasant and very good.

Some of the people that we work with were amazing and sweet but there were others that weren’t too friendly. When we contact them they would seem annoyed. The home we brought was suppose to be “move in ready” by a certain date. Once we closed on the home they clearly did not finish everything in the home, it seemed quickly put together. A lot of mishaps with the home, I’m glad they have a one year warranty on the home but to find numerous things wrong with the home that weren’t fixed during the blue tape walk through was disappointing. It seemed that the workers were fixing things in the home the day of closing and they were done with the lowest quality of care to be frank. They also messed up our mailbox situation and we weren’t receiving our mail for weeks which incurred late fees on certain bills. The customer care service person stated they notice that we had two mailbox addressed to our address but didn’t care to say or fix it until I came to them with the issue. If anyone was to ask if they should purchase a Lennar home I would 100% not recommend, unless they have a lot of free time on there hands to deal with situation after situation as they’re careless and are just trying to mass produce these homes to get it sold. ... Pam was on top of our experience and was there for EVERY need we had. She built a relationship and not a transaction. Amazing job!

When we first arrived, last 2023, we had 0 expectations on what to expect so we kept an open mind. We were blown away by the customer service that Robin provided. It was timely, professional and she went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. The house we eventual purchased, we never thought we could attain, has provided us with more than what we thought we could afford! Great lot, great community, great layout and just over-the-moon. With that being said, there are of course a few things, very minor, that we have caught with the workmanship and materials. For example, the drywall is thin and feels like you can hear conversations/creeks throughout the home. There is a spot in the master floor that has a squeak, but we understand that as the house ages and settles, that these things will come up. We plan to open up a ticket with maintenance when our 1-year warranty comes end of next year. I can't think of a better home purchase than what we had! ... More

Working with loan officer was a terrible experience although I don’t have any issues with the builder.

House was not done on time. We had to move and store everything. Mortgage was the worst experience I have ever had.

Construction was a smooth process for us. Dan and Tommy were great with answering any questions that came up. I firmly believe the value of the house outstanding for what we received in this type of neighborhood.
