I was quite impressed by the construction manager's responses to our questions and concerns. Also, after closing, Lennar responded very promptly on the problem reports. One area that we wish to have a better/quicker response was the financial area.

The quality of work from the trades is horrible. It’s a shame there are so many issues with homes at this price point. The emphasis seems to be on closing homes, and correcting the issues afterwards, rather than staying on top of issues during the home building process.

Gina was very helpful, thorough and proactive in guiding us through the home purchase. John, our builder, did a great job getting the house completed on schedule and giving us a warm welcome and thorough walk through on the closing day.

Overall, the house buying experience was great but it was annoying at first when Lennar transitioned to a bid form for each release. Additionally, the house construction was extremely delayed but Lennar did their best to make us aware of the upcoming schedule changes and reasons why. I loved knowing that I was getting almost everything I had seen in the model home minus some minor changes due to supply chain issues. I wish we had been made more aware of the material changes so we could request an alternate (not a fan of the lights in my kitchen that were installed versus what the model house had but oh well..) Lennar has been extremely responsive to issues we have been finding now that we are living in the house so that is amazing. Pretty painless process working with Lennar once we got all the paperwork that was requested They were there to help and assist the whole time House looks great and a quiet area

Love our home. Overall our experience was pretty smooth. The loan team was great to work with, and our sales rep as well. Closing team was very open and friendly and approachable. Easy going. Experience is great overall. Team is supportive. Love our home. I will say I wish they had had more attention to detail in their construction and cleaning. We had to repaint the house and do a lot of cleaning get the house up to par

So far it was ok. There was some issues but was solved it.

Faced some issues like AC was wrong installed by Airtron which caused water leak but Felicity Garza immediately took action and send different company (Airteam) to get it fixed, she is extremely helpful. She was and is always available to solve our problems. She resolved lot of our issues one by one. Lennar is a good brand name and we trust them. My previous house was also from Lennar where we stayed 6 years and extremely satisfied customer of Lennar.

I was happy with almost everything except for the communication in the middle of the build, there where many delays I feel could have been communicated in a Better time frame

We moved from Virginia to Florida and worked with the Lennar team to buy our first Lennar home in Florida. The team was great to work with virtually. The only issues we had was that they tried to finish too many houses at once and there were a lot of small things not finished when we closed and moved in, and the house wasn't cleaned out so we ended up cleaning some of it ourselves. But we LOVE the house and so far feel like it's a great value!!

Good value and experience for the home buying process.

Overall the experience went well. I am very pleased with the quality of our house. We've had a little trouble in getting answers to some warranty issues.

Overall this is my second time buying I. This community with Lennar. So that righ there says enough about the properties and the value of the home. Neighborhood is good and for the price you get a pretty good property.

Overall, a good experience. Just minor details are the only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars. Other than that a great experience.

This is a great new home, my wife and I love it. It looks great but with lots of quality issues so I have to do a lot of repairs. Doors won’t lock, master bedroom shower started leaking on the 1st day we moved in, washer was broken after 1 week, etc. Good thing is customer care is very responsible and getting things fixed now.

Everything mostly went well and on schedule. We were not able to choose some options but we managed

What we most liked was the staff that we got to work with during the sales and construction process. They were very efficient and responsive at all times. One main issue lennar should focus on is quality control. They missed out two important things during the construction process which had to get redone after we took possession. We didn’t like that at all.

It was just fine, be patient.

We were tired of playing the game of looking for existing houses for sale after only a few weeks. Most were only on the market for 48 hours or less. We heard Lennar was building in an established neighborhood and had a few lots ready to put on hold. We saw the product and the value for the money was way better than anything else. It took a little over a year from the day we signed the contract until closing. We are enjoying the home and the area so much. Once the build started the process was fast.

We recently built our new Florida Home with Lennar. Overall, we are very happy with our experience. We bought during the period where they were requiring highest and best offers, which is a bit frustrating. Not only did we not get to choose our options, but we had to bid against everyone else. That being said, the house they delivered was mostly what we were looking for, they delivered a little bit late, but compared to other builders they were fast. The value is great compared to other builders in the area. Our Sales agent was excellent, and the service responses so far have been great as well. It's easy for people to complain about their builders, but when we look around and see the overall state of the housing market, contractor labor shortages, supply chain issues, etc., we feel that the builder did a pretty good job despite those challenges. Sure not everything was perfect, but anyone expecting perfection in this market is either going to pay through the nose, or be seriously disappointed. Buying process was easy and exciting.

Lennar home buying overall experience was great with minus one star. Positive: excellent, trustworthy sales team; weekly photo/video updates were very helpful; smooth communication with construction team (prior to closing only); easy and clear closing process; good material for the price. Negative: several outstanding issues (due to supply chain issues, eg windows, window screens, bathroom mirrors) are still not resolved 6 weeks after the closing (still not know when they are fixed); without reminder from the buyer, no proactive communication from construction team After the closing. Our new home took 21 months to deliver, it was partly because of COVID situation which is beyond anyone's control but the approvals with county took more time than expected due to property boundary issues. Lennar's communication was very poor during this time and we were notified only when we escalated it. But once all the approvals were received the construction went as planned and home was built in 7 months. On the build quality, the materials used by Lennar were of good quality. The workmanship was average. The construction manager was helpful and answered every question with patience but was clearly overwhelmed as more than 4-5 units were under construction at the same time. So I get that there is a shortage of supplies, but I know the houses closing after my unit has gotten their fridge and not the temporary one. It has now almost been two months since we moved in. I love to call Jorge the no answer, answer guy as he does not answer my questions, he gives an answer that is so vague and none committal that it's just crazy, I have to go around him to get an actual answer to my questions. I wish they would have purchased better appliances, for the price it should be much better than what we have gotten, I am not impressed with Electrolux or Frigidaire.
