I am satisfied with overall Lennar experience. Everything was build according to my specifications. Company representatives spent great deal of time with me helping to choose options and delivered the house in planned schedule.

In today’s home market, I feel more comfortable knowing that Lennar has made an effort to repair any areas of oversight during the build process. Also, with the 1yeat home guarantee I’m protected.

My Lennar experiences are mostly good. My home is beautiful, and I am pleased to be in it. Questions were asked and answered fairly quickly during the build. If time was needed to obtain an answer but was delayed the string of communication was open and straight forward. Once in the home some items were not completed from the punch list. Important issues arose for instance no electrical on the outside of the house. A call was placed but no return call. The air conditioner was not working for several days at the beginning of my move in calls were made but no response back. All in all, this has been a good experience. I would buy from them again. ... Exceptional construction team, customer service folks- best of Lennar are the construction managers and the actual quality of the home

I had a pretty good experience, especially with the Sale associate Morgan. She was very experience and friendly. Also at the walk through Nate the construction manager was very informative on every aspect of the house and explaining with detail the function of all that is required.

Mike was awesome in doing the walk through and explaining the house hardware and installations.

Overall experience has been good.Only issue is there has been a couple of damaged things that have taken a little longer to get taken care of.But besides that no more problems.

We owed a Lennar home and sold it and purchased this Belttera II. The home is in Skye Canyon a great community with lots of potential. However, the quality of workmanship and materials used is far less than expected for the price. Our previous experience with Lennar was flawless so we expected nothing less. Lots of rework in process and that's requiring lots of patiences.

We are happy here. But I need to have my front door painted and the trim on the front of my garage and on top. Also I need a new draw… the draw I have is damaged.

I will speak of my home experience only. When I did my walk I notice on even doors closet door’s needed adjustment.kitchen cabinets are not self closing looks cheap. Had to add 1 extra light in the guest bathroom was to dark. Kitchen patio-doors. Needed to buy a screen for the doors separate did not come with the doors.. I believe Lennar homes needs improvements ..in for that they get 3 stars .thank you I hope everyone does a walk around before purchasing they home..

The entire team was easy to work with and made the purchase process a breeze. weekly update along with pictures was very helpful. And the last minute updates during the final walk through was very professionally handled.

Lennar has done a great job addressing some minor items that needed to be fixed post purchase. Immediate response and quick scheduling of the specific sub contractors needed.

We sold our previous home of more than 20 years, purchased our Lennar home, closed on both and moved in three weeks. It was very stressful but the assistance and support from the amazing Lennar team (Rosalie, Gail, Vickie) made it less so. We've also had great support from our Customer Care Rep, Vince, to address minor issues. I would recommend Lennar without reservation.

The sales associate was very helpful and courteous thru the buying process and still is involved after the sale.

We made a deal with one Lennar agent, later on he left Lennar and somebody else took over. We didn’t receive the same attention but finally everything went OK. We’ve had previous experiences with Lennar which had been amazing. We understand that the pandemia and shortage of everything caused delays and many problems but this time less quality was evident and less things were included in our home. Regarding the Construction Manager, we can say she was the best, always ready to listen and so executive! Always taking action to fix every problem. Congratulations to her!

There have been multiple construction issues requiring call backs for the installers which should have been taken care of before the move in. Wall tile was disposed of in the shower drain resulting in a complete blockage and causing water to leak under the shower pan and walls. It has been 4 week waiting to complete repairs. The warranty staff has been great responding to all issues but very frustrating and time consuming waiting for the installers to repair issues.

Kristi was excellent. Always there for whatever I needed. Same with Vance and Chris.

During your new home owner's orientation, make sure you go over every nook and cranny. Ask a lot of questions, take a lot of notes, and make sure you bring these notes with you for the final walk through. Please don't misunderstand, Lennar has been very responsive at addressing every concern, although some took longer than others to remediate, but I feel there were too many minor details that were overlooked in the quality control process that make me feel like this project was rushed.

I’m Jia, There were a lot of issues that weren't addressed during the first closing , so we had to postpone the closing, but it worked out

Buying a house isn't always the easiest thing to do but knowing that our sales rep, Trent, was on our side definitely made a difference. He was incredibly attentive to our needs throughout the entire process. He emailed us progress reports and made sure we were informed of everything going on. When problems arose (which is bound to happen in this type of process) Trent made sure everything was taken care of. He's the best and I don't know what we would've done without him.

Lennar was a good choice as a first time home buyer. The team was professional, responsive, and understanding throughout the entire process. Ultimately the home is what we needed at this point in time and while it's not perfect due to some blemishes left behind, it still turned out solid. One of the biggest hiccups we encountered was our mortgage/loan office left the company mid-way through the process and we were never told. We were given a new office and he never reached out to introduce himself or anything. We only found out who he was because we inquired about something and the person who reached out to us mentioned our officer's name and we didn't know who that was. When you're applying for a loan to build a home, it would be nice to stick with the same office the entire time, but obviously changes can/will happen. So, when they do it would be great to be informed so we know this is our new dedicated point of contact for any serious questions regarding your loan. This was our biggest hiccup, otherwise, everything else was easily solvable. We're pleased with the experience. ... More
