The staff and the people were really nice. They were very helpful and responsive to all of our questions.

Purchased a home in Ventana community end of Dec 2019. Had a few issues which were resolved relatively quickly. One took a much longer time but was finally resolved to our liking. The construction manager was extremely responsive, the subcontractors not so much. The house was a good value for a basic home, however you will need to add the extras at your time and $$. Minor pet peeves include the backyard patio is a postage stamp size, no doorbell, front door opens backwards and no lights outside of the garage. Other issue is the clubhouse and pool are still under construction however not being built by Lennar. There are three builders in this subdivision and you can tell from the curb which ones are Lennar and that is not necessarily a good thing. All in all good value if you can do your own upgrades. ... Very happy over all with home and process. Disappointed with follow through of amenities like pool, club house, att access, walking trails around pond. None are finished and paying Hoa fees still

Quite neighborhood. House is nice except 2 nails inside the house popped up, ruined the paint.

There has been a few issues with any new home built. One thing does bother me is a lot of the issues was electrical and even during construction there were issues with electrical installation. The Foreman and Sales staff were easy to work with.

New home purchase from Lennar was a smooth and easy process.

Great value for what you pay. Love that everything is included.

Lennar has a good team for getting through the administrative work. I’d love to see a little more quality control with some of the workmanship. I have had a few irrigation issues and some things were missed like termite protection. Some over cuts on the exterior siding. The fixtures for plumbing have a bit of a cheap feel. I really like the focus on energy efficiency. Overall is a pretty good cookie cutter home.

Great Quality and worth every dollar spent. I'm happy about the purchase. Please listen to your customer issues, they matter the most in the long run.

This is a great starter home for me and I was delivered what i expected. The home construction could be a little better as i faced issues in my first week at my new home but i was really impressed with the service as they were able to get it fixed pretty soon. I would definitely recommend Lennar to any new home buyers.

It would have been nice to be given a few more options. Like hurricane windows, solar panels, mirrored closet doors, vanity in Master bath, chrome vs. nickel finish in bathrooms/kitchen.

Lennar quality of materials and workmanship seems better than most in SWFL, but does not come up to the overall craftsmanship and attention to detail that we are accustomed to in MN. Responsiveness to issues has been excellent! “In-house” Lennar sales staff are quick to state completion dates for amenities that are inconsistent with overall construction schedules.

We bought a model floor plan after bouncing back and forth. The place is great overall. Location in Bulverde/ north SA is great. The home buying experience is way easier and better than going through an agent for a used home. If we were to buy again, we’d leave the appliances out and buy our own due to low quality. Plan on painting your garage and installing your own door opener. The provided home wireless router is not wired in so you have to route your own power. The tile work in bathrooms is par due to broken edges facing out and uneven placement. Overall, my wife and I are happy due to the location, community, and convenience of a new home. The home designs are very nice and spacious. My sales representative Joyce was amazing and Gary was very attentive to help in all home matters. The only areas of concern were the working with the mortgage and the timeliness of addressing items that need repair afterward.....

Nicely built house for how quick they are built- after moving in and trying to hang pictures on the walls we noticed how bowed the walls are to the point that we cant hang pictures with the command strips.

Many hidden areas were not complete or unfinished

I love my house! I would definitely recommend Lennar to anyone trying to build. Doug, Pete, Colleen, and Joe were so great and incredibly helpful. My only issue occurred after my home was built. I requested a simple electrical problem to be fixed and it was never done. I got the run around from Ellen and the electrician. Needless to say my problem was never fixed.

There were many punch list items to be completed. There should be a punch list team that goes to each house to fix all the items prior to turning it over to the buyer. Also concern about the HOA, I know this is going to be ours, but now it is Lennar's. A lot of financial concerns.

Sales is great, houses nice , price is better. Only issue is responding to issues. They take their time and are VERY SLOW to respond .

Lennar will not make even tiny customizations. I have a huge bathtub and a small shower and I hit my head on the top door support getting in and out. I would rather have a big shower and small tub. We have to step into the deep tub to open the bathroom window or open the blinds therefore the window and blinds stay closed as not really there. Water lines are split to minimize the feet of tube used and that causes the showers and faucets furthest away from continuous hot water heater to take a long time for water to get hot. Separate lines to each faucet would solve this and a manifold on wall next to water heater would allow easy control of water. Be prepared to add your own accent walls because Lennar will paint the whole house one color. If financing, don't use Lennar financing. That said, I bought the Lennar home and love it. ... More

We LOVE our new house. Let me start with that. No regrets on buying it. There is a glaring downside though. Every week something else is wrong with the electrical mostly, or occasionally something else. Still would buy again, but they really need to get better at pre move in inspections, and hire competent electricians.
