Good response and nice work

Everyone that we have dealt with at Lennar has been polite professional and helpful . Our home has had issues with that said Lennar is taking care of our concerns and issues with the home. Bottom line we are happy.

Christina in the loan department was very much a professional she responded when questions were not necessary in her area. She forwarded to the correct person. Everyone in the process were all very helpvul and approachable,

Pretty good experience with Lennar Home and closing. On closing day, the issues to fix and the cleanliness of house could have been better. Had to delay closing one day to fix issues. Could use better quality appliances, especially in washer, dryer and dishwasher. Should have left a little touch up paint also.

In today’s world can’t really complain how house was built. I’ve seen garbage from high end builders and vice versa so they did a fine job. Only major complaint is lack of customization options. Basically getting the exact model home. Paint colors, moldings, finishes, etc. would really cut down on future work and added cost.

My experience was good and everything worked out great at the end.

Great relationship and process with Lennar after my 2nd home purchase with them. The process took time for a new construction but I was very happy and satisfied with the new home investment. Highly recommended!

Good experience and great neighborhood.

As a 1st time homebuyer we were so intimidated to purchase a home. Had we known how easy the journey was, and how great our agents and Lenders were going to be that work for Lennar, we would had started this journey a long time ago! I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase your 1st time home or even if it’s not your 1st home, to buy from Lennar. The Warranty process gives our family such a peace of mind that we can live comfortably in our home.

We've been loving the home so far. There are a few things that have been needing to get fixed but it's been helpful putting in service requests. The repairs haven't been the fastest, but overall we're happy

Purchased a new home in September. Everything went smoothy. Overall I would recommend Lennar. I must say getting in touch with some of the people was a challenge. They ask you to go on line and get the information you need. Too many emails not enough personal attention, even though my Sales Agent George was great.

Great Everyone was very helpful & courteous.

Be sure to ask lots of questions. Make a list of items to be addressed. Be patient. Lots of paperwork.

Great experience, responsive to complaints

We absolutely love our Lennar home. The process was to give our deposit was seamless. However, we did have some trouble as we approached our closing date. The dates were changed and we hardly heard from our sales rep until we needed to sign the forms and send the deposit. Our walk through was great and Dustin and his team did awesome.

we had a very good experience with all the Lennar team, from the downpayment to the sign at the closing, everybody, sales teams and lender team were very kind with us and always willing to helps us a find the best solutions to us.

The over all aspect of the build from the sales department to the project manager was five star. However, The finance aspect of the project was not very professional and misleading at times and very unresponsive, and when we did have a problem and tried to fix it, they did absolutely nothing for us, except create bigger problems. In conclusion, I would never use them to finance ever again.

My experience was very good. We began with a rough start, but it ended very well.

I've experienced some concerns but so far it has been a good experience - which could've been great if I didn't feel like I live in the middle of a construction zone. I realize that it is temporary, but it doesn't make sense to build houses on each side then build one in the middle afterwards. I'm awaken regardless whether I'm ready to get up or not. If I'm working from home I have to mute the calls, from all the continuous banging and knocking. I'm concerned about debris, dust, trash, materials and people always in my yard. Some of the grass in my back yard had to be replaced, and got messed-up again from construction run-off, there's a deep track left in the front of my house from a tractor that needs to be fixed. ... I had a good experience after 22years to buy again a new home with lennar again a lot things changed anyways we done and easy process closing a home Iloved it my loan and everything was done in a nice way thanks to all who helped us in this process
