Fast response and resolution from the warranty team - much appreciated!

Overall house buying experience was very good,the quality of all work is great, Recommend to my friends and relatives.

The team in Camas was great. They continue to be responsive. Love the house. Some small issues around quality but nothing that isn’t a relatively quick fix.

Everything looks good. But builder is not allowed to customize anything while building the home. Small changes are also not allowed. If they allowed customization, it will be so great.

The people who work for Lennar, from the sales person to customer service reps were very friendly, patient and helpful.

While the buying experience is great Lennar does not offer the flexibility to make minor changes such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Also, master bathroom looks really cheap. Laundry room and appliances i.e., washing machine with auger. Really. I have no problem with customer service. For I pay either these things come standard or Lennar offer to customer if they want them.

I think that Lennar has worked hard to integrate the supply chain of items needed to help with the delivery of items needed to construct the house.

Overall a good experience. One improvement would be how information is provided. The building process is several months long and some info is given too far in advance. The buyer is not ready for it and it gets lost or hard to find again. Getting the names/sources for all the utilities for instance. I was instructed to go to MyLennar (or one of the Lennar sites). From there was told info wasn't available, need to go to the development's web page. From there was told info didn't exist for that area. Frustrating. A pre-made packet for each development would be a great service to provide the new homeowner. Also, there are quite a few people reaching out to you in the process. Everything was completed as cheap as possible. Wouldn't even give you paint to touch up spots missed.

I like my house, I regret that I wasn’t able to pick out anything. But I am content with my place and I love the neighborhood.

Reliability was key to our purchase.

Closing day was extremely stressful. Were we closing or not? Lennar was not able to obtain the CoO, but said it was merely a glitch at the town offices. There was so much still to complete at the house...no closet shelving, no shower doors, no mirrors in bathrooms, no sod, no landscaping, etc. It's fortunate we did not plan too move in immediately after closing. Within a few weeks we had everything resolved satisfactorily. The house is beautiful. Now we just need a completed clubhouse!

Smooth process and most of amenities are in built with options.

Lennar is there for you even after closing.

Great floor plan. Responsive when warranty items were reported. Minor issues that could be improved for future buyers, but overall we like the new home.

Sales office Laurie went to bat for us and had some changes made that made our home buying experience fantastic. The finished product was exactly what we were hoping for and Laurie played an intricate part of making that happen. Thank you Laurie.

This is my fifth home I have had built. The overall experience was one of the best that I have had. My site project manager was very responsible to my emails and issues, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, the house had less issues at closing than previous homes. I was not a fan of not being able to make selections for options as in previous homes, that was always a selling point for me in buying my own home. This was an investment property, so I was able to move past that, but still didnt like the exterior color of the home. Also, the large walk-in master shower really should have a shower door, not the expectation of a shower rod as that would have flooding issues. I had to invest in a shower door post move-in. The sod that was put down also sat at the end of the road for a week or more and was mostly dead when I took ownership of the home and the yards on the entire street look very poor because of this. ... The final inspection and closing were delayed because the home as not really in the. Th construction manager did a great job under trying circumstance to complete the home as close to the original closing date as possible. All Lennar personnel were very helpful in addressing any outstanding items identified from the home inspection.

I wish we were able to pick our exterior elevation/colors. We had a lot of delays, many of which were understandable, some were solely based on the land department’s incompetence, things that they knew needed to be done but expected the city to allow a variance on that delayed closing several weeks.
