I was afraid and still because all bad comments about Lennar, to be honest the home is fine and they let me know what is cover for Warranties and what no, I found nice People in all process, the findings and few claims were attenden very fast, I dont have mayor issues with my home and I receive all the said, the only think is that the neightboard still in construction and Looks like Lennar is not give us all ammenities or parks they promise, it chanched with the time, in general my experience was and still fine, Im in my first year with warranty and I dont have claims opened. pay your inspecction it helps a lot.... ... My experience was good and everything worked out great at the end.

Overall we were not happy at all. Lennar is a bottom line driven company with little or no concern for customer satisfaction. We would never build another Lennar home.

What can I say my second purchase from Lennar really enjoy my home and the parks,neighborhood that why I bought in the area again

Very good experience and easy going process

We bought the model home and it was listed with a pool heater for hot tub and pool. No heater! It’s been two months since we closed. No garage door openers, ceiling fan and light and living room still doesn’t work! Stove good has lights falling out, landscape is old dirty and dying, this is not acceptable. Unhappy customer for sure!

While there were some minor issues that needed to be addressed after move-in (which is to be expected with a new build), Lennar has been extremely responsive and timely in fixing these issues. The customer service is fantastic, and Lennar has made it easy to contact them when needed.

Overall, I am happy with Lennar. The house design is great and the materials used seem to be higher quality. My biggest complaints is I wish they did a better job of leveling out the lots so houses weren’t on such a hill. Some parts of our flooring isn’t even and is quite noticeable. The thickness of the walls isn’t great. It is easy to hear through them. The fact they provided a great interest rate is really what sold us. As of right now (considering we have only had the house over a month), I would recommend to a friend or family member and would buy a Lennar again.

Home bugging and lot selections were all quick and easy to understand. We received brief updates and pictures on a weekly basis. Constructing prices was quicker than usual. Closing was easy. For anyone choosing to build, Please inspect carefully. Materials may not be the best of quality nor sturdy.

I wanted to take this time to acknowledge my building manager, Barry, who assisted me throughout the process of the construction of my home. Barry kept in contact with me from the point of contract and throughout the entire construction process of my home. He was very attentive to every question I asked and answered in a professional manner. Barry walked me through every step during my first and second walk-through Before closing on my home. In Closing, I want to thank Barry for everything He has done to assist me throughout the construction process of my home. He was attentive to quality work performed by the construction crew and made corrections when needed. Barry went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process and transition to close on my home. I want to thank Barry and LENNAR for everything they have done for me during the purchasing and closing process On my home. Going through the loan application process was horrible. Very unfriendly to people without a realtor. Rude and not helpful or responsive to questions. Given no information on this community on how to handle utilities, HOA etc. Person doing the house walkthrough gave misinformation multiple times on how to do things. I was told by two different people that they get me a list of paint used on home, nothing. Overall it was not a good experience.

I chose Lennar because of their reputation and floorplan. I am however disappointed in some of the workmanship that is sloppy. Their customer service department is unapproachable except by email. There is no one who could answer a quick question or refer a client to documentation regarding an issue.

We bought a house is all I can say. The craftsmanship is not there. The Sheetrock and painting is the worst I’ve seen. The paint should be considered as primer and the house really needed painting. If this was my primary home, I would definitely be upset with the overall quality. All I can say is…..we bought a house and there’s nothing extravagant about it. I would definitely never use their mortgage and probably never consider their homes

We had soooo many issues with Lennar Mortgage specifically, not the local company.

After searching for weeks for a new home, we found this diamond in the rough. Everything we wanted with an amazing floor plan we had never seen before, and loved. From purchase to closing took 3 weeks. The mortgage process with Lennar mortgage was a bit painful, but we kept the light at the end of the tunnel and made it through. We are thrilled with our new home!

The loan process could be improved with better communication and more timely responses to questions from our loan officer. We could have locked in at lower rate and was discouraged to do so by loan officer and then it went up. I wish we had more finished home at closing. More attention to detail by the super would have avoided a lot of unnecessary tickets, however, the people handling the tickets after closing have been the best to deal with! (Josh, Maria & Matt). Still waiting on a few things to be resolved and we are 7 weeks after closing that were noted and should have been handled before we ever closed. ... More

The home is solid. Initial issues were taken care of in a week after the first walk thru, Those issues were minor and only time will tell. The folks in finance department have their hands full and they are some great people! Overall it was a 4 star experience. Not bad or average...just good but not great! Why so many rentals already? Ask those questions as it impacts overall home quality.

We were able to buy in a community with amenities that satisfy the needs of the retirement phase of our life.

Celecia was great very helpful from beginning to end - I’m just a little upset I was told trash was included in our hoa and it was not - joel w mortgage was amazing even though we ended up just going the cash route he still was awesome ! Anthony and Katie were awesome when it came to warranty time they really helped me get things done Tim the construction manager was such an angel a true blessing very helpful ! I’m super thankful for each and everyone my new happy blessed home I’m thankful to the lennar team -!

We were kept informed weekly by sales agent Chandler about out townhouse progress, and he was quick to respond to questions, concerns. Our onsite manager Shay spent time with us as we neared closure and was helpful in making sure our house would meet our satisfaction. Some breakdown did occur toward the end as we never completed a review walk through after we moved in and we never were introduced to a customer care person. An additional note of significance to us occurred after we moved in: Shortly after our move all the smoke/carbon monoxide detectors went off about midnight without any stop. Husband was able to pull out batteries. The next day an electrician to correct the problem. A few weeks later it happened again. I was impressed with the immediate help I received, first from Shelley (the only person I knew to call) who directed me to the right folks. Thanks to customer Care Rep Deb and IES's Sarah who dispatched the electrician (who happened to be the same one who came in Sept) that day. We are happy with our new home! . ... More

Astonia is a gorgeous, peaceful community with spacious homesites for a variety. Good managers are great communicators, active listeners, and amazing supporters.
