over it was good just a few things need to be improved in my house but i love my house

Finishing could have been more detailed.

Definitely Fast Builds - we have signed our contract around October 29th and in February 28th we were moved in our new home already - time line is AMAZING!!! with Lennar. I work as an Architect - construction filed - and I know how long permits take and how long Homeowners responsibilities needed to be done prior to the build to start. Lennar being a massive building skips all these steps and gets permits quick which worked in our favor. However you might keep in mind that the appliances that are provided with the homes are not top of the line and you might end up buying new ones after you move into your brand new home. That's what we did - replaced refrigerator and dishwasher right away. Also flooring "Main Floor" is laminate and its not water proof - we have some chipped laminate boards already, so be aware of these things. We were informed that the floor is not water proof - but we were in the property only a month and already have at least 4 chipped laminate boards "not to happy about that" Overall, they deliver a great product for the money - they meet all county or city energy requirements. I recommend this builder to my fiends and 3 of them already did start their contract process with Lennar in California & Illinois - So, you are welcome Lennar! Overall happy with the product. The communication between Lennar sales team and construction team is very good. As an out of state buyer, I am satisfied with their service, especially the construction manager Tony Baine. I had experience with building my own house before, and understand how many small works to be done every stage of the construction. But Tony made me feel that he was the onsite manager only for my house when he actually have more than ten houses in progress at the same time. Appreciate your hard work, Tony, thank you so much!

Straightforward pricing - on time with completion - very thorough on expectations.

Evan and Justin did a great job making sure we were comfortable and satisfied. The sales rep was not very appreciative of our business. A simple "thank you" goes a long ways.

My experience was really good

Matt, the Lennar sales/agent, is awesome. There’s nothing he could do better. Super responsive, kind and thoughtful in helping decide what house and lot would work best for me. Lennar Mortgage was also super easy to work with, and close was an easy process once we got the close date nailed down. Austin, my construction manager, was also very easy to work with, and a good guy, wanting to make everything right. Feel like he’s got too much on his plate, despite that, a positive experience.

This builder builds nice structured homes with a really beautiful design, Very comfortable and cozy.

We were living far from the home as it was being built and Lennar kept us updated and sent photos of the building process every week. The home is well built, things that needed attention were handled quickly, Everything is working great.

Took a while to get everything completed correctly, but I attribute all of that to the lack of labor available in todays market. But in the end Lennar stood behind all that was needed to be done to our satisfaction as quickly as they could.

I love the design of Lennar homes. They are spacious and well built for everyday living.

Very knowledgeable and professional

Standard garage is to small for a set of standard cars. Bathrooms are just adequate, could have been so much better. Tough to live in a monitored community... Big brother is always watching.

The builder was overwhelmed with closings and could not complete construction on our home by closing. Punch out items took an additional week after closing. We placed on contract on a nearly completed home one month prior, but the builder prioritized other homes over this one for completion.

Buying a new home is a process and patience is key

Craftsmanship is awesome. But, the make ready team is horrible. I've had to go back over a lot of missed items reported on walk through and still have some areas that were not touched.

The builder are attentive to detail. Great subdivision. Only thing that is missing are the amenities.

The overall experience has been almost seamless. Lennar was very responsive and for the most part everything was done on time and ready to go. There are always hiccups in the mortgage process, but Lennar kept those as smooth as possible

Good overall experience. 1 downside is you cant change anything or have anything added during construction even if it would make things easier in the long run.

I love the layout of my home!
