Bidding process was a bit insane and feel like it is making purchasing a home in FL a challenge. Overall, we didn't get many updates from the sales person or CM during the build process. We were lucky enough to be in FL already and were able to go to the site weekly to inspect. Many issues called out during the build process were not addressed and/or fixed. Our punchlist during walk thru was huge and they did as much as possible before move in, but had a good chunk to work thru after we moved in. The Warranty team was very responsive and worked to quickly address our issues.

Reliable and trustworthy. We can sleep well and worry-Free when we buy from Lennar.

Build quality seems to be good. Time will tell on that. Finish was during winter, so it has to be repainted since it was done at 42 degrees and rain that night and temps dropped into the 30's. Lennar said they would do that. House was settling within a couple of weeks where drywall nails were showing and cracks and peeling at ceiling to wall junction on second floor were apparent. Said they would fix at 1 year walk thru and took care of immediate ones right away. Customer service on issues after move in was excellent. Ruby was fantastic. No squeaky floors, fit and finish is good. Delays due to not being able to get appliances on time(true for all builders) but not able to upgrade from base grade. Overall i am happy about everything

Overall it was a pretty smooth transaction from the builders end of it. The floor plan is real nice, a lot of the finishes are nice and the upgraded plank flooring is beautiful. Biggest complaint is the walls/paint/sheetrock, some of the walls are NOT straight, bows in them from the get go, many neighbors have seen the same thing in their homes walls. Paint is builder quality cheap- so count on painting walls yourself because any time you touch them it leaves a mark and you cannot clean them like you good a good quality paint. overall, walls aside- I am real happy with the house and the Lennar sales team and online team was top notch. ... Lennar offers many advantages over some other builders. We loved not having to be nickel and dimed for every little thing. Great features in the kitchen, spacious family room and nice sized bedrooms. The builder is responsive and clearly works hard to provide their buyers with the best home buying experience.

I purchased 3 lennar homes inn the past, I am noticing the bad quality of the current one, 2nd floor squeaking, poor quality on the wall and doors painting, and obviously over priced due to the lack of inventory

There is only a one year warranty and after initial inspection blemishes and other issues are not covered. Found things after the inspection but was told they would not be covered.

Options is satisfied compare other builders.

We love the floor plan of the Jefferson model and it fits our needs (and our furniture) perfectly. We also appreciate all of the "upgraded" features of the home.

Lennar has built a solid and well appointed home, the workmanship of the house itself is excellent and I’m very pleased.

They kept us up-to-date on our building progress and what to expect in very difficult times.

Due to demand, there are only spec houses available which does limit the individual's choice of the model they want and the lot they want.

Every step of the process was enjoyable. It was great to watch my home go from a slab of dirt to what it is today. Closing day had a minor issue because they didn't communicate effectively, however there was no delay in getting my keys. I would definitely stick with this builder for my single family home whenever its time for that.

Entire team provided great customer service and support an explanation of the services to be provided.

builder don't have options. To accommodate additional work to modify certain additions before finishing final work like(ex lighting , hose bibs, garage paint finishes, electrical modification for security / lighting)

I love my new home! My problem issue is poor workmanship under my kitchen island. The wall is cracked & left with no trim completion. I called and feel it should have been immediately taken care of, yet I have to wait for 60 day warranty. Also, I have received NO USPS mail delivery?!?! & have lived here almost 60 days.

Overall is good, at the end there was a delay to finish the development which I understand, but it took more than a week to complete the last piece due to the mistake of supplier and the builder. It almost affected my loan (my locked rate was expiring at the day of the delayed closing date), to be honest I was not happy about it!

Bo was wonderful through out the process after taking possession as there were a few things that needed attention. He made sure all issues were taken care of and in a timely manner.
