The entire team made the buying experience quick and easy.

Disappointed with quality of appliances for a $500K+ home. Wasn’t flagged on the planes flying over the community which should have been disclosed. Setup of the laundry room prevents full use of the space. Bedroom carpeting is not up to the standards of the home—flooring should have been consistent with the rest of the home. Would have liked the name of the paint/colors used.

Assistance from Team from sales to Project Manager/support staff with issues has been excellent. The quality could improve and the options when buying were limited or removed - maybe due to rushing to get development finished and closed.

We have only been in our new home for about 3 weeks but have had several problems arise. Each issue has so far been taken care of in a timely manner. At this point we are very happy with the response time to take care of homeowner issues.

Our Lennar was a good value for the size of the home we go in the price range we wanted. The buying process was smooth, other than the lending side. We were given the Lennar lender, and we submitted the paperwork, but didn't like the payments. Our Lennar consultant suggested another approved lender who was amazing and got us a CalHFA loan with better payments and rate. After this, the Lennar lender reached out with a better loan offer but couldn't beat the approved lender. Then attempted to send us a Lennar loan document tying us to her after we said we weren't going with them. I did not like Lennar Lending's lack of transparency. Lincoln, during the walk through was amazing and gave full descriptions of how to use all the features of the house as well as the things that will be fixed. All items were taken care of by the move-in date, and keys were received early. Lennar's build quality has a little to be desired, and the fit and finish have a little to be desired, but for our first home and in the price range we wanted, it was hard to beat. After moving in is when we experienced problems. i.e. doors that didn't shut properly, tiles in the master bath came loose and were mushy, the dishwasher didn't work when we tried it the first time, had to replace the garbage disposal, and the grout work was sloppy.

Lennar did a good job and the various staff coordinated well with the buyer.

Lennar was a great company to work with. Everyone that we met and dealt with, from first entering the show center to finalizing and closing escrow, My loan officers, Isabel and her counterpart Maria, were very helpful and resourceful with all the paperwork process and questions I had. They made our experience of purchasing a home simple with no issues. Buying a Home can be very stressful buy they provided guidance and professionalism in everything they did. Good communication, save on the day of closing my final home walkthrough was scheduled at 9:30a and closing was scheduled at 10:00am. The locations were 45 min apart, so I missed my final walkthrough.

The people were very nice and helpful but buyer beware. Go over everything with a fine tooth comb. We have a cracked shower wall and the plumbing company that works for Lennar refuses to fix it

I would recommend Lennar's Noble's Pond as the pricing is very affordable for 55+ buyers and the community is just great to live in.

Things went well but communication is lacking

Everyone we have worked with up until now has been very helpful and informative. So far we are very pleased. Been here about 5 weeks now.

The house was very well built. There were some minor issues with some small details

Everyone helpful but to much Online paperwork ! Frustrating and stressful. We are not good with computers we had to seek outside help to do pages and pages unnecessary paper work !why have a Closing! Bathrooms are very basic not crazy about that. Have AC/Heating unit in Attic is insane. We are elderly can't climb into Attic?? Need to hire someone for the monthly maintenances of the Unit whoever thought of doing that should be fired

Overall satisfied, there are issues, but some they will fix right away, others they might deny.

We started the homebuying process the homebuying process in October. The overall process took a very long time. Initial closing was supposed to be mid January, but it got pushed out a number of times. End of January, then early February. And all final closing "certifications" from Lennar didn't happen until beginning of February. Being on credit lock down for 4 months is a LOT. To have to wait 4 months to do anything because the final approval on the mortgage was delayed was more than a little stressful.

We enjoyed the process. The sales agent was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The closing day was longer than usual but the misunderstanding was cleared and we finally closed the same day. The meetings with the house manager were very helpful.

The process was a bit strange that you had to be pre-approved before being able to make an offer on the home. Actually worked out better for us in the long run. Second time we bought a Lennar home. HATE that you. Ant modify anything as it’s being built. I understand they want to keep the price down but really should put a cabinet above the space for the refrigerator and who still uses drop in sinks for new builds? Happy with everything else would just love to not have carpet in rooms and then have to pull it out to put the other flooring in that’s already installed in the house. There have been some minor issues with home construction. But the Concierge, Construction, and 2 of 3 Customer Service individuals have gone the extra mile in being very flexible and helpful. The main customer service rep assigned to me has been excellent. There were also some issues with the loan process that caused unnecessary delays and misunderstandings. But other employees at Lennar Mortgage rectified the issues. Currently in the process of resolving some inconsistent information. Lennar Title was very professional, efficient and responsive. Overall, a good experience so far.

I like the quick response to any issues with the house. The repairmen were very courteous and professional.

IS HARD TO CONTAC HOA

We love the floor plan. Was disappointed in 2 x 4 vs 2 x 6 studs. The build should have more insulation included. No major issues at this 3 months in. Closing was seamless. We hope to live here for many years.

Overall quality is OK - biggest complaint is the sheer amount of trash left over from the builders. Rusty metal pins, screws/nails, shingles, concrete pour-over from the patio in the grass. Nightmare for anyone with kids or pets!!
