Too many open items at and after closing. The Lennar team is addressing them but some items remain out of stock and are yet to be installed (bathroom light fixtures)

Great for first time home buyers but also do your homework.

good builder with fair prices

Process was very fast and everyone was very helpful and responded to my questions in a timely manner. I only gave 3 stars for the value because currently all homes everywhere are overpriced when you look at the SF you're purchasing. Especially when the nearest big grocery stores and pharmacies are at least 20 mins away.

We discouraging levels higher than maximum after moving in. Unfortunately, Lennar did not allow to do radon test before pu having. I suggest future homeowners watch radon levels.

Build quality is average. Sales team, lender, title, and insurance were professional but first-time buyers may find their communication rather reactive. Those who’ve bought new builds should find it efficient however. Lender rates weren’t the best but offset by Builder closing incentives.

Make sure you get everything done and repaired BEFORE closing. they are very helpful fixing everything but after you take possession on the home they take their time to fix or can tell you that is not covered on the warranty.

Homebuilder has been very responsive to our areas of concern.

Unfortunately when we were about to moved in we had some issues that can cause delayed to moved in to our new home two weeks later after the closing day. We had to wait until the installed closet doors, for them to repair the cracked attic door inside the walk in closet, they delivered us dirty, dusty house, incomplete base board in bathroom, stained carpet in walking closet, loose dishwasher, hole behind the fridge.

We didn't like the fact that the builder will not work with the buyer in making simple slight changes in the home. Absolutely none even prior to the start of the building process even though you offer to pay for changes. The appliances installed are low end for quality. The dishwasher didn't work. We had to call a dealer who diagnosed the problem as a burned out motor and were left to wait two months for it to be fixed. You pay high dollar for a very average home. Cookie Cutter mentality.

Completed on time as promised. Few minor corrections here and there. All isgood!

Had to accept the home as builder picked out, made the experience of buying a brand new home less magical. Thats why I gave 4 star overall, and 3 start for value for the price paid.

I would not say it was outstanding but our experience was very good. Improvement in your process could be made by far!!

i liked the design and layout of the house also the higher ceilings it gives a roomy felling

Well overalll but closing and some of the to do list

Quick easy process from home selection to closing. Completion of construction seemed rushed leaving details for quality workmanship in question. Lennar customer service is quick to respond to correct detail errors.

We purchased a fully upgraded home in a new Lennar development, and were pleased by the excellent result. High professionalism was shown by every employee we encountered. The pandemic years caused some delays in the build process, but Lennar persevered and still delivered.

The materials are very nice but some of them are not of good quality. There was a lot of essential info missing from the orientation. For example, they never told us about the filter, how it needs to be replaced, How to operate the thermostats. etc.....

Beautiful Townhomes in lovely development

Overall, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful explaining the home buying process and what to expect with your home. Some minor things Lennar could improve - there's no customize option as other builders offer. Lennar makes it convenient offering home insurance, home mortgage making the experience more streamline because its all handled by Lennar. After moving in, there were some minor dings, but Lennar did fix it in a timely manner.
