My salesperson Chris was very helpful and understanding of my needs. Service follow ups have been a bit challenging and require persistence on my part. Tim has been most helpful with service issues. Gerting a response from the HOA has been rather challenging.

Richard our salesperson was phenomenal. Super informative and attentive to our needs. The new home delivery team was also great. As great as the Lennar team was, we did experience a couple of issues that we uncovered after move-in that are still outstanding. 1. Stove never worked. Contacted Frigidaire and they sent someone out that had to replace a fan motor. It's been over 2 weeks and the parts still have not arrived. 2. End cap on one of the banisters came off. Upon inspection I saw that it wasn't attached properly. Next time I purchase a new home, I'll be a lot more thorough in testing every function of every appliance. Buying from Lennar was an overall good experience. It was difficult at times to get a response which makes me think they are overworked and have heavy loads of work. Everyone that I have come in contact with has been friendly and helpful. There are some things that could have been done better. For one, there should have been address numbers installed in ALL of the front doors, The way that this townhouse was designed makes it confusing for deliveries since the address is only visible from the garage side. Leaving it to the homeowner's expense to install a visible address numbers let alone the process to approve it ridiculous. I cannot tell you how many packages I have hand delivered myself because it was mistakenly delivered to my front porch. Another is where to put trash bins except in the garage makes it stinky and attracts bugs in the house. I like that there are 2 different thermostats to have better control of temperatures in the house. The website is very helpful in getting some repairs done in the home in a timely manner so I do like that feature. ... More

We have had a great experience so far. The very beginning with Ethan finding us the location we wanted and the floor plan we didn't know we needed was great. Noah was very efficient and helpful during the loan process as well. We had a water issue right at move in and customer service went out of there way to make sure we were taken care of. We've been here just over 2 months and everything is working well and we love our little home near the beach.

Will be great to include more items (yard and curtain ) for the completed house. Need to improve workmanship on detailed finishing.

My overall home buying experience with Lennar was great. The level of experience and knowledge with the team is incredible, and I love my home overall. However, it's was disappointing when I had to accept that I was walking in a brand new home with three long cracks in the garage that will not get fixed until the cracks get larger. And now the ceiling in the living room is beginning to crack from one end to the other. I just think being in a new home less than 60 days and experiencing this type of problem is unacceptable. I understand the concept of a home settling, but I don't think a new homeowner should walk into these kind of issues from day one. It takes away from the joy of purchasing your home. ... More

Wish they would have been more cooperative in adding options that would be more cost effective instead wanting us to deal with it after completion

Overall satisfied with quality of home. Could have used better customer service on going over all aspects of appliances, sprinkler system etc. service issues to repair takes along time to get fixed.

Easy online closing and good instructions to use appliances.

My experience with most of their employees was 5 stars. Helpful and attentive with a "call, if you have any questions."

Workmanship on the home is marginal. I keep saying "is it cost/time effective to do it correct the first time?" that to keep coming back to repair the issue. Also, we've had experiences with warranty matters when we've been told the trade is scheduled to come out, they don't show or communicate.

The house is great, but a lot of ants were in the house on movie in. The prosperity lines seem off and the grass they planned is struggling to grow on one side. Construction on the other side has caused trash to blow over into my property and it’s still there

Our sales rep Wayne was awesome to work with when finding our home. Kevin was great helping us with our mortgage paperwork. We did not have a great experience with the closing process. No communication, asking for things 2 or 3 times. Waited till the last minute to give us our final numbers. Def needs to get better.

Worst interior paint job ever. Paint on switch plates and socket covers as if it were painted after the plates were installed. Even the things that were pointed out during walk through weren't corrected properly. We are still finding blue painters tape in areas that were not corrected. Customer service is great in responding in a very quick manner.

We are satisfied with the overall construction of our house. The response to our issues was quick, but it took several weeks to get our issues resolved. There is still an outstanding issue with the trees in our backyard, which we are still working with Lennar.

We had a pretty big mishap during the process of buying our home, which was pretty stressful, but Lennar stepped up and took responsibility for their error and made it right. The only issue we have encountered since moving in two months ago was yard drainage. It has been brought to Lennar's attention and they are currently working on a plan to fix the problem. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase. Our home is lovely.

in general, house is ok. service is ok. but just ok. Lennar can do it even better to become great. but you cannot expect that. because of Lennar build massive houses at the same time and want control cost as much as they can according to Lennar. the warranty team is good. always have quick response. most warranty issue are very minor things which they can avoid before house close if they want, you have to escalate and prove it according to the process steps over and over again which make you feel a little bit annoyed.

Air conditioning was having issues. They were addressed. Problems were resolved.

Overall was a good experience, there are some details to improve still.

The Lennar experience has been wonderful and I would recommend a Lennar home to anyone. This is the first time I have purchased a new home and I am thrilled!!!!! However, at my age, I struggled with the on-line paperwork. I graduated college before PCs and I am self taught. IT does NOT come naturally so I really appreciated the managers patience with me. Everything has gone well except the front yard drip system. It has been repaired three times. Hopefully it is good going forward. My one BIG recommendation to Lennar is to be much more mindful about wasting landscaping water. When I moved in, my drip system ran constantly for days and I am afraid to see my first water bill. The lawn watering system has also had issues with running excessively and sprinklers watering the street. I hate seeing water/money running down the street and it took weeks to get the issue addressed. Question: why did Lennar put my one outdoor water spout in the front yard and NOT IN THE BACK YARD where I need to water??? I horrible design flaw! ... More

Decent quality. Responsive. Good offers. Worth the price. Difficult to navigate website.
