The process was seamless and schedule well.

We sent a list of items to be addressed. The person who was supposed to address the issues did not. Another person in your employ addressed them at a much later date. So the experience worked out well; however, we waited longer than necessary. The person picking up the ball, is the one deserving all the stars. You should allow names to be used. If we do something good or bad, we should own it. I always own what I say or do. It's called accountability. It makes us better.

First time building with a track builder. Our sales agent, Sean, went above and beyond. He was very communicative with us throughout the building process. There were some structural issues found by the independent inspector we hired and they were corrected at the pre drywall Phase. We also had a real estate agent, Christina, represent our interest during the 6 month build. She kept us well informed on the construction progress. We would highly recommend hiring an independent home inspector. We feel our home is well built and Lennar’s “everything included” saved us money. I have had a good experience with Lennar representatives. A current problem is being corrected and the communication is in a timely manner. The homebuying process was good.

It's a good starting point

For title, I didn’t know when I was going to sign until it was about two days before it was very hectic, I had to wait a long time when I went to the office because they didn’t have everything ready, and then after they wanted me to go back and sign more papers And I live like 45 minutes away so I said no, so a very nice lady came to my house so I could sign more papers, purchased many houses throughout my life. I have never had an experience like this should Communicate better, since people are anxiously waiting to know when it’s going to close and not Just two days before we close, because we have other things to do my like work. ... I've very happy with my new home in Brunswick Plantations. Lennar's team have helped me all along the buying and moving in experience. They have been responsive to making fixes since moving in, and hopefully they'll continue to work out all of the kinks as promised.

Ally did a great job showing us the exact location we were looking for. Small issue that have come up were taken care of right away. Really enjoy the amenities and the friendly people who we live around. Closing was not a positive experience because they closed on so many homes on the day assigned to us.

Overall experience was good. A little disappointed regarding some items that were not explained properly during the process, specifically the marketing of the property compared to what was delivered (square footage and covered balcony patio).

This is my second property at the same community. Their processes and service went downhill. Quality is not as good as my first property. For example, floor, countertops, details to finish the house to mention a few. Also, they didn't include features that I got from the first house in order to 'save' a few dollars. A month later, I still requesting new services claiming warranty of some issue. By the way, my first home was bought on 07/23 and the second home on 05/24. So, there's not even a year of difference.

So far so good. Nice house. Month delay in getting driveway/landscaping/irrigation/sod but hasn't caused any major issues for us.

Wish there was a bit higher quality of construction (I.E. 2X6 vice 2X4 framing). Also there are simply not enough outlets installed nor utility sink plumbing in the garage. All of which I would have been happy to pay for if that was an option!

Overall very positive. Closing went smoothly.

Evetything was good, the only problem was the sales agent, he told me a lot of wrong informations

MJ was amazing. She was very genuine and very efficient. She was ready with anything I needed and explained everything extremely well. She is a jewel to the Lennar family. I nicknamed her "the Mayor" since she knew everything, everyone, and was really readily available for anything I needed. I would say she is your MVP when it comes to a new homeowner experience.

I had a very good experience with Jeff, he walked me through my new home and he went over the fuse box, the utility room and other important features of the home.

On the closing day, the person responsible for the closing left for vacation which caused some delay. Also, the title was not consistent which was not found until last minute.

Their selling price is very competitive. Construction and warranty managers are responsible and willing to help resolving issues. Their communities usually provide a lot of amenities.

The overall experience was good. However, the grass that is HOA controled is 6” long and needs to be mowed.

Lennar team were pretty helpful in the home buying process.

I asked my customer representative, Amanda Rich to give me a paint code for the cabinets- Grey- and I am still waiting for the representative to respond to my request. It's been over two weeks. That would give you a picture how the services have been! I am not happy.

Great buying experience. However after finding things that need to be repaired ,the repair process has been very slow and frustrating. I wish they would be understanding and more efficient (faster) making the minor repairs.

Most items on our punch list were taken care of, however, some paint touch up has not been completed. We are now nearing 2 months in the home. Marco has been great and responsive, but I have been unable to contact Maria, my sales consultant. Wes has been helpful, as has John with finance.

We were provided with regular updates during construction and any questions we had were promptly answered. Our construction manager, Scott, was especially great

Mortgage process was good. Condo was completed on time and process closing was simple. The only issue would be the fact that Lennar does not put any light fixtures in their condos.
