We got a great deal on a great home.

Get involved with the process early. Take the initiative and initiate your contact with the builder. If you wait for Lennar to initiate your contact with the builder you may be waiting awhile.

John and joe were great and easy to work with. A couple months after i lived in the home my water heater went out and joe had someone come out and fix it the next day

Builder wrote contract to where buyer was liable to pay for lot tax at closing but, issued a credit at closing for most of this cost IF the buyer used Lennar Mortgage. External Mortgage company could not make this $ amount up in credits in order to be competitive on closing costs.

Overall great experience with Lennar.

Everything Included is a great feature and the smart devices was an added bonus.

We enjoyed the construction process from framing to close and it was nice to see the different stages and to see it finally be ours before the deadline was awesome.

Our experience with Lennar financial staff was absolutely great, thank you for making things so smoothly, The building team was great as well thank you for everything and all the work. We love our new home..

The people at Lennar were helpful and there every step of the way.

The purchasing process was executed with professionalism and we were provided the necessary information to make choices and decisions. The construction process had some initial hiccups but our construction manager got us back on track and was extremely proficient in keeping us informed, responding to construction issues and maintaining the timeline for completion. Lennar could provide the home owner with less technology and a little more functionality.

If I saw something that did not look right to me or if I felt uncomfortable with something, they went out of their way to correct or assure me that it will be okay and it will not be a problem.

Great purchas experience from first meeting to the last meeting. Construction quality is not really high though.

We have been through several home purchases and this was one of the easiest. Good job all around!!

The home was well done and in the time originally specified. The home buying consultant went above and beyond in every way. Can't say enough good things about her. Construction manager was very responsive to a couple of issues we noticed on closing day. Coming to SC from Ca. we were delighted with the home and it's price. Overall we are pleased with the home.

The community we selected does not offer the highest-end homes but the home is a great value for the money and serves its purpose for us. You will not be able to select any materials and you should be prepared to add lighting and other wiring for A/V and security systems which cannot be added during construction. If you want a pool, you will need to budget to re-locate the standard landscaping. Nothing is customized but that is advertised so if you can be happy with what's offered the home is a great buy.

We got a great home at a good price!

Overall, we had average experience. We wish the communication about closing date can be more transparency, we understand many factors could cause delay and actually are ok with it since we are not in hurry to move in. However, the last minute change on the home inspection date due to the construction is not ready as promised adding challenges to our moving timeline and extra time to coordinate and reschedule it.

The Sales person,Roy ,I give 5 STAR. He was very easy to communicate with. He always responded to our questions. Gerry, the construction manager, I give 5 STAR. He was also easy to reach and explained /answered our inquiries. OUR CLOSING ON 10/1/21 DIDN'T HAPPEN DUE TO LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH LOAN DEPT & TITLE COMPANY. I GIVE THEM 1 STAR. BECAUSE OF THAT WE HAD TO MOVE ALL OF OUR BELONGINGS TO ANOTHER HOTEL, SINCE OUR CLOSING IN THE HOUSE WAS ON 10/3/21.

House is well built, the Everything included feature is the best, appliances are top notch. We only did the floors and backsplash for the upgrade and that’s a big savings for us.

It was a very smooth home-buying process. All the people involved were extremely professional and helpful. Homes were reasonably priced despite of the booming housing market.

Some people they they we’re perfect some people I am very disappointed unfortunately

There are some “punch list “ issues that still have not been addressed. There are a few areas with workmanship. Some corners were cut, but overall we’re very happy with our new home
