I wish we were able to pick our exterior elevation/colors. We had a lot of delays, many of which were understandable, some were solely based on the land department’s incompetence, things that they knew needed to be done but expected the city to allow a variance on that delayed closing several weeks.

Definitely Fast Builds - we have signed our contract around October 29th and in February 28th we were moved in our new home already - time line is AMAZING!!! with Lennar. I work as an Architect - construction filed - and I know how long permits take and how long Homeowners responsibilities needed to be done prior to the build to start. Lennar being a massive building skips all these steps and gets permits quick which worked in our favor. However you might keep in mind that the appliances that are provided with the homes are not top of the line and you might end up buying new ones after you move into your brand new home. That's what we did - replaced refrigerator and dishwasher right away. Also flooring "Main Floor" is laminate and its not water proof - we have some chipped laminate boards already, so be aware of these things. We were informed that the floor is not water proof - but we were in the property only a month and already have at least 4 chipped laminate boards "not to happy about that" Overall, they deliver a great product for the money - they meet all county or city energy requirements. I recommend this builder to my fiends and 3 of them already did start their contract process with Lennar in California & Illinois - So, you are welcome Lennar! Overall happy with the product. The sales staff was very helpful and responsive to my questions

Matt, the Lennar sales/agent, is awesome. There’s nothing he could do better. Super responsive, kind and thoughtful in helping decide what house and lot would work best for me. Lennar Mortgage was also super easy to work with, and close was an easy process once we got the close date nailed down. Austin, my construction manager, was also very easy to work with, and a good guy, wanting to make everything right. Feel like he’s got too much on his plate, despite that, a positive experience.

This builder builds nice structured homes with a really beautiful design, Very comfortable and cozy.

Took a while to get everything completed correctly, but I attribute all of that to the lack of labor available in todays market. But in the end Lennar stood behind all that was needed to be done to our satisfaction as quickly as they could.

I love the design of Lennar homes. They are spacious and well built for everyday living.

Due to demand, there are only spec houses available which does limit the individual's choice of the model they want and the lot they want.

Entire team provided great customer service and support an explanation of the services to be provided.

builder don't have options. To accommodate additional work to modify certain additions before finishing final work like(ex lighting , hose bibs, garage paint finishes, electrical modification for security / lighting)

I love my new home! My problem issue is poor workmanship under my kitchen island. The wall is cracked & left with no trim completion. I called and feel it should have been immediately taken care of, yet I have to wait for 60 day warranty. Also, I have received NO USPS mail delivery?!?! & have lived here almost 60 days.

It is a good buy.

Process was very fast and everyone was very helpful and responded to my questions in a timely manner. I only gave 3 stars for the value because currently all homes everywhere are overpriced when you look at the SF you're purchasing. Especially when the nearest big grocery stores and pharmacies are at least 20 mins away.

Build quality is average. Sales team, lender, title, and insurance were professional but first-time buyers may find their communication rather reactive. Those who’ve bought new builds should find it efficient however. Lender rates weren’t the best but offset by Builder closing incentives.

Very responsive to your needs

We didn't like the fact that the builder will not work with the buyer in making simple slight changes in the home. Absolutely none even prior to the start of the building process even though you offer to pay for changes. The appliances installed are low end for quality. The dishwasher didn't work. We had to call a dealer who diagnosed the problem as a burned out motor and were left to wait two months for it to be fixed. You pay high dollar for a very average home. Cookie Cutter mentality.

Great experience with excellent people

We purchased a fully upgraded home in a new Lennar development, and were pleased by the excellent result. High professionalism was shown by every employee we encountered. The pandemic years caused some delays in the build process, but Lennar persevered and still delivered.

Beautiful Townhomes in lovely development

Great home with smart devices installed (ring security, sprinklers, smart garage delivery, smart water leak detector, smart door lock). Smooth and worry free closing process mostly done online. I even closed online and was not disappointed. My only issue is that there are still few fixtures missing from the home (e.g. vents ) and a few items that were finished in a hurry because they must have run out of time before closing. These are being addressed. Overall, I am excited and happy with the home.

Great home in a great neighborhood. We can’t wait to see what the neighborhood grows into.
