The help from the construction department which I had contact with every week and gave me a weekly update. Also after we closed the customer care department which reacted in a very timely matter to solve any issued that we had.

The house is perfect for our family.

Mostly is what I expected from Lennar's good reputation. Their mortgage brokers and its department need lots of improvement, not for this, Lennar would have received 5 stars instead of 4 stars from me.

We've been in the house now for 90 days and have not yet had one problem. I think that is amazing. They really worked hard to knock out our punch list prior to moving in. We love it thus far!

Elijah was very helpful on move in week as he fixed many things that were missed in the final walkthrough.

Beautiful home could not wait to move it there were a few minor issues once I did but all were resolved

It had to be done virtual, and it was way faster than what it was face to face in the past. I just wished the builder had cut more on closing costs like builder fees Gene at the mortgage department was great

Customer care programs from beginning to 1year after is a real win. Starting with Kent, not over selling me and answering all my questions through the whole process and even after I purchased. The personal touch of my Customer care rep. Cory. Helping with all the new owner questions once I moved in. Great extentions on warranty for registration of product's, heating & air-conditioning, kitchen appliances. Plumbing, roof, windows all covered on lennar new home warranties. Even landscaping, provided a hose and sprinkler to get started. Covered grass and plants for 60 days after move in. Wow above and beyond wonderful. There's so many details to moving in to a new home, lennar provided information to help make it easier and efficiently. Would recommend Lennar homes every time! ... More

If you want an inexpensive plain vanilla home with efficient floor plan this is a good option.

good experience and customer service

I was disappointed with a few items that were not repaired or replaced prior to closing and it took too long after a warranty claim was submitted. Still waiting on 3 replacement doors.

Lennar does a good job with its homes from start to finish- including financing.

There quick to respond, fast and to the point of taking charge to resolve what needs attention and fast. Thanks

My salesperson Carson was above and beyond helpful and patient. He made me feel as if he truly cared and did everything he could to keep me informed and guided me wisely. My loan officer Justin was exceptional as well.

Good experience with the builder but I had issues with the loan officer. Make sure you don’t have any issues with your document prior to closing.

We are pleased with our new home! Any minor issues we have had have been quickly addressed and corrected!

The team on the ground was great to work with!

Lennar did respond to our issues systematically. Sometimes it was slow but it's good in general.

I’ve been in my Balsam duplex for 4 months now and love it. However the 60 day list hasn’t been acted on yet. I did give them a list and I do understand they are busy but it’s been 4 months since I closed

The realtor, Letta, instantly made me feel at ease and created a point of contact I could trust. She is highly knowledgeable of her inventory and made suggestions that fit my needs.
