We moved to this development and expected the HOA rules to apply to everyone, but they are not enforced and the neighborhood does not meet our expectations due to this

Interior paint job could be done better. It wasn’t finished nearly. There is an area where floor was not leveled correctly. Response to issues was satisfactory except the title office was very hard to contact and my messages were often ignored.

For the price Lennar should paint the house inside with quality paint. We should not have to paint our entire house as soon as we move in. Also the lighting should be better. Only have canned lighting and have to replace lights. The tile is not sealed and you have to do that immediately when you move in.

We LOVE our new home. We only have to question Lennar's use of subcontractors -- we think that the interior paint has been watered down and the edging is noticeably sloppy. We went without A/C in one bedroom for over a MONTH because the proper A/C tests were not done. We have some cracks on the exterior stucco but since it's they're not larger than 2 inches, cost to repair will be our responsibility. Sigh...other than these issues, we're quite happy!!

Great experience from initial property tour until the closing. Colleen and Abby were knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process. Gino also was very professional and helpful with the financing of our home. Unfortunately, we encountered a lot of loose ends and quality issues with the craftsmanship once we moved in. Danielle has been very responsive and is working very hard in resolving our issues and we appreciate her help. We love our new home!

Our only issues have been with the quality of work by floor contractor. And, the technology contractor which made setting up the internet and door bell an issue. Otherwise the Lennar team from beginning to end were great!

Sold as luxury but not luxury equipment! Good quality but not luxury. Large retails style equipment. Luxury but no hand shower, just one head. Not too much thinking from architects. TV outlets are not enough or wrongly located sometimes (too close to the large AC stand alone and so many things in the wall right where we hand the tv that it’s difficult to screw it). ( Behind the bed). Lot of things not working right at turn over or discovered later but great response from the team in charge. Only problem is to be there for all the adjustments : painting, craftwork, electrical, electronics, gutters, flooring,…did I miss one? Floor Plan was reversed on my portal so I thought I had view from the master as I bought on plan. Bingo, view is on the back building. My neighbor has the view. I am writing a review that Lennar asked. So it’s a factual review. But my kids are happy and a great location! So I am happy! ... More

Overall OK but would like Landscaping option for back yard.

Time and trustworthy was exceptional

My experience was very good. The only disappointment was that I had no option to pick out even interior paint color, could.only choose what was already predetermined. And the interior paint is not the quality I am used to.

Excellent experience but it will require you to stay on top of the building process to reduce errors.

Our salesperson was very prompt and helpful in answering questions and keeping us updated on the construction progress.

The experience was very good. We had a few issues however they were handled quickly and professionally.

Eric my realtor was awesome and helpful, Nathan was awesome but has since left Nick has been helpful so far i did fill out a repair order but Lennar has asked for a virtual review and we are only there intermittently and couldnt set up a time so i will have to set up again but need Nick to come and meet my contact.

Timely follow up on warranty issues.

home completed on time not many issues so far.hopefully pool and other amenities will be completed soon

Great value for your money

Very pleasant home and neighborhood. Be prepared for a Fort Worth water cost eye-opener. HOA not in gear yet. Great concerns support staff. I do not know what could be done about the interior acoustics

Home built during covid you can tell took a hit to the design of the homes. They were already cookie cutter homes years ago, now they are lacking in even more design and appeal but people are still buying them. Everything's at the most basic level as they are trying to meet their margins on top of low supply of houses. People are willing to buy at these prices because of the market but I don't believe you get the value of the price you paid at "lower priced" elevation designs. These lower priced home are now hitting $300k. Not even a doorbell on my house, no steal studs to support my fencing (it's wood), the most basic fixtures in bathroom and kitchen, no stainless steel appliances, no tile in my bathrooms just this engineered waterproof wall. Nothing that stands out and I was not allowed to change anything. Builder & warranty team are very professional and communicative. Props to that team. You could get more for value years ago. This is 100% a starter home or someone who does not need much out of a home to begin with and is okay with the very basic at the highest prices. ... More

Decent experience move in date delayed twice..

They are building so far that you will have a lot of little things wrong. The builders will fix whatever was not done correctly. That is great. Overall nice community and homes for the price.
