Prior to loan approval sales force was very aggressive. After sale survey is completed multiple times. Alley at garages is far too small. No walking path front to back of property nor to commons open space.

Still have an unresolved issue.

The process was a bit stressful with delays however i know that was out of the builders control. However communication could have been better. Overall, our home came out great and we are happy with the purchase

The loan department needs help

Overall average experience because i am not completely satisfied with kitchen cabinets materials, other stuff and paint.

All the process with Lennar was very smooth and easy, and for me that I was a first homebuyer was such a relief. The thing that I appreciate most was that you can choose all the colors of your house and personalize as you want. All the staff is very pleasant and always ready for all the requests.

Build was done on time. Lots of information provided to get started with house setup. Overall a good experience.

Ryan our construction supervisor was amazing. He pulled together many issues that were beyond his control and ensured that we were completely satisfied. He was very easy to befriend and earned our trust with his follow through. Ryan, we'd like thank you for completing Lennar's commitments to our satisfaction.

Take more time with home technology review..

Everything was good, love the house, only complaint was about the loan process through Lennar.

The neighborhood is beautiful

Very fast and efficient build. A few small detail issues here and there, but to be expected. Would recommend for a new build.

A detail checklist with timeline would help a lot and reduce stress with less suspense requirements. We spent time and Money in a hotel waiting for closing on the house.

It seemed like the finishing touches were rushed. But just minor details. The house and architectural detail are wonderful.

The entryway needs to be finished and there are no drawers in the bathrooms or medicine cabinets

We bought a paired home four months ago in Buffalo Highlands, and we love the home. The buying experience was pretty uneventful, which is what you want. There were some delays in landscaping, and the quality of the (late) landscaping was pretty poor, but not a direct Lennar thing. This far the house has been solid-a couple of warranty issues have come up that took too long to address, due to the warranty lead person leaving her position, but the supervisors stepped in and got it handled. Overall, we would buy from Lennar again.

Hard to say as many delays (not the builders fault)made it an uncomfortable situation..

Salesperson was great as are the warranty people. It take way too long to have a problem corrected. Still waiting on things that was reported 4 months ago.

Willing to address the issues

Overall good and straightforward buying process. Quality of homes is just average. Not that great and not that bad. Most likely a apartment like quality is what you get. Issue solving - awesome. Lennar rocks. They fix the issue at top priority. Overall, recommended.

The experience we had with Lennar was good. Our construction manager was very helpful and responsive to the different concerns we had.
