Great experience with Lennar, Ahmed was our loan officer he was very welcoming . every question we had about tuning in paper work he would be on top of it and got us taking care of we now live in our new home we love it thanks Lennar !!

Warranty Department and People are great!

Being in the first phase of a new community has its ups and downs. The overall process was hectic, but the end results were well worth it. Happy in my new beautiful home.

Once moved in noticed a few things that needed to be touched up reached out and still haven’t heard back. Blessed to have a new home for my family and I but would love a call back to get things touched up that was promised if we needed anything.

Lennar staff are well versed in customer service details, professional in their interactions and just a pleasure to do business with. Thank you for helping to make a daunting experience less scary.

I rented a Lennar Home prior to purchasing one and this is what made me want to buy with the builder. It was the detail of they put in the home and the unique features. I also like that Lennar builds the home and sales then so you get a new construction home without waiting 6-8 months. The process went quickly 3 weeks from going under contract to closing. No major issues and I am very happy with my home.

We love our new home, but there are some issues. The most annoying is the lack of gutters on the home. I’m from an era where homes came with rain gutters, so when inspecting the home during the walkthroughs we asked about their lack and were given an explanation of how the new home roofs were built to divert rain water and told we could have gutters installed if we wished. Didn’t think it would be a problem due to the explanation. Of course neither of the walkthroughs was performed in the rain so we excepted what we were told. After the first rain we discovered the roof’s design diverted the rain alright, right in front of the front door. So, now whenever it rains we have a mini waterfall cascading directly onto the main walkway leading to our front door that has to be dodged when entering from the front of the house. When informed about it, and questioned about the ‘roof design’ we were told there was nothing that could be done and our only option was to have gutters installed. Thanks for nothing. What’s going on? Do they have a kickback agreement with the gutter installers? And when did homes start being built without rain gutters? Do better Lennar. ... More

Home quality is not much expected and I though overpaid for this quality

We started three years ago to find a new home to retire in, in the state of Idaho. We saw the hand of the Lord move in finally bring us to the Lennar development known as Mandalay Ranch, in Caldwell, ID. After searching for the time that we have and picking out the features and design of the home we wanted, the home Lennar offered provided 90% of all we wanted in the asking price. We did not have the experience of choosing features of the home and would have preferred a different layout in the master bathroom, but that is the 10% that was not our preference. But having worked with many home developers over the past 3 years we were glad to work with Lenar who built a beautiful home at a price that fit our budget and provided so much of what we wanted. We needed a lot to build an RV pad and the unique lot the house set on was perfect for this. We have made a substantial investment, in getting the backyard in place. The only think I would encourage Lennar to consider is the put gutters on the entire house. A couple of thousand dollars more would bring to your customer the ability to say they took care of it all. There are some nice features in the house. We were not allowed to change anything even though we were willing to pay for tile in all rooms. We had a home inspector inspect the house and he made a list of things that were not done correctly in early August. We are still trying to get the last of those items finished and it is October 11th. We were not told the truth and closed on the house after being assured that all the repairs were completed only to find out that at l1 items were still not completed. For the most part the warranty repair people are much better than the original people that built the house. They have been very good to work with and do a quality job. ... More

My experience here was great I had the most helpful agent here Dominique she walked me through everything. Couldn’t have done it without her. I love my new home

Overall we had a great experience with Lennar. We were kept informed of the progress being made throughout the build.

Nothing but issues. Broken stove paint all over floor prices of floor not installed correctly dishwasher installed on wrong side,

The quality of the materials such as running boards, window screens, especially paints is very poor quality.

We upgraded our flooring with Lennar( initially I wanted to upgrade my flooring using an external contractor once I close but the design team scared us that we will loose the warranty of the post extension slab) hence we decided to go with Lennar even if the cost is high. But the quality of the work Lennar invested in laying our flooring is so bad that we feel like we are walking on a 80’s built house. When we asked about that they mentioned it’s done based on manufactured specs, but I am still trying to find Shaw manufacture specs but not able to. Apart from flooring their quality of build is excellent. But flooring is the main one that we will through you off since you walk on it every day ... More

Lennar does some things very well. Others...not so much. The attention to detail in our house was poor. Incomplete items (no power ot the ignitor in the outdoor kitchen), missing downspout, Bathroom light badly off center, missing screw on switch nameplate. Not huge things, but a lot of them. This is just a sampling. We also came from a custom home builder in Pennsylvania who builds a VERY high quality house. They only build about 6 houses a year. Their attention to detail was outstanding. Having said that....we got A LOT of house for the price. We love the neighborhood ambience. The landscaping. The layout. The lakes. We had a good feeling when we saw the listing for the new Fieldview community. We went right over and met Gregg. He was so helpful and understanding with what we were looking for. We loved the house so much, we put a deposit down that same day. Liz, the construction manager, was outstanding! She did the walk thru with us. She was very knowledgeable about the water heater and other things in the house that I wasn't familiar with. She made everything about this buying experience, great! Only disappointing part of our experience with Lennar, was their financial department. We had trouble having someone return calls which delayed our lock in interest rates. After a 3 week wait, and the interest rates rising quickly, we went with another mortgage company. Otherwise, Lennar Homes is recommended by us, 100% ... More

Lennar was absolutely the worst home building experience we’ve ever been through. Extremely unorganized. Quality of work was horrendous. Lack of communication. Cleanliness was horrible. We will never build with Lennar again and will do everything we can to get others to avoid this builder.

They where Very informative, and they know every step.

To automated---what is wrong with simply talking to your customer. Sales agents have attitude that they know ALL....they need education as to what is really going on with the construction instead of saying/telling customer things that are UNtrue

When you say you want to do something again, is because either it was real bad and you want to make it better, OR, it was so good and seamless that doing it again will just add to your experience! The latter is my case with our recent home purchase from Lennar. From day 1, when we saw the model home, to when we moved into our new place, Lennar was there for us. Their staff is amazing, they treat you right, no BS, from the sales team to the supervisors to the contractors, it really shows how the detail they give into each and every home. If we ever go thru this again....it WILL be a Lennar home! ... More

everything they said would happen did happen, they kept us up to date all the way through! a very pleasent experience!!

The sales rep. Cindy was very professional and was great to work with. The closing team promised completion of all issues and that was all BS . No follow up to issues. They said what we wanted to hear to close the deal. Extremely disappointed and I would not recommend LENNAR ! Wish I had not purchased !!!

Is a nice area

Lennar are very good builders and their responsibility to the customer is 100%. I like Lennar home.
