Need more options when purchasing a new home! Now we have to get an arc on everything we want changed!

Andrew and his team did a great job with construction of our home. He was responsive to issues found, and had the quality of the home and happiness of the customer in mind at all times. Debbie and the sales team were great in helping us through the design process as well. Very good experience all around.

Lennar made sure all my questions were answered and made sure my first home was going to be awesome.

Salesperson and Construction portion of Lennar is excellent. Mortgage side needs improvement and is disorganized. After sale warranty division is great at communication but rigid and not on customer's side. Overall we are happy with our home. If I had another chance, I would use my own mortgage company.

Lennar finishes the job on time! Many other builders do not. Joel, Brandon are two of the best construction managers we have had the pleasure to work with. Paul in support is very good too. We have bought and sold several homes within Heritage Park and the people make the difference at Lennar. Thank You for the ongoing support

The process and working with the staff was great. My only advice….be very observant and petty during you walkthrough/new home delivery. Look at counter tops for damages, walking vinyl floors in socks to feel n listen for imperfections. Look at the grouting.

Wondering when we will receive the privacy shrubbery along the west end southern boundary. The east end has that privacy shrubbery. The west end of the property needs the privacy the east Enders enjoy. When?

Our sales professional, Letta, was terrific throughout our process -- shopping, negotiation, and closing. After spending nearly two years deciding on floorplan and location, we closed on our new home in thirteen days! Letta made the process easy, and she continues to be an excellent resource after the sale! Like any new home, we've had a few small issues. Lennar's customer service team -- especially Mike and Sarah -- has been exceptional with their response and follow-up.

We especially liked the concept of packaging options for upgrades to the basic home rather than individual pricing each option. Although the selections with the packages were somewhat limited, they represented current trends in home construction,

I had a great expierence from the start with my salesman Brooks, to the building manager Jason and the financial people I never got to meet face to face. Ended up requiring more down than expected, but overall pleased with the experience.

While Lennar has an upgraded feel it is still just a track home. Do not expect the quality of a custom built home. They did not live up to their what is included value. A few things were down graded and some not included at all.

Lennar got the house done on time, kept us updated bi-weekly. Everything was on schedule and professional. When things came up after we moved in they responded to us and fixed issues. If we needed a subcontractor like sprinkler person we got the phone number. Everyone was very nice. No bad surprises. The houses are not high end by any means but nice for the money. We are happy.

I like the responsiveness from Warranty department to fix issues.

They give quality houses, but I think the mortgage department is over-stressed and thus people in that department sometimes give wrong information verbally, maybe without checking it properly. Later on, they deny they gave that kind of information. Over a good experience.

Overall, a good experience. Construction Manager's (Team) were especially attentive.

Overall, we are okay with our first home experience, friendly helpful staff but really wish for better quality. First, our house was delayed as SCE did not install power cables on time (or so we were told). This messed up our entire furniture delivery schedule. Second, the entire home seems way to rushed. When we moved in the roof was missing a tile, one the cabin door fell off in less than 2 months, one of our window screen was missing during move in, one of light switch was installed upside down, another switch wasn’t connected to power and just found out as the weather is getting cold that the heater didn’t work (and not sure when someone will come to address the issue). With all this, we are not sure what other problems (hopefully none) will come up the longer live in the house. It is worth noting that the staffs (Jeff snd Joannie) were super helpful and responsive through this whole process which made these issues easier to handle. However, we still expected better workmanship for a new home built by lennar. The mortgage loan was made easier and less stressful thanks to the help from our MLO, Kathy, from Lennar mortgage, the escrow and scheduling staff was less helpful and made our final signing and closing experience extremely stressful. ...
