High volume builder. Some options but not a custom builder. Good experience so far.

During the underwriting process you should take control and hold them accountable for timely communication. It will go smooth if you stay on top and understand what the next is.

The process went very smooth with us being able to take care of most of the paperwork remotely since we previously lived 9n another state. The initial walk-thru went quite well with very few issues (all of which were addressed prior to our closing on the home). The Lennar people were all especially great and bent over backward to assist us in the process. We have been in the house for over 2 months now and are still very thrilled with our home. We especially like the beautiful standard cabinetry, and flooring, as well as the appliances that were included. The overall experience was great. We are very thankful and grateful for our beautiful new home. The financial advisor John Summey was especially helpful and straight forward.

Most personnel I dealt with were very nice and helpful. Several times I had to ask multiple times for things to be replaced or fixed. After over two months still working on one item.

I live when companies make up for their mistakes. At the end works for both parties

I did not have the opportunity to talk with the builders as my home was already completed when I moved in. I am still trying to get the Survey and pictures for my home which has not been successful as I keep getting the runaround from Lennar. I have pictures of my neighbors homes and survey information but not mine. I was told to take my phone camera and take pictures of my home? It has been 5 months and I cannot do any work on my home until I get this information. So disappointed with Lennar and all the runaround I have been getting.

We love our new home! But, one thing to be aware of is that while there are choices you can make on options and certain features, Lennar is not a custom builder and there will likely be things you want to change. Those have to wait until you take ownership-additional outlets, lights and fans, and better shelving in closets/pantry. Lennar’s sales person was very good and the construction manager at the end of our build was very competent as well. With the pandemic, our home completion was delayed three months and they had a lot of turnover in construction managers. The home is great and well-built-we have had only minor issues in our 4 months since closing and those have been addressed. ... More

I had a great experience with the purchase of my home. From the sales, building process and through closing was a wonderful experience. If I was to give any negative comment it would be for the landscaping. They did a great job with the bushes, trees and the sod but the yard itself in several areas was almost too dangerous to walk on. Several dips and gulleys along with metal materials and large pieces of wood buried just below the surface of the sod was unacceptable. Sometimes I wandered if this was a house built for one of Lennar's executives that the yard would have been prestigious and grated smoothly. I feel every customer should be treated that way. I have to buy several bags of top soil and place in the uneven areas of the yard to make it safe to walk on. Lennar is a very good company. I just had a bad experience with the yard. ... More

Great home. Any issues that have popped up since our purchase have been handled swiftly.

Lennar homes are good quality for the price. However the lack of ability to customize or address problems with a floor plan or design is frustrating. When we found issues with the construction or finishings, Lennar did address them which we appreciated. We are happy with our home and glad Lennar is a builder that makes the American Dream possible but it won’t be a perfect process.

Overall a good experience, sometimes a little difficult to get information in a timely fashion. We bought a Villa so there wasn’t any choices, but I thought the package had good options picked for us. Interior paint could be a little thicker/durable ....

Good company and staff. Awful closing process.

The buying experience went well. Our Lennar consultant was super helpful and upfront and honest. Probably a big reason why we purchased. The house looks great but I would say you see that a lot of "minimum builder grade" materials/equipment is used. We have found things that have need repairing after only a few months, but Lennar's customer care is very responsive and quick on getting them fixed. All in all... I would say we are satisfied, with the expectation we will have to look to improving things ourselves down the road.

I think my timing was perfect on moving here. Lennar had already started my home and I was not able to pick all the cabinets, floors etc, but the designers did a very nice job.

I wish they would have worked with us on the closing after initially telling us we would close the end of May it cost us an extra $4,000.

Finance department and site manager really made my experience great.

What you see is what you get. There are few options and when complete the build is ready to live in.

Our closing was more intense due to our situation I guess. I love everything however not enough drawers in kitchen. We’re adding an island.
