It was just fine, be patient.

Lennar home buying overall experience was great with minus one star. Positive: excellent, trustworthy sales team; weekly photo/video updates were very helpful; smooth communication with construction team (prior to closing only); easy and clear closing process; good material for the price. Negative: several outstanding issues (due to supply chain issues, eg windows, window screens, bathroom mirrors) are still not resolved 6 weeks after the closing (still not know when they are fixed); without reminder from the buyer, no proactive communication from construction team After the closing. So I get that there is a shortage of supplies, but I know the houses closing after my unit has gotten their fridge and not the temporary one. It has now almost been two months since we moved in. I love to call Jorge the no answer, answer guy as he does not answer my questions, he gives an answer that is so vague and none committal that it's just crazy, I have to go around him to get an actual answer to my questions. I wish they would have purchased better appliances, for the price it should be much better than what we have gotten, I am not impressed with Electrolux or Frigidaire.

My Lennar experiences are mostly good. My home is beautiful, and I am pleased to be in it. Questions were asked and answered fairly quickly during the build. If time was needed to obtain an answer but was delayed the string of communication was open and straight forward. Once in the home some items were not completed from the punch list. Important issues arose for instance no electrical on the outside of the house. A call was placed but no return call. The air conditioner was not working for several days at the beginning of my move in calls were made but no response back. All in all, this has been a good experience. I would buy from them again. ... We owed a Lennar home and sold it and purchased this Belttera II. The home is in Skye Canyon a great community with lots of potential. However, the quality of workmanship and materials used is far less than expected for the price. Our previous experience with Lennar was flawless so we expected nothing less. Lots of rework in process and that's requiring lots of patiences.

I will speak of my home experience only. When I did my walk I notice on even doors closet door’s needed adjustment.kitchen cabinets are not self closing looks cheap. Had to add 1 extra light in the guest bathroom was to dark. Kitchen patio-doors. Needed to buy a screen for the doors separate did not come with the doors.. I believe Lennar homes needs improvements ..in for that they get 3 stars .thank you I hope everyone does a walk around before purchasing they home..

The entire team was easy to work with and made the purchase process a breeze. weekly update along with pictures was very helpful. And the last minute updates during the final walk through was very professionally handled.

The sales associate was very helpful and courteous thru the buying process and still is involved after the sale.

There have been multiple construction issues requiring call backs for the installers which should have been taken care of before the move in. Wall tile was disposed of in the shower drain resulting in a complete blockage and causing water to leak under the shower pan and walls. It has been 4 week waiting to complete repairs. The warranty staff has been great responding to all issues but very frustrating and time consuming waiting for the installers to repair issues.

I’m Jia, There were a lot of issues that weren't addressed during the first closing , so we had to postpone the closing, but it worked out

I will have a clearer opinion after the year.

The experince was good everybody was helpful

everything was good. anything at the walk through that was wrong was fixed right away. Then we did finial walk through. everything was fixed that was wrong. We have had 4 other houses but this is our first new home. It feels really good.

Lennar kept home owners up to date on the progress as Sales Team & Construction Manager were constantly in touch. Workmanship was great. Overall experience was awesome

Loan officer response to locking a mortgage rate was too slow which cost us a higher rate than originally quoted

Lennar is HANDS DOWN the BEST builder we have worked with or come across. Their houses are gorgeous and the workmanship and list of inclusions is amazing! They make you feel valued and care about your home. However, our experience with their lender was horrible and I would suggest using your own mortgage company.

Good home designs, but could use some improvement. ie. outlet placement, pod light placement, space in utility room, width of bathroom doorways, and options for grab bars.

Lizz my sales agent was amazing, she helped out with every step in the process , always had an answer for me and always in a timely manner, great communication and updates!

It has been 1 month that we have moved-in, but we have had 3 flat tires, which I had to change 2 of tires due to nails inserting side wall of my tires. The construction team must stop dropping nails in the sidewalk and street / in front my driveway. I would like to be compensated for my cost impact.

Very nice houses, however, it would be misleading if I did not mention the room for improvement. I have bought and sold a dozen houses over the last several years and had to pay fees with Lennar that I have never been asked to pay before. In addition to the fees I would expect the builder/seller to pay, it is fairly obvious that corners were cut in an effort to maximize profits. For example, the home only comes with one garage door opener, although there are 2 garage doors. Also, the driveways have a corner cut off in front of the third garage door, making parking in that spot a challenge if you have a larger vehicle. Overall, I would recommend Lennar, but I cannot rate them 5 stars. ... More

Your project manager never once returned a phone call after he gave me his phone number

Everything looks good. But builder is not allowed to customize anything while building the home. Small changes are also not allowed. If they allowed customization, it will be so great.

While the buying experience is great Lennar does not offer the flexibility to make minor changes such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Also, master bathroom looks really cheap. Laundry room and appliances i.e., washing machine with auger. Really. I have no problem with customer service. For I pay either these things come standard or Lennar offer to customer if they want them.

Everything was completed as cheap as possible. Wouldn't even give you paint to touch up spots missed.

I like my house, I regret that I wasn’t able to pick out anything. But I am content with my place and I love the neighborhood.
