We are satisfied with the overall construction of our house. The response to our issues was quick, but it took several weeks to get our issues resolved. There is still an outstanding issue with the trees in our backyard, which we are still working with Lennar.

It is not good that there is not garage door opener on the outside of the garage!

We had a good home buying experience with Lennar's sales, financing, and orientation reps. The mortgage financial agent was really very responsive and honest. We did have issues with the underwriters requesting numerous times to verify last and current residence. We had to live in a hotel for several weeks and the underwriter requested proof 3 times to include photographs of the room we were staying. (we sold our house on the east coast and moved to WA state) The only issue we're having now is getting the plumbers to checkout a possible venting issue in our primary bath. We have had to reschedule 3 times; and still waiting on a new appointment. We understand they are busy, but they scheduled the appointments and never showed. Overall a great experience with exceptions to workmanship with painting and some gouges in floor tile.

We had a pretty big mishap during the process of buying our home, which was pretty stressful, but Lennar stepped up and took responsibility for their error and made it right. The only issue we have encountered since moving in two months ago was yard drainage. It has been brought to Lennar's attention and they are currently working on a plan to fix the problem. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase. Our home is lovely.

in general, house is ok. service is ok. but just ok. Lennar can do it even better to become great. but you cannot expect that. because of Lennar build massive houses at the same time and want control cost as much as they can according to Lennar. the warranty team is good. always have quick response. most warranty issue are very minor things which they can avoid before house close if they want, you have to escalate and prove it according to the process steps over and over again which make you feel a little bit annoyed.

My wife visited the community and found a property being built, but not under contract. The process took about 2-3 months to get from signed contract to close. There were a few hiccups along the way as to be expected, but Lennar was able to deliver without much delay.

Air conditioning was having issues. They were addressed. Problems were resolved.

I liked the experience on my part my home buying experience was smooth and I really appreciate how things were told in detail even though it was a lot of information it was simple stuff. However, I wouldn’t grade it a 5/5 since after closing I started to notice small details like paint, wall texture, and even the bathroom door handle not properly working

Overall was a good experience, there are some details to improve still.

These guys were really awesome in "caring" that your move in was perfect, and it was! HOWEVER, you discover "little" things once you settle which was disappointing!

It has been a good experience with good communication along the way. The portal is a great tool and glad to see it.

Good price for a new home!

So far we’ve dealt with a couple of major leaks with pressure valves and landscaping drip lines. Good thing the warranty/maintenance team are very responsive and took care of the issues. The circuit 50 amp breaker for the EV plug is very sensitive and needs to be upgraded. The dishwasher is very basic and low quality. The bathroom tiles should be higher and all the way to the shower head. No towel bars were a surprise.

The Lennar experience has been wonderful and I would recommend a Lennar home to anyone. This is the first time I have purchased a new home and I am thrilled!!!!! However, at my age, I struggled with the on-line paperwork. I graduated college before PCs and I am self taught. IT does NOT come naturally so I really appreciated the managers patience with me. Everything has gone well except the front yard drip system. It has been repaired three times. Hopefully it is good going forward. My one BIG recommendation to Lennar is to be much more mindful about wasting landscaping water. When I moved in, my drip system ran constantly for days and I am afraid to see my first water bill. The lawn watering system has also had issues with running excessively and sprinklers watering the street. I hate seeing water/money running down the street and it took weeks to get the issue addressed. Question: why did Lennar put my one outdoor water spout in the front yard and NOT IN THE BACK YARD where I need to water??? I horrible design flaw! ... More

Foremost it is a lovely home, however, there is way too much paper work that creates a lot of confusion. Constantly going back and forth no one can retain all of the information. Moving in I did not have time to seal the granite so just spilling water on the counter makes it darker in spots. It should have been sealed before we moved in.

We have been in our home for two months and we still don't have a mailbox.

Decent quality. Responsive. Good offers. Worth the price. Difficult to navigate website.

Buying a house from Lennar was one of the best thing my wife and I could ever did.

The home buying process went very smooth from start to finish.

I purchased two properties. First one had a massive hvac leak causing ceiling damage within 30 days of purchase. Second one, wren we moved the cooking range to clean, we found the area behind that was not caulked or treated properly. Both cases, we had to submit warranties claim,. First one was fixed quickly. Waiting for response on second one since claim was recently submitted

I think that Lennar builds a good home. The one subcontractor that I think could improve is their concrete pouring contractor who they used in our subdivision. The concrete slab on back patio has holes and rocks exposed on sides and cracks already in front driveway. They tried to skim coat some of walkway in front which is now chipping away. Overall the concrete peeps get a 2 out of 10. I’ve purchased a new home before out of state so I’ve experienced much better workmanship in the concrete. The drywall is pretty thin throughout the build so you can hear pretty much everything in the next room. Wish there was insulation on interior walls to muffle noise. The process was seamless and schedule well.

We are pleased with our new home. Of course there were a few minor issues, but each has been addressed as we have brought it to Lennar's attention. We have repainted most of the walls in something other than boring white. We have ripped out the bedrooms carpeting and put in vinyl plank flooring. Shelves will go up in the villa and garage. Neighborhood is great, clean, and quiet. The host of activities available to us is Extremely nice. Haven't had a chance yet to take advantage of the Lagoon or Clubhouse area, but we will when we complete moving in and prepping our existing house for sale. So far they have been very good to work with and workmanship is very good, this is the third house we have built and it is better than the first two by a long shot so far. Only time will tell and maybe a review at 1 year can really solidify workmanship and responsiveness to issues, So far in the first 4 weeks they have been really good. they do take care of everything from Loan, to build, to insurance and made it somewhat easy.
