I really do enjoy my home, but I have issue with the completed work. There were a bunch of small things that seemed rushed when we moved in. The walls seem thin and let in a good amount of noise. Overall though, I am very pleased with my home.

good house for the money....wish they used something other than flat paint on interior walls

The sales team and customer service after the sale were very attentive to our needs as home buyers.

The builder provides great value for the price, and the few things I've had to have addressed post-closing were handled quickly and competently. I was not thrilled with some things like the shelves in the pantry are not level so I dropped down a star on quality. I would prefer to have the option to add or remove features. There are some things that are so much easier and less costly to add during construction. And I would have preferred not to have the window coverings included in the house as I replaced them immediately anyway.

The Hidden fees at the end of purchase.... you guys really don't pay the closing costs.....I came in move in my Master room, garage door, and my 2 bathroom have problems....seems like no one double or even tripled check. Even when I did the walkthrough, seems everything was fine but when I moved in. The Hoa fees doesn't make sense at all.... said I was supposed to pay a certain amount and then boom I'm paying more than I was supposed too. This whole thing was just crazy at the end of closing.

Internal Architecture and design on Living floor and Master bedroom are very well planned. Builder included most of the standard features and configuration without any additional cost( eg, Carpet, Quartz Counter Top, Vinyl flooring, blinds etc), this saves lot of time. Kids room should be slightly bigger. Lennar need to work on Garage design, Not possible to park two cars. also need to work on to get better appliances provided in home. Last thing that comes with Townhome is HOA, its should be well planned and should not be impacting the home owners.

First time buying and I felt relief when my questions were answered with a smile. Love my home!

It seems to take a lot longer than expected to get problems resolved. Every step takes another two weeks. so we are still fixing problems

While I don't love all of the things about Lennar, I will say their response time to issues is amazing. I don't like the fact that after your final walk through, they will address no cosmetic issues. Some things simply aren't seen until you move in. I had an outstanding salesperson and the customer care person is equally terrific. They should fire their painters.

First - I love my house. The design and size is perfect for me. There are many things that done well, especially the insulation. It might be warm outside, but not inside the house even without the air conditioning. The customer service rep has been great and has tried to quickly have my issues resolved. However, several of the issues reported should never have made it pass the final inspection before settlement. While I was disappointed that some things are seen as 'within the standards', I know that Lennar's standards are higher than other builders that I have dealt with in the past. My family and I are very satisfied with the look and feel of the house. There's only a couple of things I wish were bigger or included such as a bathtub connected to the shower in the master bathroom. Also the garage should've been bigger since it's a two car garage. I still have two remaining issues that I need to report (1) driveway has a crack on the concrete that was there when I moved in (2) one of the sinks in the master bedroom has a hairline fracture in the sink.

While they offer options some builders don’t Lennar didn’t offer some options that we had preferred ie gas hot water heater, electrical floor outlets in the family room, lighting in second bathroom shower, ceiling fans and pendant lights over counter.

I had a great experience with the lennar builder.

IT STARTED OUT AS AN EXCITING EXPERIENCE TO LOOK FORWARD TOO. LENNAR HAD A GOOD REPUTATION BACK IN THE DAY.BOUGHT VILLA ON LAKE WITH A LARGER LOT FOR THE PURPOSE TO PUT UP SMALL FENCE FOR MY TINY ELDERLY DOG. TURNS OUT HOA WOULD NOT ALLOW ANY PLANS FENCE COMPANY SUBMITTED BECAUSE OF HOA SET BACKS (NOT CITY), THEN UNDERGROUND UTILITIES WERE USED UNDER THAT EXTRA 3 FEET OF PROPERTY I BOUGHT INSTEAD OF SOMEWHERE ELSE MAKING THE SIDE YARD NOT USEABLE. I DID CHECK WITH CITY BEFORE I PURCHASED AND THEY LOOKED UP PROPERTY AND TOLD ME I HAD ENOUGH ROOM TO MEET REQUIREMENTS…THAT A SMALL LAKE IS NO REASON TO PUT A BIG SET BACK BY HOA ON A VILLA BUT THEY HAD NO CONTROL OF THEIR REASONING. BOTTOM LINE IS SPENT THE EXTRA MONEY FOR NOTHING. SECONDLY SO MUCH TURNOVER AND CONFUSION ON WHO IS FIXING WHAT UNTIL. SOME TRADESMAN YOU SEND ARE GOOD AND OTHERS TERRIBLE. MY KITCHEN CABINET STILL HAS NOT BEEN FIXED PROPERLY GOING ON 3 MONTHS. ONE TRADES MAN HAD THE RIGHT IDEA BUT DID A LESS THAN PAR JOB. NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THE ENTIRE CABINET HAS TO BE REPLACED (WHICH I WAS TOLD MONTHS AGO) WHICH REQUIRED BACKLOG OF ORDERING AND THEY CAN’T ORDER TOP PIECE AT SAME TIME BECAUSE OF THE “UNKNOWN” IF NEEDED. SURELY YOU HAVE AN EXCELLENT CABINET CARPENTER THAT CAN MAKE THIS RIGHT! WHEN I CALL NOBODY KNOWS. I AM WILLING TO PAY FOR IT MYSELF SO I CAN MOVE ON WITH MY LIFE OF HAVING PEOPLE COME IN HERE TRYING DIFFERENT THINGS OUT THAT DON’T WORK. THANKS TO BRENT WHO WAS THE FIRST CS PERSON THAT ACTUALLY SEEMED LIKE HE CARED AND NOW HE IS GONE. YOU HAVE RUN OUT OF PAINT TOO. . NOW WHAT? I NEED ACTION ON THESE CABINETS…I HAVE WAITED TOO LONG. THIS WAS SPOTTED AT WALKTHRU AND TOLD EASY FIX BY WHOMEVER THAT SUPERVISOR WAS AT THE TIME. ... More

Still many touch ups need to be fixed

In a market where everything could have turned, Lennar and their team made it happen for me. My turn around was 30 days and I couldn’t have been happier. Being a first time homebuyer, after going through several agents and other builders, Lennar gave me what I needed. The home is simple, but it’s a great starter home, and I would absolutely buy from them again. Although some teams weren’t as thorough as others, a little persistence got the job done.

House is nice. A lot to pull together to make it perfect. Lennar has been very good at warranty fixes.

The home is well built, affordable and the Lennar people are friendly and available. My only complaint is the yard. The construction materials under the sod is dangerous(giant metal pieces, nails, screws and sharp wood) and creates a bumpy yard.

Jason/Andrew - professional, respond to calls immediately, and look out for residents. They go above and beyond to help with questions on issues on my house!

Lennar offers quality at a competitive price. The communities are well thought out and some offer amazing recreational amenities.
