We love our Lennar Home! We loved working with our concierge Lauren, she was incredibly helpful. We were impressed with the process of buying the home. We were a little disappointed with the sales process because we were not aware of the lot price when quoted the price. The staff were very helpful; however they did fall short on getting the addresses updated with the post office. We would recommend them because of the quality of the house and the whole home buying process. We would rate them an A-.

The interactions I had with Lennar were professional and responsive. The house is very well built; however, the finishes are low quality. My biggest disappointment is the swap I have in my backyard. During the final walkthrough, it was mentioned, and I signed off on the fix; however, after almost two months, I have standing water. I don't know if this issue is caused by a pond behind my house or if there is something else causing it. I understand the excessive rain, but even with the recent warmer weather, I still have standing water.

This is my retirement home and I was willing to pay extra for some up grades but was told that I couldn't go off the blueprints . When a client is paying cash for the home , which I did , they should be given that option . Overall it is a very well built house !

Grass takes a long time to get installed. Mud runs down the street and pools up in front of my home, so road repair is needed to make the water run off. AC needed tuned and was fixed quickly! Common areas need maintenance in a big way, please address.

The house is built very well overall. However, the completion was rushed and the walk throughs were a set time without asking us our needs. The Forman, Cass was great but the burden to complete the 7-page punch list was all his and he was beardly able completed most of it before the closing the same day. The Title company was great to work with and flexible to our needs. We have built four other homes in our history that in included two with U.S. Homes one Rutenberg and one DR. Horton. The quality of the inside of our new house is about a 4 about out of 5 and the same as Rutenberg. A few problems of poor workmanship and poor-quality show that was very disappointing. A few doors inside the house were hung like a 6th grader did the work. Some of the floor tiles were chipped and the grout in the on-suite shower mistake (chair on wrong side) repair was low quality and slopy work. The air unit was not balanced and the was causing us to have high humidity. The warranty person Jeff (great person) from the air company is working on the problem, Why the closet door for the inside air unit is not a louvered door is a poor design mistake that I have not seen in 40 years of new home builds. The landscaping is overdone and we cannot get out of our cars parked on the driveway without stepping on a plant, Although the grass is growing in now and look very good in the front, the amount of dead grass squares left by the people did the work is a just case pure laziness. If the square is dead when installing it, put a live/green one down in its place. Would I recommend a Lennar home to other, YES, but common scene would say slow down the process a little. Do not put the burden on the costumer / your client by saying "Oh just put in a work order and it will get fixed after you close". That is the perception that is given to the new homeowners. ... First of all, the floor plans are generally great. Spacious and open. The biggest issue that I have is that there are no drawers in the bathroom sink cabinets and there is no linen closet. I didn't think about it until I moved in and found no place to put that stuff

This is not directly related with Lennar but the HOA has some rules which seem too strict. Also, so many things are done through a portal and sometimes there's no person to consult with, or it's not clear who you're supposed to talk with about certain issues. On the whole, though, Lennar has been very good, so far.

The best experience was with our salesperson Bob. As for Lennar mortgage they were very unorganized and the only reason we used them was because of the rates. Construction team and follow up for repairs has been unresponsive and we can't seem to get our issues fixed once we moved in.

Going through Lennar’s financing was a long process I think it was because we went VA but still the amount of items the underwriter kept asking for was ridiculous we actually didn’t know we were set to close until 12 before we closed! We have great credit to so I’d hate to see how it would be if you don’t! Eunice was really helpful and nice! The house is beautiful but there are some things that they’ve cut corners on for sure! We are overall happy but there are things that could be improved on!

The process was very smooth from beginning to end everyone from Lennar was always there when I had a question very helpful

Sales rep was great, builder was great. Lender experience was average at best.,

The home buying experience was the best I have had. This is my third home and I can say that it was the best out of the three. They have an orientation for the home where they explain how to take care of your home and applicances. New homes come with a few issues here and there and they have been more than willing to help in a timely manner.

The quality of our home is excellent. We are longtime florida residents and have lived in several homes built by us and by far Lennar pays close attention to details and the amount of extras given to the homeowner far surpasses any builder we have worked with...

Very smooth and transparent process.

Didn’t get much information about anything after closing. Gate codes, HOA info, ect.

We purchased our home while living in New England. The CM Chip, was truly our long distance eyes. He walked us through the process and helped us understand the South Carolina and Berkeley County building codes which had an impact on the timeline. We put our trust in Chip, and he never let us down.

They call 4mm flooring upgraded! It’s cheap. Layout is great of these homes. Very sound proof. Windows are great.

Jeff and Yumiko were absolutely amazing. Our remote closing was a breeze. Marie lacked communication with us during underwriting and came off as rude in multiple emails with how things were worded. We were excited to take a photo with the congratulations sign on the garage but it was taken down before we got half way done with our final walkthrough. While other houses that sold after ours have had the sign up for multiple days. If we were to buy another home through Lennar we would gladly do so again.

I wish a copy of HoA had been given prior to purchase. Some of the rules are based on opinion with no defined parameters.

Justin is an excellent employee for Lennar. He has the perfect personality for his position and he seems to care about Lennar's Buyers warranty issues as best he can. He has been the highlight of my buying experience. The rest of the buying experience was average from a personality perspective with other team members. I am happy with my house and would refer Lennar over other national builders I have bought from including Meritage and DR Horton

We love our new home. It is very comfortable and has everything we need for my whole family.

We are enjoying our new home, the sale process was smooth, the home design and build quality js great so far.
