Really enjoyed the builder sales rep, construction site manager, and customer rep. All three have customer service personalities and are easy to communicate with. They also respond quickly.

Lennar has been great -- friendly, responsive, prompt. Whoever did the appliance install is a different matter: the hot water did not work due to a melted connection, the microwave had been dropped, damaged and nevertheless installed, and the dishwasher install caused damage to the cabinet trim. Might want to review relationship with that subcontractor.

Must credit our realtor Adnan who introduced us to a Matt, who represents Lennar. Our development was nearing completion and model, that we really liked, was to be built on one of the last lots. While the original completion date was delayed a bit, we are now in for a week and enjoying the home. Kudos to Ben (Lennar) who remains very responsive to some minor things that need to be completed. Overall, have been very pleased with our Lennar experience and our new home!

Home buying experience made easier.

With home prices on the rise it was a good purchase. Very disappointed with quality of landscape.

The only issue I had was after we did the walk thru the week before closing. The lender/ underwriting had issues with stuff that I gave them months ago which really wasn't an issue. I just felt if you had all my stuff since December then those issues should have come to light then not the week of closing

Our issue with workmanship has to do with finishes on woodwork, cabinetry interiors, laundry room lack of cabinetry/sink, water lines from water tank being exposed and invasive in laundry room, poor finishes where pipes go into floor or through cabinets, lack of waterproof paint in bathrooms and kitchen, bathroom floors not being “upgraded” (our understanding was tule floors), low quality paint, non existence of towel holders anywhere (should be standard in all bathrooms). 10x10 patio is inadequate. No ability to upgrade anything. Requirement to keep trash cans in garage is ridiculous as during spring and summer months the trash smell will be unbearable. ... More

We bought our home totally remote and only saw the home physically after closing. Process included face time walk throughs to show us build progress. It was a spec home so we had no decisions for colors or upgrades which had some pluses and minuses but all in all worked out well. We came from a custom built home to the mass construction of Lennar and have been pleased with the quality of construction knowing it is not the same as custom built.

We came into the process when everything was already picked out so there wasn't a lot to do on our end. All of the maintenance requests have been responded to quickly and we are happy with our new home.

This will be my third time buying a home and this is by far is one of the exceptional home builders out there. Definitely recommend to family and friends if they are in the market to purchasing a home.

Our salesman was nice but our builder David was excellent. He really made it a great experience and made us feel very confident that we were getting a quality home. He dealt with all of our concerns no matter how minor, very quickly. He was prompt, efficient, professional but most of all kind,, understanding, easy to talk to. He explained everything along the process and was excellent to work with.

Overall everything is great. Just a lot of clean up work needed on the flooring after moving in from leftover constructions dirt/ paint that is stuck to the floor. Also, a few issues around the house, but Lennar very quick to respond to fix all issues.

The paint and carpets used are of very low quality. You have a large living room with no floor plugs.

Sales and lender personnel are very knowledgeable, supportive and responsive. Their years of experience provide buyers with a trusted and proven source. Made the experience positive and assuring.

Although they are a huge builder, their warranty service made up for any small details that needed attention after we moved in.

Have had a few issues once I moved into the home. Was not too happy that my driveway is such a steep slope and that i have stairs going into my garage because it takes up so much space and not good for my son who has a disability.

The overall experience was positive. I have seen some issues with the quality of craftsmanship as I stay in the house longer and notice additional items.

Being from out of state during buying and building process, Cannon and the sales team, and Dan and his crews were very helpful in making it a painless venture.
