The whole process from initial purchase to the day we moved in has been nothing but great!

I’m in the military and my wife was going to be closing by herself. Just like every other time, I made a power of attorney authorizing my wife to conduct all legal matters. It took multiple explanations that my wife would be closing in the house and I would’ve unavailable and Lennar acted like that wasn’t possible. Even wanted a written explanation why I wouldn’t be available. That information is not only unnecessary due to having a POA but confidential due to military operations. On the day of closing Lennar never even showed up and missed the time they put out for the closing. Upon finally closing we couldn’t even get into the house because they gave us the wrong code. ... Overall, my experience with Lennar has been extremely disappointing. As a homeowner, I trusted that I was purchasing a safe, well-built property. Instead, I am dealing with serious safety hazards, potential structural/plumbing issues, and a lack of accountability from the builder.

Did not purchase home, salesperson was horrible. Whole experience was a nightmare

Rod was super helpful and caring. He went the extra mile to reassure us that things would get done quickly and safely. We feel like we made a great investment! Thank you!

Terrible financial office no experience

It's a nice house for the price and large back yard which we love. The buying was pretty easy for the most part. But it was difficult at times to get answers to some our questions if at all. And the warranty has issues as our yard was damaged in a rain storm due to poor quality work. So the whole warranty thing is quite questionable. But we do like the house itself overall.

It was a good experience and fast process of getting the houses everyone was nice in the process.

Stacy helped us find the perfect home! The entire Lennar team we worked with were fantastic! The only thing that could be better is the times they have for the Celebration walk through. It was only Monday through Friday and no later than 3pm. People who work cannot do 3 hours there and a week later take time off to close and then time to move in…

I had a realtor, however the sales people at Lennar were excellent, especially Sarah. I looked at Wales Ranch initially. They had the model I wanted but not the lot. I told Sarah my wants. Two weeks later she calls and tells me she think she has what I want at Bella Vista Farms. The division had not been released and would be soon. It checked ALL the boxes!! The home buying,Title and mortgage people were great as well. Randy who does the walk through was also great! I highly recommend.

Great houses for the price. The only downside is it seems like the house was rushed to be built, therefore; it had small issues once I moved in, but for the price I can’t complain. All the issues were resolved very quick, great customer service.

Surprised, I got approved.

The only positive thing I have to say about my experience is Evelyn on the loan side. She was extremely helpful in helping me! She literally did multiple jobs, because others were not. Multiple things went wrong through the whole process. First time buying a home and it’s been nonstop headache. I haven’t even made my first mortgage payment and my fence fell and Lennar refuses to fix it. Been w/out waste service and was getting the run around and come to find out, you have to have it set up w/ HOA. Which nobody told me, I learned that from the county office after not having trash service for over a month. Gas got shut off, because I thought it was included w/ the electric, which didn’t have hot water for four days. Lastly, they told me they don’t do blue tape during the walkthrough and there were countless imperfections. Such as imperfections all over the walls, ceilings, mismatched paint, my front door has a piece missing out of it and my master bath mirror was broken and they refused to fix it. I learned from 2 of my friends who bought a Lennar home in 2025 got to do a thorough walkthrough w/ blue tape, but I didn’t and I wish I had. All the builders and staff were very polite and helpful until after closing. There's not much follow-up regarding taking care of the house and yard. We did get a copy of the Architectual Guidelines, but it would be nice if there was a group meeting of new owners to follow up with questions.

Lennar is a good company that good work! Going through the information process and getting approved was not easy for but helped me get approved for the home we wanted. They stayed in constant contact with me every step of the way. The home is beautiful and everything we were looking for. They walked us through the new build and showed us how everything worked and even had all our warranty information posted in the house for easy access. I would definitely recommend Lennar to anyone looking to buy a new home!

After shopping around I decided on Lennar Homes. I can honestly say that my experience was awsome. From the beginning to settlement Lennar homes was the right decision. Even approaching two months after moving in my new home Lennarvhas been their.

Garage door hit by workman, repaired door, only problem the metal frame was also hit and door does not close properly. Electrical had to be replaced because wires touching metal screws. In attic you can see outside to siding. I would expect for the price of the home to have better workmanship.

Responsive with minor issues/questions resolved quickly.

Two months dealing with breaker issue in bedrooms, still not resolved. Losing power every week once they think it is corrected. Large ant hills around property, now my issue to deal with, HOA too restrictive on storm team colors, making us use very dark brown on White House’s, HOA using my wrong email address on denial letter, now asking for another month to review colors they are making me use. Just too difficult for the price of this house.

It is one of the best residential complex construction companies in America.

My Fiance and I purchased our home just before our wedding and it was a great experience!!
