We are happy after two months to be settled in our house - we love it and the issues we had have been addressed and new builds always have minor things to take care of.

Overall good experience. Utility information provided but could have been better explanation at closing or a one piece handout as to what to do and who to contact. Workmanship satisfactory with responsiveness to issues very good.

Experience staff very knowledgeable. Contractor manager kept me informed on the process. There's still touch up that needs to be done but overall it's a decent community to live in.

Kim , Home Sales Rep provided us an excellent support thru the nine month buying process and her support and services are very much appreciated.

Buying with Karen at Lennar was a breeze. She made it an easy process. We have had a few issues since then and let’s just say we have felt the same respect that we had with Karen. You lost a good one

Lennar folks were and are great. My problem is with the drainage and the Sprinkler people who were uncooperative and absent.

This is my first time home owner and I loved the entire process of my home getting build. There were few glitches during the entire cycle. But I guess after sales, maintenance team specifically Kevin is awesome. He takes care and understand the real concern and helps residents get solution easily and effectively. Kevin is the only reason I have gained confidence in Lennar homes because whatever open issue were after move-in, he is helping us knocking off one by one.

My experience of watching our home get built was unique. Living in another state causes stress but the team really wanted us to feel part of the process. By weekly receiving updated pics of our home was exciting from Jenn (she was the best and an asset to your company). As it was getting closer to the closing, and trying to get the numbers right, there were allot of concerns with things falling into place, but even with the biggest mountains the team (Julie, Brianne and NIchole) really did a great job making the closing happen on time. The only part of the experience that was stress was during the walk through with our CM, he seemed to want to rush us through, all though he said yes Ma'am and no problem I understand we will fix that. You could see he was frustrated that we wanted to see things working, like running water, a dryer that would heat up, molding around items, electrical outlet outside. He was polite, and these items that were of concern to us, should have been seen to anyone prior to the walk through. Overall, we are happy with the new home, yes there are things that need to be tweaked, but due to shortage of supplies that was out of the builder's control, it was a good process. ... More

We received the house late but when we did the inspection of the house everything was in good conditions and the points to be resolved were informed and were well attended. The customer service team is very efficient and our salesperson very committed

I’ll just say it this way, every delay and problem should not be blamed on supply chain. The process to get help for warranty feels like a tribunal. You have to prove and show the problem with your camera to customer service. They have a guy on site that can easily verify, why not use him? For us, they tore up our yard to finish construction of a wall and have not even repaired the yard yet. They didn’t discuss the size of the wall with us when we were directly impacted by it. (I think it’s is too tall) Our front yard trees look misplaced now because of the new wall. Should they be moved? Yes! Will they? Likely no because it would take a really concerned designer’s eye to know and then do this. I should not have to beg for them to finish the mess they made (been a month!). The lending office was absolutely phenomenal and I highly recommend. The design office was incredibly expensive and I do not recommend. The sales office was friendly and helpful but was off on the cost of flooring upgrade by 100%. The neighborhood is awesome and I strongly recommend people to buy. The overall score of 4 is due to the price of flooring, the process for warranty, and the lack of concern and responsiveness for our yard. Hope this helps you in your decision to buy. ... More

You get what’s listed in the inventory. Other companies charge extra for everything beyond the a basics.

Construction Mgr. is veer helpful and responsive. Workmanship of trade personnel leaves much to be desired. Pay VERY little attention to the results of their workmanship.

We closed on our home on August 30,2022. We expected it to be ready to move into when we arrived. There were about 27 items not finished, some big and there was no certificate of occupancy. Arthur set us up in a condo on the property for 4 nights until we could move in. The personnel we worked with were great to get it finished; however, the subcontractors were slow to respond while some materials were hard to get according to the construction managers. There are still 9 unfinished items to complete and it is October 19, 2022—49 days from closing. Lennar corporate should not allow any closings to occur until all items are complete. Now we are working with the warranty department to get things done. The home is good quality, but completion is a big problem. We love the home, but it has been very stressful. ... More

Overall, we are pleased with our new home and the home buying process. the only down side was in an effort to meet quarterly numbers, the closing date was bumped up and finishing the home was rushed. As a result, the quality was diminished and expectations weren’t met.

Overall great experience and very smooth process

If I lived closer I would have watched through all stages of the build. Also, if I were able to change some of the design and products used as the build progressed, even of I had to pay more to accomplish that.

(1) The deadbolt on our back door worked intermittently for awhile, but doesn't work at all now (seven weeks after move-in). The front door works manually when forced, but the automatic locking fails. We can hear it trying, so it isn't the electronics. (2) The floors look weird in some spots. It is hard to explain. It looks as if something has spilled. All & all we are satisfied, but the deadbolt issue is a big deal.

You get what you pay for and its on you to make sure things are good before the warranties are over. I like the house but I knew what i was purchasing before I bought it. I have seen people complain about what is included with the house. You have to understand that this is basically the bare minimum new build. So don't expect garage door openers, ceiling fans, gutters ect... In the end its my own home, its comfortable and I love improving it myself with DIY projects. These homes are great for first time buyers.

Overall a good experience and we love the size and plan of the townhome. Sales and finance teams from Lennar were outstanding! Construction team delivered on-time but there are some differences from other builders to be aware of such as no semi-gloss paints in wet areas. Also no bathroom hardware provided, and no option for appliances or colored accent walls. I mention these as it makes the home not exactly move-in ready so plan accordingly. Little things like counters, tile, and wood decks aren’t sealed by builder so be prepped to do those as well. Soundproofing between units is acceptable but not as isolated as we’ve experienced with TM. So far warranty has been responsive, no complaints there. I am new home buyer ..totally happy with lennar

We were not given any options for input into what was used in the house. It was basically take it or leave it. We went ahead with the purchase because the pricing was good and within our budget but was not completely satisfied as what we got was different from what we saw .

Nothing but positive things to say so far. The sales process and mortgage team were great, so simply and easy. The warranty issues so far have been addressed very quickly and I am pleased with the overall quality of the building.

Overall, the home buying experience went extremely well up until the point at which a closing date was set, then moved repeatedly, without transparency to true, anticipated date of closing. This required me to re-coordinate movers, closing dates on my previous property, etc. that could have been avoided by just communicating a more realistic closing date rather than racing to close a quarter.

The house buying experience was fairly easy. Construction was completed ahead of schedule, the ladies in the sales office were pleasant and we are now enjoying our new home. I would however recommend using an outside lender. The Lennar mortgage team was horrible. They don't answer calls ninety percent of the time and it took an average of 3 days to get a return call. We were offered six thousand dollars toward closing costs if we went with Lennar's mortgage team. My lender still beat them without any so called credits and they actually picked up the phone during business hours as well as outside business hours. The Lennar mortgage team seems to think you will simply go with them because of the credit and treats you accordingly. ... More
