sales process was easy, people were good. Did get response and fix on one issue I didn’t like - but honestly cannot believe they build houses with light switches random distances from the doors. Some literally touching the door frame, some 2 feet away.

I had a good overall experience with Lennar and the Condo with one minor issue and one major issue that I never received a satisfactory response. Respectfully Bob T.

Heidi, the salesperson, is excellent to work with. She has guided very well. Kiwan, the construction engineer, is amazing; he provides great customer service.

purchase went smoothly, appliances are all GE but of lower quality, room switches are not dimmer friendly

I closed in early October 2025, and after numerous requests I still haven’t received my closing documents. I need the documents. Ridiculous !!!!

Vanessa was awesome. Couldn’t ask for any better. Dennis was great. Everybody was great besides the loan the loan service people very bad never been treated like that before. condescending narcissistic talk down to me all the time told me to shut up once I almost told him to kiss my butt, but I stuck it out. I’m not gonna say his name. I’m sure you know he is. There’s been a lot of complaints. I’m guarantee it and I know somebody is not using me anymore because of it so he will lose his money for being so condescending and narcissistic and talking down to people all the time third time buying a house which would be my last enjoy the home. ... Month of delays in completion and last minute or no communication about delays. Some responsiveness to issues and attempts to rectify, but promises were broken.

My purchase experience was great. However, there have been way too many issues upon moving in. Customer service has been excellent at addressing the problems, but I just wouldn't expect to still have issues after 6 weeks.

Overall, my experience purchasing a new home was mixed but ultimately satisfactory given the value. The price point for a 2,000-square-foot home was very reasonable, so I recognize that some of the finishing details may not match higher-end builds. That said, I would have appreciated a bit more attention to detail during construction. The process itself had some challenges — I had to re-sign multiple PSAs due to missing or incorrect information, and communication between the mortgage and title teams wasn’t always consistent. While the teams were responsive when questions came up, document requests often came at the last minute, creating some unnecessary stress. In addition, closing dates shifted a few times, seemingly to accommodate internal schedules. After moving in, I’ve noticed a handful of small finishing issues — drywall cracks, caulking gaps, minor wall and door alignment, and some concrete work that could be cleaner. These are fairly typical for a new build, but they do add up. On the positive side, the customer care team has been very responsive, and I’m confident they’ll continue addressing items as they come up. I also appreciate the convenience of having everything handled “in-house,” even though that still involves several different teams. Overall, the home offers great value for the cost, and with some improved coordination and attention to detail, the experience could be even better. ... More

The process was stressful because 1 month is not enough to buy the house. The people are kind. The fix was good. I hope that by the end of the year doing great. SS

Home buying experience went smoothly. Jaqueline was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Dave was very responsive with remedying 'punch list' items. We still have issues with our sod though and am awaiting a resolution. As a lifelong plumbing engineer I am particularly sensitive to the quality of plumbing fixtures and feel that the installed fixtures could have been of higher quality. An issue that I find annoying is the amount of time it takes hot water to get to the faucets. (35 seconds for the kitchen faucet). Other than these issues we are very happy with our new home.

Salesman was terrific. On site construction manager was terrific.

Everyone was very nice and helpful through the buying stage. We had a few punch list items that took a little while to get handled, but they were completed. We are pleased so far, and the community is great!

The product is great and I am happy with it. The customer service from the loan officers was not what I would have expected. Everything was via email. No one ever called to tell you who would be calling you next, or what the next steps were. You would just receive an email from someone new making request. Very impersonal for such an important purchase. The initial agent was missing in action unless they needed something signed on their end. Never reaching out along the process to see if we had questions.

I missed some things on walk thru and I called to get items to be fixed, and now I was told that is a cleaning issue and that is not per design. So be sure to take your time and mark anything you want to be fixed otherwise you will have to fix the items yourself. So I am having to fix items myself that I should have flagged. The red dirt stained several items on front entry now I will have to paint and do lots of scrubbing! The home needed cleaning before I moved in also but was not. Dust on everything including paint spatter on stove. I’ve been here a month and still cleaning and finding other stuff. But when it’s all done the home will be beautiful. I guess this is normal for moving into a new home. And the home I chose and was buying got changed at the last minute to next door. I thought it was ok but no, now I have half the yard I would have had. That’s why I gave a three star on trust. ... More

After living in the home for a little more than a month we have come to find some issues with the cheapness of some of the materials used to buld the home and the lack of quality on the home build itself. With the amount that we paid for the home we expected better but it not just and issue with Lennar its generally with j ome builders as a whole these days. Lack of workmanship, quality and corners being cut to save money for the builders

Enjoying the new house. No issues with the house so far. No contact from the sales team after signing papers. They disappeared. Wish they gave more information about building materials such as type of paint and flooring. Will be tough to match when fixing touch ups.

Love the house, but the problem is.. my warranty deed says one city, but I have to put a different city for shipping purposes. Some companies dont acknowledge/pull up the physical address at all in their systems. Should have been told this in the beginning. Paying one city's taxes bit having g to put another one for daily life. Makes no sense

There were some issues with the house even before going in that weren't fixed and it's sad that you have to submit a warranty request to get them fixed and that can take up to 1 - 2 weeks. They should definitely be more in depth of how to change out lights and other things that you normally wouldn't think to ask. It would also be great if you were a new and first time homeowner to have a contact person with questions as far as HOAs how to submit a service warranty just general things instead of reaching out to people who no longer want to work with you because you've already purchased the home. I had money coming back that I desperately needed instead im in my new home struggling. I was told up to the day I closed I was getting money back...instead I had tor fork out money. IT is sad that I had fork out money after being told I was fine and that I would get My deposit at closing....now I'm behind on everything and just moving in. I barely got my lights on in my name. I'm still very sad and disappointed this situation has really put me into a bind. I now may be late on my 1st House pmt due to this set back caused by YOU guys. My closing was moved 4 times extended by you guys because you all did not want to do a dry closing. The money was there but you guys continued to charge me daily despite being told it would be taken care of by the seller. well it wasn't and it caused me to suffer a hardship at the closing table, and it's causing me to still struggle to get that money back, I now have no money for emergencies. I wanted to close the LANIA area in like all of my neighbors have now I can't I missed the special. I am now doing a 2 hr commute and questioning was all of this even worth it and starting to have regrets. No one cares or watched out for the little man..I was a victim because I had to wait on the DP assistance and then penalized for it after being told that I was fine. please audit my account Thanks ... Working with Gino, the mortgage officer and Dennis, sales agent for the second time was excellent experience. The final walk though before the closing was excellent. the major issue this time was the delay of 4 months long delay in closing and loss of tenants/rent due to that was a major set back. Plus after the closing the ongoing construction with only one street access is a nuisance, mail delivery and school bus access are not convenient still. other than that location wise it is excellent. hope to get another smooth experience of buying a third home from Lennar.

Lennar makes some beautiful home, and the process and quick. My only issue is the information the sales and construction manager did not provide the correct information. For example landscaping. They told me I will need to maintain my lawn.which is fine. I specifically ask who maintains the lakes lawn. I was told the HOA will. It’s part of the Masters fee. But that wasn’t true And other issues is I ask about the lake behind my house. I ask was there anything in the lake. I was told no it’s a man made lake. Come to find out there is two alligators in it. Now I can’t let my small dogs out or my kids. It’s just a lot of small questions that was provided incorrect information Other than that I love my new house! ... More
