The loan process could be improved with better communication and more timely responses to questions from our loan officer. We could have locked in at lower rate and was discouraged to do so by loan officer and then it went up. I wish we had more finished home at closing. More attention to detail by the super would have avoided a lot of unnecessary tickets, however, the people handling the tickets after closing have been the best to deal with! (Josh, Maria & Matt). The home is solid. Initial issues were taken care of in a week after the first walk thru, Those issues were minor and only time will tell. The folks in finance department have their hands full and they are some great people! Overall it was a 4 star experience. Not bad or average...just good but not great! Why so many rentals already? Ask those questions as it impacts overall home quality.

We were kept informed weekly by sales agent Chandler about out townhouse progress, and he was quick to respond to questions, concerns. Our onsite manager Shay spent time with us as we neared closure and was helpful in making sure our house would meet our satisfaction. Some breakdown did occur toward the end as we never completed a review walk through after we moved in and we never were introduced to a customer care person. An additional note of significance to us occurred after we moved in: Shortly after our move all the smoke/carbon monoxide detectors went off about midnight without any stop. Husband was able to pull out batteries. The next day an electrician to correct the problem. A few weeks later it happened again. I was impressed with the immediate help I received, first from Shelley (the only person I knew to call) who directed me to the right folks. Thanks to customer Care Rep Deb and IES's Sarah who dispatched the electrician (who happened to be the same one who came in Sept) that day. We are happy with our new home! . ... More

Great relationship and process with Lennar after my 2nd home purchase with them. The process took time for a new construction but I was very happy and satisfied with the new home investment. Highly recommended!

Every Lennar Team member that I dealt with doing my home buying experience was very professional and pleasant to work with. If I had any questions along the process they were there to answer them for me. They tried to make my buying experience as seamless as possible. Great team to work with. Good experience and great neighborhood.

As a 1st time homebuyer we were so intimidated to purchase a home. Had we known how easy the journey was, and how great our agents and Lenders were going to be that work for Lennar, we would had started this journey a long time ago! I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase your 1st time home or even if it’s not your 1st home, to buy from Lennar. The Warranty process gives our family such a peace of mind that we can live comfortably in our home.

Great builder, the materials of the house are very good, the kitchen appliances are equipped, and even the washing machine and dryer are included，The blinds of the all windows have also been installed，And the security system of the “ring” is also equipped。

All in all good experience

We've been loving the home so far. There are a few things that have been needing to get fixed but it's been helpful putting in service requests. The repairs haven't been the fastest, but overall we're happy

I consider my Lennar home good value for money and very functional. I like the layout of the Bonita model and the location near Mt. Dora is real plus. The support personnel worked to resolve any final building issues, but too many individuals were involved in the process and the closing date kept changing making it difficult to plan.

Purchased a new home in September. Everything went smoothy. Overall I would recommend Lennar. I must say getting in touch with some of the people was a challenge. They ask you to go on line and get the information you need. Too many emails not enough personal attention, even though my Sales Agent George was great.

The sales and introductory individuals are first rate. Challenges lie in the fact that issues post acceptance of the home are allowed to fester not to any desire of the staff but their ability to harness the follow through of the subs necessary yo not only continue on with the scheduling needs but handle the details to finish. Yes I’m happy. Yes, I’d do it again. Yes, expect issues. Yes, expect delays to resolving those issues. Know they are doing their best. What can you do. It is what it is, a nearly fully satisfied customer.

Be sure to ask lots of questions. Make a list of items to be addressed. Be patient. Lots of paperwork.

As with any home purchase their were hiccups however the Lennar team got us through them with great service

Easy process to buy a home

We absolutely love our Lennar home. The process was to give our deposit was seamless. However, we did have some trouble as we approached our closing date. The dates were changed and we hardly heard from our sales rep until we needed to sign the forms and send the deposit. Our walk through was great and Dustin and his team did awesome.

we had a very good experience with all the Lennar team, from the downpayment to the sign at the closing, everybody, sales teams and lender team were very kind with us and always willing to helps us a find the best solutions to us.

My sales person was great. She was professional, timely and persistent . She emailed me consistently for 2 years before I purchased!

The over all aspect of the build from the sales department to the project manager was five star. However, The finance aspect of the project was not very professional and misleading at times and very unresponsive, and when we did have a problem and tried to fix it, they did absolutely nothing for us, except create bigger problems. In conclusion, I would never use them to finance ever again.

My experience was very good. We began with a rough start, but it ended very well.
