Super fast experience people, and great overall experience with quality ,time and value for money thank you guys

Contracting the house was seamless. Once we had to deal with construction site supervisors, we had many issues. They did not keep us updated. We had to call them to get updates. Closing dates were moved without notifying us; they changed it seven times. The craftsmanship was awful. Sloppy work. The painting contractors were the worst. Paint splatters all over wood floors, door sills, and tile. Painters never covered roof metal accents so needless to say overspray all over it. Shutters were never installed, chrome accessories were installed when we paid for upgraded nickel. Major drainage issues between houses, not just our lot but all homes on our side of street. Brand new house with a lot of issues.Severals. Wasting time doing claims to be cover by warranty. Staff don’t perform the right job on the site. Totally disappointed.

Good follow up with all issues related to house and concerns regarding minor repairs!

I have submitted several issues that need to be addressed and have not received any response from you. When will my repair and maintenance issues be taken care of?

The response was timely and the problem was easily fixed.

My experience had been fine until I realized Lennar sold two new homes next to me to a corporation that rents out these homes. I currently have one neighbor that is already breaking HOA rules. I would have never bought a home where rentals are allowed. Many others are also very upset..

Rick Anthony my loan officer was outstanding and any questions I had he always replied to help.

My home is beautiful. Minor issues but they have come right out after a virtual visit. The process for me went very fast, I would have like input & requested on carpet in the bedrooms.

It was a fairly easy experience to buy a new home from Lennar. The whole process was great and very pleasant. After you buy they have not responded to issues, I had to resort to calling the installers to fix issues like flooding in the yard. In addition, I entered multiple service requests and have not received any communications from Lennar.

Make sure to take photos during the Orientation, since there are many spots which they might not fix before Closing Paint job is not up to the mark

Great experience with builder. They are very attentive to issues and helped with the mortgage process.

Purchasing a home was easy and on time. Sales staff were very nice. Construction Manager was very knowledgeable and answered questions quickly

My experience has been horrible The team especially Beth my warranty lady, lacks urgency and seems to be a bit overwhelmed with her workload. I constantly have had to follow up with your office to try get things fixed in my house. I have An ongoing request that has been going on for a month. I have even reached out to your division president and I have not gotten a response. I reached out to Mark over 1 week ago with no return phone call. This company does not find customer service important. I will not purchase a lennar home again neither will I recommend anyone to purchase a home from Lennar. You guys don’t care. ... More

We have dealt with a Lennar a few times before and the service is consistent and the homebuying is a fairly easy process. Great team!

We moved into our new Lennar home about a month ago. For the price we paid, I would expect the quality of the home build to be great but I have been sorely mistaken. The paint job is terrible. Some base boards were primed but not painted. It seems like there was only one coat of paint applied to the whole house and actually needs to have 2. There were scratches on faucets and cabinets. Glue on the tile. Multiple chipped tiles through out the house. Paint on the tile. Light switches hung crooked. The house was not cleaned well prior to us moving in. I have submitted for warranty and they have been great at addressing most of my concerns however the paint job is a huge issue because the whole house really needs to be repainted by the builder. I’m so disappointed and frustrated. To get the additional coat of paint on the baseboards, I have come to the conclusion that I will have to be the one to repaint them myself. I shouldn’t have to fix something that the builder should have done the right way in the first place. This home appears to have been built on a shoe string budget with corners cut anyway possible to save money for a big price tag. So disappointed!! Sales rep is awesome, before and after sale, he (Logan) is extremely supportive and humble. Few issues from the punch list were not completed, after taking possession, I created the ticket but not all the issues are resolved and the tickets are closed.quality of material is significantly dropped from other projects in Erie, Co. Broken HVAC base is not replaced, water flow in basement is not towards drain but nothing is being done in spite logging ticket, 5 shrubs and 2 trees died and few patches of grass but only 2 trees are replaced and for rest I am continuously following up without much luck. ... I would never recommend you guys to anyone I wish I could tell people when I see them in the neighborhood not to buy here it is the worst house it was put together like a 5 year old did it sorry I brought with you guys

There is a genuine concern by Lennar to fix anything which needs it.

Lennar is a builder I trust. They built our home in the time frame they promised. They delivered a product they promised. They fixed the very few issues we had with it after we took possession. It’s a beautiful product and I highly recommend them.

Was not happy with my Lennar experience. We love the area and our neighborhood but the the experience with Lennar and its salespeople is very sketchy! We were given three days notice to do our walkthrough and it was during a time our Lennar salesperson knew we were NOT available due to the personal and work commitments. They stopped corresponding with us after we asked for a new date then went ahead and did the walkthrough without us. We got a very brief video of our walkthrough that was conducted by a Lennar salesperson. Not only was this a conflict of interest but the video we received of the walkthrough only covered superficial items and did not look at electrical, plumbing, garage doors, etc. In summary, a national company that worries about sales numbers, the bottom dollar, and NOT their customer. I had a better experience with outside buys than with Lennar. I felt it was fine but wasn't great. I had higher expectations. I feel floor plan could have been better designed. They give zero options to modify anything. I feel their quality of features has decreased. They downgraded the materials they used in our neighborhood after few homes. They didn't include fridge anymore either. Also response time wasn't great for certain aspects of their mortgage and closing communication. Outside lenders, I had previously used had great communication and availability. I used lennar due to the closing incentives only. ... More
