The assistant foreman for our neighborhood (Michael) is wonderful he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of to the best of his ability. We closed with unresolved issues. That’s on us, however, we had no where to go since our home sold and closing was the same exact day that we were scheduled to close on our new Lennar home. That day was a nightmare. We signed a contract on a house that was 97% done and still almost didn’t close because they waited until the very last minute to do things. The grout in our wet areas are stained with red mud pretty bad. We let that go. The grout work itself was subpar at best. There are several other issues but again we had no where to go. The biggest issue is Lennar cuts corners where they shouldn’t. They put 1 stage units in these homes that are not for a climate like ours. Our home had 70% humidity. The AC people came out and basically rigged the unit to run longer somehow. Now we set the temp at 73 and it cools to 71 and that was their fix. We tried to address with Lennar but it’s on us now. 2 stage units are always recommended for humid climates if not variable speed units. We didn’t think to even check this as we had a Breland/Lennar home in Madison and they didn’t do this. We had a nice unit that worked as it should. Closed 6/22, it’s 8/8 and the construction trash can is still on my back porch. Learned a week after moving in that more than half the houses on my street are investor owned rentals. Worst mistake I’ve made in my life trusting Lennar.

They took care of everything I needed in a short time

OVERALL GOOD. COMMUNITY FEE DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE. I MOVED 2 MONTHS AGO. PARK IS NOT EVEN STARTED YET AND I AM PAYING COMUNITY FEE SINCE i MOVED IN ADVANCE FOR 6 MONTHS.

What was supposed to be the house of my dreams has been filled with problems and average workmanship. The house was finished three months early, this should have been my first sign. Small details like the exterior and interior paint, carpentry, and the crumbling of my garage top the list. I requested a delay in closing due to surgery but no one responded. Then on the day of the closing, two hours prior, we were informed that Lennar postponed the closing due to an issue with the loan officer.

Very professional in their approach and they respond to queries faster than others.

Love the area clean and open and quiet

I loved my experience with Lennar. The process was simple and easy. Great customer service and response time. 10/10. Highly recommend. We love our new home!

Not good! We have so many issues and no help with what we were originally told.

There are always some items which are less than perfect that arise with a new build. Lennar fixed everything we identified during the walkthrough. The only major complaint I have is that the toilets are garbage. We’ve had an issue with all four of them and we’ve only lived here for 6 weeks. Already paid $900 for a plumber to install a new one and he indicated the plumbing vents may be capped which could cause issues with the pressure and reduce the effectiveness of each flush. Lennar’s plumber said that couldn’t be the cause and that was the end of it. Everything I’ve found online indicates that could indeed be the issue but no one was willing to come check it out. ... Could be a lot better if the Customer Care personally inspect the actual situation of the issue instead of using the "Visual" check. This way the issue will be corrected immediately and effectively. "Visual Check" step creates more over head expenses and wasting time for Lennar Homes process.

All mortgage documents are done online which makes it an easy process and accessible for future needs. However, dont expect a quick answer or one at all if you have any questions regarding your mortgage. I noticed a lot of finishing mistakes (nail pops, nail holes, no caulking, paint overspray) in the house that were pointed out during the walk through but never fixed. Overall good experience.

First of all this was my first purchase of a new home! I was very impressed with all that my townhome was equipped with, all up to date details! This was the first home my realtor had shown me and I feel in love with it! I am still learning of all the new items in my home, but I'm sure in time it'll be easier! Well built and the installation is gold! I never hear anyone , very few cars, but its so quiet! Loving my new community!!!

Home quality is very disappointing. The walls and door were not smoothened. It is very sharp, adults and kids get scratch and hurt when hitting the walls, doors and door holders. Flooring was not fully settled and humpy bumpy

For us the buying experience was easy and fast. They have a great staff also that its always willing to help. Thanks to Melissa, Jorge and Lissette because they really care about their customers and truly want to help.

Dishwasher was leaking and Lennar couldn’t help because it was an appliance. Had to go through GE and their insurance company, very annoying situation when I have a brand new home.

Buying the home at Orange Blossom was relatively simple, but getting any kind of response or accountability after closing is a completely different issue. Punch out items remain outstanding months later & the home is full of blue tape. Damaged fittings and poorly finished features detract from the pleasure of buying this home. Never assigned a Customer Service contact point, I find dealing with Lennar frustrating & unsatisfactory.

El cierre se aplazó varias veces después de 3 aplazamientos debí cambiar de compañía (realizando las mismas funciones y el mismo cargo) además de volverme a aplazar me subieron el precio. El valor de las cuotas y el interés me lo dieron un día antes del cierre. CERO ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE por parte del banco de LENNAR. La asesora (Graciela) nos atendió muy bien e hizo todo lo posible por ayudarnos además de la notaria cuando fuimos a firmar. Nuestro proceso duró más de 2 años, lo que hizo que tuviéramos que pagar más intereses, nos exigieron la mitad de la cuota inicial ya que nosotros pagaríamos el 20% del valor de la casa (dimos 50.000) en marzo de 2022 y nos dijeron que en caso de retirarnos del negocio perderíamos nuestro dinero por esta razón tuvimos que tolerar tanta falta de respeto. Lennar mortgage and their ability to buy back percentage points of interest is a only way I could have purchased a new condo.

From day one it was a bait and switch with everything I was told and shown. The company has horrible communication with the buyer and buyers agent. The craftsmanship of the home is horrendous. My walk through brought to life all kinds of issues, some of which I was told were fixed and weren't! I've been in the home about a month and a half and already had Plumbing issues, HVAC issues, Lighting falling out the ceiling, floors are starting to get huge dips in them, the landscaping they did is a joke, garage door fell off track, 1 whole panel of the fence not attached to post. I Just recieved my 1st water bill that was $700 due to a leak they were informed of before I ever closed on the home. I was told the leak was fixed and it was not! ... More

Overall very happy with our new home purchase. There are some minor issues that we have to take care of since the house was a former model home and purchased “as is”. Quality of tile craftsmanship was only average and paint splatters have been found all around the home on the hardwood floors. It does clean off but the cleaning crew that prepared the home for us was subpar. The baseboards and window sills were dusty and corners had cobwebs. Items that made the walk through punch list were handled and fixed quickly. We love this home and are comfortable that we will be here for many years! The people in the community are friendly and welcoming. Continuing construction is a little noisy and yet expected. It should clear up soon! ... More

The experience with Lennar was so smooth, they were responsive and attentive to every need. After my customary walk through they made sure they thoroughly touched up every little detail so that the home appeared perfect. Overall the process was so easy I couldn’t even believe I had purchased a home. I highly recommend them for your housing needs, we also used the Lennar financing and it was a breeze.

I honestly wish that I was giving a better review, but I haven’t had the most pleasant Closing on my home. The closing process went pretty smoothly but I’ve been running into issue after issue after moving into this house. It does on some things, and things were overlooked on inspection, which does not make me the most comfortable because it makes me question what else was overlooked or rushed. I’ll be honest and say that I’m not sure I would go with this builder again and I don’t know what things can be done to fix the continuous inconveniences I’ve had.

We love our home. We feel like we were mislead and are extremely disappointed to find out after the fact when we wanted to have a fence installed that 24% of our property is an easement. Shaun never disclosed this to us and we are not surveyors and the plot plan was not given us at closing or explained to my wife and I or our realtor. It is crazy to think you need a 30 ft drainage easement in Indiana. I lose 15ft of my 16 ft lot on one side and 15ft in the back yard. Our neighbor also loses 15ft on the side of their house. I have spoken to a couple other couples moving in their homes and they were not told this fact either. Shame on you for not disclosing this. I think I deserve a credit on my purchase price! On top of that I have to pay for the watering and I have 24% of land I can’t use for fence or anything permanent. If the water gets that high in this easement we will all need a boat. I would like to survey the other people in this neighborhood who have installed fences if they were told in advance of this much land loss. My guess is they didn’t. ... More

No construction updates, unfinished items still after closing, lost keys by construction crew. Phone calls to construction manager and sales representatives go unanswered.
