Customer service has been excellent so far, and the walkthroughs with the builder representatives were extremely helpful. The level of some items are low grade and it would have been nice to be able to upgrade. For instance, the cabinets are cheap and don’t even have soft close hinges and drawer slides. The washer and dryer must be the most basic models and are very loud. The blown-in insulation in the attic appears to possibly be lacking. There is none over the garage. The darker color of the garage doors are nice, but they soak up heat from the Sun and turn the garage into an oven. The ...

Buying and home closing experience was good. After we moved in, paint from several doors started to peel off within days. Front lawn irrigation was not programmed properly. Lawn dried up by the time we noticed.

Good sales/ buying experience. Lennar product fell short on expectations. Low quality materials for example very small doors. Windos that do not open. Lost space in the corner counter. Very dark house. Ensure the lights are off when you see the house.

We love our new home & neighborhood. However, Lennar really went the cheap route during the building process yet still charged us top dollar. Horrible flat white paint throughout the home, grade 1 air filters in the vents, bottom of the line appliances, messy touch up’s after walk through resulting in paint splatter all over new carpet and flooring…I could go on. The buying process was also overwhelming with repeat documentation required with short notice.

Mixed emotions about this product. Great floorplan, great purchase price, but the quality of workmanship and the quality of materials (e.g. cabinets) was disappointing. Some would would say "you get what you pay for'. The bundled golf package was a plus. Lennar Title and Lennar Mortgage experience was great. The sales experience wiht Adriana in the sales office was great too. Some stress with trying to move in because of a defective smoke alarm that chirped so much that we wouldn't be able to sleep causing a delayed move-in. Working with support to resolve.

As expected the overall build quality and the materials used are great. It was been a great experience with the sales team, mortgage team and the post sale representative. When I have created tickets for issues, the response and scheduling could use a lot of improvements

Jordan and Seth both were kind and patient with us. Bring seniors we are not very tech savvy and both of them helped us in that regard. On the construction side, this is the worst paint and grout job I’ve ever seen. I was expecting builder grade paint but the manner in which was applied is awful. When we went to pick up the keys to our home we met Richard, customer care, who said he would be by in a few days. That was the last we saw of him.

The overall moving experience was great. However, I find that the workmanship is less than subpar. Maybe it’s just me, but I’m into the details. Some of the doors are rough on the bottom. There are spots on the doors where paint is missing. The kitchen cabinet doors should have stoppers on them so that when you open them, they don’t bang against the wall.

I like the layout of the house but there are a lot of small details here and there. Like pencil marks were left in the kitchen walls. Wall plates were dirty with caulking. Small details that weren’t explained. The celebration and closing day to go over the house seem rushed. The representative was talking really fast and rushing through the check list. The sales representative was rhonda and she answer all my questions she showed me all the house models. And also all the houses that were available.

I recently purchased an apartment with Lennar and overall, the experience was positive. The process went smoothly, and I appreciate the professionalism of the team during the transaction. However, I do want to mention one concern. I referred a friend, Sherry, who also purchased a property through Lennar. Buying and financing was great. We have numerous problems since moving in. The biggest issue i have is the QA inspections. It was obvious that we were lied to by chris. Our dryer could not have ever been checked, because it was not connected to the breaker box correctly. We were told it passed 2 inspections. HOW. All of our issues have been corrected to date. This was our first new home purchased. I guess our expectations were too high. Lennar boasts all inclusive, yes. But all appliances are low end.

Buying experience and transparency with expectations are all solid. Quality of workmanship for the most part is good. My biggest complaint is the MDF used in the cabinets, baseboards and window sills and casing. A BIG no to any of that. I have been in my home for a little over a month and am incredibly careful to keep everything in first-class condition. I had some water from my walk-in shower leach out from under the door gap and saturated the carpet that abuts the bathroom tile. Our main concern is that we weren’t given the information we’d asked for. We didn’t know that there is Soltera South and North. We asked the salesperson about the HOA charges which are very high but she didn’t explain to us. We were looking for a home at Solitera but this lady didn’t give us full information about the location of Solitera amenities. We’re disappointed by this. We feel we’re scammed. There’s no Lenner in main soltera. We the south Soltera we’re paying HOA double for what isn’t benefiting us directly. I feel that we’re scammed by Lenner using Soltera name to sale their homes. ...

Make sure to run water in the house. I had a plugged up shower drain. Had some missed items that needed to be fixed. Otherwise we had a good move.

Lennar should allow some changes to be made before build is started. The kitchen sink design does not conform to allow basic accessories to be purchased, ie sink grates. Upgraded fridge is not a true upgrade
