Workmanship can be sloppy. Pay attention to the details. Confirm what you are told in the selling process. If the development isn't completed take a look at the plans. Lennar seems more concerned with maximizing the number of houses built in a development and not so much about the development of a "community". How do you advertise a "dog park" but have no thought to install dog waste stations? Lol. Hence you will have a dog waste issue on your property. The appliances included are good. The cabinets, flooring, countertops and fixtures were also good. Ceiling lighting is questionable. (Hanging pendent lights may not align with the counter.) Going from a custom build where I got to pick every last detail, to this type of a build where I get no choices was hard. We knew what model we wanted, we knew what development we wanted but after that we really didn’t get any choices. Colors, what lot, front patio or not and the timeline; there are zero choices. Also on paper the development looks great. But once you’re in you’ll find the garages are barely big enough for your car, let alone extra space for storage. A full size truck does not fit on the driveway without blocking the sidewalk, so everyone parks at least one car on the street. The street is now so full emergency vehicles can not get down the roads. Then they plant trees, right in front of stop signs. How the city approved this design is mind blowing to me. ... More

Overall satisfied. Could have done a little better job with the final cleaning inside the house. Have a few warranty issues that I’m sure will be taken care of. Everyone we dealt with so far has been very helpful and pleasant.

The buying process was easy we have had problems which should of never had like the dish washer wasn't even hooked up no hose for the actual water.. Also having A/C unit problems with leaking that went through the garage ceiling.. The people who come out are great I'm just hoping there not building these houses to fast and cutting back on quality..

Brooke sold me my new home and is absolutely amazing to work with. My complaint is with Lennar. I informed Lennar of an issue regarding the home pulling in to much electricity and they said everything was working great. I received a 331 dollar electric bill and I reached out to the customer service representative and was told he was waiting for a response from his bosses. I have not heard anything about Lennar assisting with this bill.

Concrete work is subpar, and the tolerance for Lennar's acceptance is unacceptable. Finance bounce is a game. The broker can't read the tax return and treats the customer like trash because of the bounce. Lennar should do something about it. I lost $10000, maybe the loan officer didn't like my accent.

I was satisfied with prompt assistance from Lydia Seidita, a sales resource. Everytime I asked questions about Lennar home purchase process, she stayed on top of the requests. I really appreciated it. However, for Lennar mortgage application, I was confused and puzzled due to lack of communication and clarity from Lennar mortgage manager. Overall, I liked a new home

It’s been about 2 months since we moved in our new Lennar smart home in North Phoenix. So far everything seems to work out as we expected. No major problems but the usual minor new build issues. I’ve heard many bad reviews about Lennar in other locations but we’re lucky not to experience just yet. As usual, customer care is slick and untrustworthy so just make sure you know how to deal with them. Best!

Lots of systems not functioning after move in: irrigation system dead, dead grass, electrical braker issue with appliance, paint peeling on front and back doors, no caulking around sinks, bathroom shower tile grout not sealed, drywall concerns.

I am so impressed by Chris and his work. He was attentive, personable, and all around great guy.

My experience has been fine no problems as of yet, but my neighbors have many many problems with no response to their issues. Also, I have not received my association information

Everything is fine until after we bought we had a number of issues and the concierge and any of our contacts with Lennar with completely unresponsive. We still are not getting mail, have no access to the gym, park, pool and have had some issues with the poor installation of a few parts in our home

Home Buying Experience Review Our home buying experience was a mix of positives and frustrations. On the positive side, the lenders were excellent—responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Customer service was also great, addressing our questions and concerns promptly. However, the workmanship and attention to detail in the home itself left much to be desired. We’ve noticed several quality issues that should have been caught before closing. From minor cosmetic flaws to more concerning construction oversights, it’s clear that quality control was not a priority. While we’re happy with the overall buying process, the lack of attention to detail in the home’s construction has been disappointing. Since Lennar is a production builder and gets their building materials all put together most of the walls are not plum. Craftsmanship of the trim pieces (mop board, quarter round, and door trims) are below average because they use a lot of silicon to hide the imperfections. A positive note is that the term "Everything included" is nice and is something that other builders don't include.

The purchase process was more difficult than expected. Had to make numerous requests because the electronic system was challenging. Identified numerous blue and green tape items and some were missed or not repaired. QA/QC Program is in need of revamping or people really need to administer it. Upon closing keys did not open my doors. Dishwasher was not installed correctly. They are working to address these things now.

Was so surprised how seamless the process was from searching to finding the right lender. A new build just outside the city in a quiet area that starting to be developed. Excited to host in my new space and see what comes of the surrounding areas.

The buying experience was easy. We got the floorplan we wanted at a great price. We found issues, but our customer rep handled everything and all were resolved. The biggest issue is the shoddy work by the electrical contractor. Boxes are poorly fitted in the walls, plugs wont fit in switches, and they stick out from the sheetrock at angles so the plates stick out from the walls. We have been trying to adjust them as we paint.

Better explanation of the process and communication with customer will help a lot. Most times we were not not sure what’s going.

The work I asked to have corrected on my house was not done. It was painted over and that was how they corrected it. Please don't schedule final inspection 2vhours before closing.

Price and service was excellent! My only issue is getting things fixed around the home.

The sales person I was assigned to work with was not good at all. He wouldn’t respond to any of my questions. He would communicate only when something was needed on the lennar side and he would pressure me when he needed something. His boss was equally unresponsive and unreliable so I didn’t really know who to turn to. We are not local and now after the purchase we need some support and its not clear who to go to for questions etc. While the property is very nice my experience with the hudson team has really not been great

We love the layout of the house and the location as we are close to family now. It is a 55+ community however the amenities have not been built yet. Lots of lighting. Bright. No security system or irrigation system. Interior finish was average. The employees were very helpful.

All the way through the building process everyone was great but after closing I began to realize that the materials used were at the lower end of what is excepted by building code. I am constantly having issues with my breakers and live alone and don't cook much. The response time is great to make arrangements to fix it, but the wait time is days, so I am unable to use my stove or microwave. This breaker refuses to stay on where others work when they want to. If I had children in the house I would be screaming by now. The joists upstairs squeak so now I have to move furniture myself prior to the contractor and carpet guy coming to repair that issue. Had it been constructed properly I would not have to move furniture myself at 80 years old. This house comes with solar but there was an issue getting it turned on and the builder did not want to get involved so I had to handle it myself. The builder had a contract with the Solar Company for all the houses in this development so had to make money on the deal so should have stepped up to help me resolve the problem. ... More
