HVAC has a bad smell even after cleaning the system. Lennar owes me 636.00 for vent cleaning and warranty department closed case and will not return my calls.

Not pleased at all. *****s were told before purchasing. After living in our "brand new townhome" our landscaping and walkway to our front door were all ripped out keaving gigantic holes.. that have not been fixed still months later. They pretend to new coming buyers but dont care about the ones that already purchased.. there are so many is*****s within the home.. i would stay clear from purchasing these homes

They make promises but never keep it, very hard to find them , no answer the phone, no answer the emails, very unproffesional. We got the key but the house was not ready. AC not working properly, one window broken, one hole in the tale, the door was not closing properly, the attic hatch is missing. We opened waranty claims but they are not coming to fix it, we are waiting weeks and then call back and waste our time for nothing. The landscape suppose to be done before closing date there are 2 months sine we are waiting and still nobody was coming. I have no words for this company it is so pathetic, they have no respects for the c*****nts. They are rushing to take the money and then they leave the c*****nts to fix the problems by themselves. Be aware of this company....when you have to choose and buy a house, please run as far as you can and find some other builders, otherwise you are going to regret ! ... More

no service no proper communications wrong emails wrong phone numbers etc

Overall a good to very good experience. Several sloppy but fixable construction issues throughout the house. I’d have pulled out my hair if not for the assistance of the Lennar liaison person. She’s helped me through a handful of issues. The remaining sloppiness will be resolved or replaced by myself. Wait times were long but understandably so.

My wife and I are in our mid to late 50’s and this Lennar home was my first “new” home that I have purchased. This experience was nothing at all what I had expected for a new construction home. My overall description of this purchase would be characterized as totally disappointing. For starts nothing was done in regards to what was convenient for us as the Customer. We were told when all appointments were scheduled and when we had to be at the home or at the closing. We had no say in the matter despite our own work schedules and what was convenient or what worked best for us. The quality of the home and lack of pride in craftsmanship were incredibly below the standard for what a new home should be. Cheap interior white paint throughout the home, fully loaded electrical panel with no room for expansion, poor job with the installation of the pavers for the driveway and sidewalk leading to the next gen unit and an A/C unit that makes a banging sound every time the unit turns on and off are just a few of the issues that we have had to deal with. Added to this is the three smoke alarms that needed to have batteries replaced during the middle of the night and the breakers that keep tripping when more than two power sources are being used at the same time. It was very evident that corners were cut at every opportunity all for saving money. You know things are bad when you have a pre home inspection by a third party and there ends up being over $9k of suggested repairs for a “new” home. Our experience was great! They were always there to answer questions, and address any is*****s which were very few. Always friendly and professional.

The home quality and workmanship is excellent. We also had the greatest sales woman ever, Ms. Marla, who was amazing with helping us out during our long process.

Easy process nice people!

The reason for this rating comes down to the first walk-through experience. Rather than using the full time allotted for the inspection, the inspector moved through the property in less than 30 minutes. That pace made it hard to feel confident that everything was actually checked thoroughly. Given how big a decision a home purchase is, rushing through the walk-through undermines the whole point of having an inspection done in the first place. That’s what’s driving the lower rating here.

The sales manager was very communicative and when did not have the info would go after and come back with it.

We were very happy with our home purchase. The Sales Team and ***** team and Walk Through team all did an excellent job. As for the quality of our home we are very happy. We have found only a few miner touch up items so far but they can be addressed at our 1 year reveiw. I feel the Team who built the house did a very nice job. Thanks again for a good experience.

Our home is nearby to almost everything, like the airport, stores and restaurants. We felt right at home as soon as we moved in. The Chloe design checked all of the boxes that we are looking for.

We spent a lot of time looking at different plans and lots and the Sales rep (*****) was fantastic and supportive. We finally decided on the home and very happy with our house. The quality of construction appears to be high and we have had almost no is*****s. Lennar's "Everything is included" means that there are no negotiating on finishes or appliances. But we knew this - so it was not a surprise. The walk throughs were very thorough and helpful. Having lived here for just one month, we will see how the quality holds up. The financing was difficult because we had to sell our previous house and it got complicated. But it all worked out eventually, and the interest rate is below market - and that helps. All in all, we are very happy here and hope to be here for a long, long time. ... More

Customer service

Builder responded to all of our is*****s. The senior loan officer we worked with was not the most pleasant person to work with. The Lennar concierge was fantastic.

Lots of sloppy workmanship

I think the homes are great, but the contractor needs to pay more attention to keeping the community clean. I constantly find trash on the streets. I understand the community is still under construction; however, that is not an excuse for leaving bottles, food containers, and other litter outside the trash cans. Keeping the area clean should be a priority throughout the construction process. The litter is already clogging storm drains and sewer inlets, creating an is***** that could easily be prevented with better housekeeping.

Poor communication between Lennar title and sales team. Communication left much to be desired. Title was unaware of sales actions and vice versa. Neither returned calls, texts, emails or portal messages in a timely manner. When finally able to connect, escrow provided details for incorrect property/owner. Sales made the same mistake in a different situation. It was weird and totally avoidable.

On going process try to get it fix.

Failed to fix is*****s before closing and still haven’t been fixed. One thing after another with this cookie cutting build. Electrical is*****s through out the house.

Very poor communication and poor quality work.

There are some is*****s with my brand new home pointed to Lennar before closing. The Lennar team did not solve it yet. Any movement since the closing date. My wife and myself are totally frustrated with Lennar’s customer service.
