Few issues that have still not been fixed. Disappointed, but overall a good product.

The overall experience was good as compared to the cost - you get what you pay for. Lennar needs to pay attention to detail and not expect the homeowner to bring issue forward. The lot we wanted wasn't released but after we chose another lot, the original became available. Closing date was moved up by 6 wks from original estimate, had to jump through hoops. If we moved in after closing date, the final details were left for the homeowner to issue work orders: trim missing, hot water tank malfunctioned, outside light broken, floors not properly cleaned from grit, paint spots on tile & grout, door stops missing, light switches for light cans not properly wired. I think buying new house isn't bad idea especially when you have to be the first to touch almost everything.

Customer service after closing and buying has been helpful. However I’d wish the closing to have been much smoother than it was.

building and construction is good but their mortgage lender side could use a lot of improvement.

Jury still out due to many problems arrived after move-in.

Good communication and trustworthy and nice

The home buying experience was very exhausting. Lennar was very helpful with the process, helping us get credit ready to purchase our home(which no one else were offering to help). The credit counseling helped us tremendously. As long as you follow what they tell you, you'll be able to obtain the home you want. The only negative thing I'd have to admit that made the process grueling is the extensive paperwork requirements.. The credit history checks where your creditors both passed and present have to be questioned on the way they were paid by you.. Also, feeling like we were never going to be able to complete all of the requirements to close the deal was rough. I think the verbiage that was used during the process was like we weren't fully approved to move forward to closing on our home. Even the day of closing, we were still not fully approved. That did take away from the home buying experience because we were on pins and needles waiting for the final approval. Our loan processors were helpful in calming us down during those moments of stress. We didn't feel the joy of being homeowners right away because the process was so frustrating. But at the end of the day, we became homeowners and we were glad the process was over. Iam thankful for the Lennar team that was there the whole time, whatever the situation was to help us through it. So far am happy with & enjoy my home. The neighborhood is nice & beautiful. I Haven’t lived here long. I bought a townhome. I can hear my neighbors & next door through the walls more than I was told I would be able to from Lennars representatives. There’s a couple things I need to turn in for repair so will soon find out how responsive Lennar is with that. I think Lennar’s process for getting a mortgage could use improvement. Lots of errors & when they were pointed out, I was told they’d be fixed later, but they weren’t & I had to keep reminding or they wouldn’t have been done. Things weren’t explained well regarding the loan. I’m thankful for the very kind lady at the title company who recognized my frustration & explained things to me.Things also weren’t always done as was said by the finance/mortgage guy. It created a lot of stress. When they would want something, there was a lot of hurry up & wait. Once the underwriters had the loan they started asking for much of the same stuff I’d already provided & had a few odd questions I’ve not had anyone ask in this type of process before. Lennar sold my loan within a couple weeks of getting it. The new company has not been responsive with giving their contact info. Several days after the 1st payment was due, they finally sent an email out. I don’t like to send checks in the mail anymore due to theft, but had no choice this time to attempt to make my mortgage payment on time. I’m keeping my fingers crossed the new mortgage place receives it. I’m a very busy person & responsible how I handle my business. That is how I’m comfortable & get everything taken care of. It’s a new house a lot of little things need repair we’ll see how they respond to them

Lennar has cut out items that I have never seen before. Otherwise, it's a nice home for a reasonable price. Their service addressing issues after move in has been ver good.

Please make adjustments if the buyers want to make minor adjustments before the build.

Had a good experience with lennar and finance team

Kelvey was amazing to work with. Her made the buying process pleasant. After dealing with her the process went down. Ashlyn seemed like it was a bother to ask her a question. Real frustrating nail pops. Lennar will not cover nail pops due to settlement. The day we moved in we found several nail pops. Noah and his group fixed them but made us feel guilty for asking.

We are mostly happy with our new home. We have been disappointed in some of the low quality of the final workmanship of the home. Doors that have huge gaps on the sides or rub against the frame. Poor job of caulking. Stains on the countertops. Baseboards that are not tight. Walls that are not square. All things that we were not able to notice at the time of the final walkthrough. Things that as you live in a home, you find over a period of time. Generally speaking though, we are overall pleased with what we got.

Builder need to provide new buyers with accurate and updated contact information with a full guide on how to obtain utilities services

My construction manager Matty, did a good job with our walk through and touching up / repairing anything. Replaced my grass after an army worm infestation, the only criticism I have is that some the remains sod after replacing the dead patches; there were still some sod patches that had partially dead grass.

Terrible Lennar financing experience, but love my new neighborhood and still have many issues with the house that has not been addressed.

I have had some issues that really bothered me and Im generally pretty easily please. Overall it was a ok experience but there is a lot of room for improvement when it comes to communication in the closing process.

Too many items were down graded from homes previously built.

Were very attentive to our needs and answered our questions.

After a selection process between builders, designs and amenities presented, we made the decision to make the purchase with Lennar. The process itself of being able to make the purchase was easy and in a short time, being the purchase in cash where there are some additional advantages. In the walk through day assigned there is the possibility of verifying that the unit is in optimal conditions to be able to sign the documents in a few subsequent weeks, giving Lennar time to correct any damage or repairs that may occur. Once these first processes were completed, the signing of the documents was very fast and easy to do with the help of technology without being present, the purchase was made within the scheduled dates. Handing over the keys as the owner of the unit and with the excitement of seeing it personally is unique "thank you Lennar." Once the property is delivered, the processes of registration of the appliances, internet connectivity, and customer service assistance are due to technology, facilitating and at the same time fulfilling the guarantees in the name of the owner these is easy even if you are an international owner not living in the unit. I have even tried the application for warranty service, it is limiting in the scope of being able to communicate with the Owner through other applications with WhatsApp, messaging if you do not have a telephone line in the USA, which delays the service process and that Communication being faster and more effective. A month or more after having the property, I still have minor problems that I hope will be resolved as they should be within the warranty. I know I have the support of Lennar and his entire team. ...
