Process for punch out list after moving is not efficient. Lennar lending not good

Terrible experience. Total junk! Don’t waste your time! False promises just too sell a house!

We were very fortunate to find the home that we did. We lived in California, but wanted to be closer and able to help with our daughter's second baby in Colorado. We found this house online and our daughter FaceTimed us as she took a tour of the house. We both wanted it right away, so we went through the process of buying the house. Lennar made it so easy for us and showed us the steps of building the house along the way, so we felt involved and could really see what we were getting. In just over two months, we were ready to move into a newly built home! We drove to Colorado and were very happy and impressed when we finally saw the house and the neighborhood where we were going to live. We closed a week after we saw it for the first time. Everyone we've talked with and met has been extremely helpful...and the quality of the house has been very high. Disappointed because I remember them saying I was gonna get a irrigation system and I didn't get it. And my grass is dead now having to look for someone to put one in thats gonna cost me more money

Going through Lennar for the mortgage got a better rate, but their people have no common sense. Totally aggravating. Closing was ok. Terrible follow up on punch list items. No call backs. Been in for over a month and they have disappeared, but still building across the street. I would not buy from them again.

I had a bad experience with overall delays and last minute changes.

The paperwork side of the home buying process was very smooth and convenient. For the price of the house, the quality of materials is lacking. It would have been very helpful to have an irrigation system, security system, and better quality flooring/hardware/lighting for the price.

It was a mixed experience as the selling agent wouldn’t let us have our realtor on board, she gave us a hard time, other than that every thing else was good.

Jennifer, our sales associate was great, from there we had a subpar experience--Overall I feel grateful and blessed as we are dealing with 1st world problems now, but......

everything included in the home. It is absolutely move in ready. Loved that there is standard design and no selection (which is mostly a way for builder to earn more money) process. all the employees are helpful and knowledgeable

Closing took a couple of months longer than ever tef mostly due to issues out of Lennar’s control. The workmanship of the trades was excellent. The finish work was just ok. The sod died as the rear irrigation did not work for a month, and that is really the only warranty issue that I’m still waiting on. ( Irrigation fixed but the controller uses a work around not 100% correct). Overall I am very happy. It’s a great value for the money in this area. The crews were clean and polite. It’s my 4th new home and had other builders and I’d go with Lennar again hands down.

I love the new home we recently purchased through Lennar. The value is great and was a dream come true being able to move in. I enjoyed working with Lennar, their lenders, and quality assurance team. They took care of us all the way through the process.

Our home buying experience has been pretty good. The Lennar representative has walked us though the plans and set the expectations about the build quality and the construction timeline. The moment we signed the contract they started right away working on the project and keep us in loop with construction manager and kept us posted about the progress biweekly. We were living in a different state far away from our building however they were really supportive and kept posting the pictures of our house. The construction has finished on time without any delays and the inspections were right on time. So far we did not had any issues living in the house. Better customer service from Lennar mortgage

The sales person in the sale office responds to my emails and text messages in very short time evrey time when I have questions or concerns.

Entire process was quick and easy. All our questions were answered in a timely manner. House was ready when promised. Beautiful home love everything about it.

We have countless issues since moving in, ranging from a gas leak to terribly installed carpet. It’s honestly been exhausting. Staff is rude and unprofessional.
