Size and spaciousness are unrivaled. Quality of everything in the home is the cheapest it can possibly be. Buyer beware, there is NO STORAGE built into the home beyond bedroom closets and an average size coat closet. There is not one linen closet anywhere in the home. So, there is nowhere to put extra towels, bedding, etc. Home is not data ready. Homes are not wired correctly for data and using substandard data cable, nor are the cables to a centralized location in the home.

You get what you pay for with Lennar. The style of my house is nice and suits my taste, but the quality of the build and the customer service leave room for improvement. Overall, it's okay, but I expected better attention to detail and support.

Good communication and trustworthy and nice

The home buying experience was very exhausting. Lennar was very helpful with the process, helping us get credit ready to purchase our home(which no one else were offering to help). The credit counseling helped us tremendously. As long as you follow what they tell you, you'll be able to obtain the home you want. The only negative thing I'd have to admit that made the process grueling is the extensive paperwork requirements.. The credit history checks where your creditors both passed and present have to be questioned on the way they were paid by you.. Also, feeling like we were never going to be able to complete all of the requirements to close the deal was rough. I think the verbiage that was used during the process was like we weren't fully approved to move forward to closing on our home. Even the day of closing, we were still not fully approved. That did take away from the home buying experience because we were on pins and needles waiting for the final approval. Our loan processors were helpful in calming us down during those moments of stress. We didn't feel the joy of being homeowners right away because the process was so frustrating. But at the end of the day, we became homeowners and we were glad the process was over. Iam thankful for the Lennar team that was there the whole time, whatever the situation was to help us through it. So far am happy with & enjoy my home. The neighborhood is nice & beautiful. I Haven’t lived here long. I bought a townhome. I can hear my neighbors & next door through the walls more than I was told I would be able to from Lennars representatives. There’s a couple things I need to turn in for repair so will soon find out how responsive Lennar is with that. I think Lennar’s process for getting a mortgage could use improvement. Lots of errors & when they were pointed out, I was told they’d be fixed later, but they weren’t & I had to keep reminding or they wouldn’t have been done. Things weren’t explained well regarding the loan. I’m thankful for the very kind lady at the title company who recognized my frustration & explained things to me.Things also weren’t always done as was said by the finance/mortgage guy. It created a lot of stress. When they would want something, there was a lot of hurry up & wait. Once the underwriters had the loan they started asking for much of the same stuff I’d already provided & had a few odd questions I’ve not had anyone ask in this type of process before. Lennar sold my loan within a couple weeks of getting it. The new company has not been responsive with giving their contact info. Several days after the 1st payment was due, they finally sent an email out. I don’t like to send checks in the mail anymore due to theft, but had no choice this time to attempt to make my mortgage payment on time. I’m keeping my fingers crossed the new mortgage place receives it. I’m a very busy person & responsible how I handle my business. That is how I’m comfortable & get everything taken care of. Buying a house through Lennar was a good experience. The process was fast and easy. I would totally recommend this company

Tom the salesman is a 5 star! He was responsive and very informative Easy to work with and followed up. David in the mortgage process is also a 5 star. Great to work with and made the process smooth and easy. Eric in Warranty is a 5 star plus. Did excellent follow through and kept us informed. Was very responsive. Won’t list his name but construction manager is a 1. If it was only him I dealt with I wouldn’t buy the house. No follow through, failed to deliver promises and non responsive. Have not lived here long enough to critique response to builder issues

It’s a new house a lot of little things need repair we’ll see how they respond to them

We had a virtual closing which went fine and final walk through had to be done by a friend that lives in Florida as we closed between the two hurricanes and couldn’t get there. I was very disappointed with the amount of paint splattered on floors and caulking smeared on bathroom floors. It wasn’t as clean as the Lennar house I purchased in 2016. The garage floor should have been poured past the outside of garage door, instead the interlocking was brought into the garage where the ants are nesting in the sand and also left large gapping holes on either side of garage door. The townhome's structure is nice & the layout ok...but, the things you don't give enough thought to make this a regrettable purchase. Stingy on closet size & garage space; "tier 1" appliances included with no negotiation as well as "tier 1" finishes (carpeting, mirrors, bathroom accessories, no switch driven outlets, closet setups) - when you spend well in excess of $500K I would have expected better. A lot of poor workmanship throughout which I have paid to fix...not to mention replacing all of the lower tier items included which have been upgraded (at great expense).

Lennar has cut out items that I have never seen before. Otherwise, it's a nice home for a reasonable price. Their service addressing issues after move in has been ver good.

Please make adjustments if the buyers want to make minor adjustments before the build.

Had a good experience with lennar and finance team

Kelvey was amazing to work with. Her made the buying process pleasant. After dealing with her the process went down. Ashlyn seemed like it was a bother to ask her a question. Real frustrating nail pops. Lennar will not cover nail pops due to settlement. The day we moved in we found several nail pops. Noah and his group fixed them but made us feel guilty for asking.

Life circumstances required a home purchase in a short time frame. I did not see or experience the building phase, it was finished the first time I saw it. Final walk-through revealed multiple issues if varying severity, but none critical (mostly fit/finish, but not all). Walk-thru to close was 1 week, not all fixes made, was told to submit warranty requests for unaddressed items. Frustration: repairs that have been made were made to the lowest possible quality to still qualify as 'repaired' instead of genuinely done well. Bright side: warranty coordinator and individual staff from vendors, etc who I've met have all been professional and helpful. ... More

Generally good. There was a lot of attention leading up to the purchase but after that not so much. The workmanship and attention to detail is ok. The team could do better with quality control. Lots of little details missed. For instance there are pencil marks on nearly every corner and on the floor where trim work meets. A drawer front in the kitchen was damaged and JD said he would replace it- that has been nearly 2 months ago, shower glass has flaws that should have been pickup by the build team and replaced. Again I feel it has been all about getting the house closed.

Buying with Lennar was fairly easy with the help of my realtor and new home consultant John, there's a couple term/fees that will be missed if you do not read contract word for word in its entirety. I would also suggest for future buyers especially first time homebuyers to be firm and not intimidated during your initial walk through because otherwise the agents will make you feel guilty for pointing out every deficiency whether small or big and simply try to brush issues off, also Id recommend Lennar hire better paint professionals that have attention to detail and not just paint the interior of these home as a rush job because it definitely shows, despite those negatives any issue that arose Emily D was very kind and understanding & attentive in making sure and following up on all items. Builder grade, entry level finishes and materials. Garage is left unfinished. The unfinished basement is a plus.

Still new at the property. Discovered some minor issues. Tried to use the online portal to report them but, it doesn’t really work. The electrical issues reported to the contractor but still not fixed. It took them about 3 weeks to fix the broken fence.

We are mostly happy with our new home. We have been disappointed in some of the low quality of the final workmanship of the home. Doors that have huge gaps on the sides or rub against the frame. Poor job of caulking. Stains on the countertops. Baseboards that are not tight. Walls that are not square. All things that we were not able to notice at the time of the final walkthrough. Things that as you live in a home, you find over a period of time. Generally speaking though, we are overall pleased with what we got.

Buying the home was the easiest process. Everyone was so attentive and kind. Trying to get ahold of anyone now to go over things or answer questions is impossible.

Builder need to provide new buyers with accurate and updated contact information with a full guide on how to obtain utilities services

My construction manager Matty, did a good job with our walk through and touching up / repairing anything. Replaced my grass after an army worm infestation, the only criticism I have is that some the remains sod after replacing the dead patches; there were still some sod patches that had partially dead grass.
