We love our neighborhood and those that live near us. It's quiet and quite lovely.

It's been a great experience for us, from the customer service. from the front office to the Mortgage team everyone was great. Jackie at the front office was amazing and Renee and Lori from the Loan prep team. We love the area and the surroundings.

Community in prime location. But, sales experience is not that much good. And the construction is as minimal. As it concerns on quality.

Not happy with all the investors that bought here and turned them into rentals. Did not buy a place to live in a rental community, would have bought somewhere else.

Have problems dealing with a computer. Would prefer talking to someone. Am old person not fluent in computers!!!

I bought the condo here in Zephyrhills and we were exciting about the house given the price we paid. After moving in there were little issues, such as GFCI outlets didn't work, leaking from the kitchen faucet. Lennar was very responsive and made sure everything was fixed as quickly as possible. I know new homes aren't perfect especially in the beginning, and gradually things are fixed so so far we are pretty happy being here.

I was afraid and still because all bad comments about Lennar, to be honest the home is fine and they let me know what is cover for Warranties and what no, I found nice People in all process, the findings and few claims were attenden very fast, I dont have mayor issues with my home and I receive all the said, the only think is that the neightboard still in construction and Looks like Lennar is not give us all ammenities or parks they promise, it chanched with the time, in general my experience was and still fine, Im in my first year with warranty and I dont have claims opened. pay your inspecction it helps a lot.... ... What can I say my second purchase from Lennar really enjoy my home and the parks,neighborhood that why I bought in the area again

So my home did not come with a garage door opener, so I had one professionally installed so now I am told since 'Lennar' did not install it my garage door is no longer under warranty. FYI, before I moved in it has a 'catch' about halfway up they said they fixed, but they did not...and now well my door is no longer under warranty so I guess it is my problem now

The buying process was very quick.

Lennar has beautiful homes and a state of the earth workmanship. New homes are equipped with energy efficient appliances and home finishing is a plus. Realtors and other teams are great. The team need to work more on closing day preparation and preparation homebuyers on penalties in advance. Otherwise Lennar homes are the best to invest and live in.

Love my new home! Absolutely adore it. I have not had the greatest experience with the salesman after I had signed the day of and put my deposit down. The QA guys were great. But they did say that my house would be cleaned before i moved in and sadly it was dirtier than it was the last time i saw it before it was officially mine. Found footprints and fast food napkins in a bedroom. The attic was left open with the light on. I have tried contacting my salesman (since he is the closest) about a few things and received nothing in return. One warranty guy was helpful on the AC problem I had (my home sat on the market for a bit and so throughout inspections and such the Freon went low, i get it, no biggie) but i had a problem with the dishwasher leaking and he said nope we can’t help with that that’s a GE problem, but come to find out it was due to the way it was setting in the spot and it was a simple fix. Other than that, it is a beautiful home and very energy efficient. I’m very happy with my purchase. To note: the financial side was little better but a few people did not answer back as quickly as they expected me to. I had to follow up a few times before i got an answer. Plus closing was incredibly easy, but when i had questions about closing i had to ask family because i didn’t get answers from the company on either side, sales or financial. ... More

Nice house with great materials, however we missed in the living room one eletric spot instead of a sprinkle.

Did a poor job at landscaping, sod was not put down properly and was dead in quite a few places.

Love the condo. Lennar should notify buyers they took away the crown molding, the shower bars, less ceiling lights. Communication on cut backs should be communicated.

Lennar does some things very well. Others...not so much. The attention to detail in our house was poor. Incomplete items (no power ot the ignitor in the outdoor kitchen), missing downspout, Bathroom light badly off center, missing screw on switch nameplate. Not huge things, but a lot of them. This is just a sampling. We also came from a custom home builder in Pennsylvania who builds a VERY high quality house. They only build about 6 houses a year. Their attention to detail was outstanding. Having said that....we got A LOT of house for the price. We love the neighborhood ambience. The landscaping. The layout. The lakes. Home buying process at Lennar is worthy I did not expect that we will have our first home at Lennar Quartz Ranch Meadow walk Menifee. Lennar team made our dream house became possible. Especially the guidance and assistance that we received from Gail (Lennar agent) and Shawn (lender), They are very2 nice person and helpful from their heart. I give my 100 % trust to them and 100 % willing to refer to my friends and relatives in case they are interested in buying home at Lennar.

Everyone we dealt with up to the closing were outstanding.

Overall the house seems to be good, one might say it has good bones (only time will tell though). I am still confused by the corners that were cut though a few examples include: not using drywall screws to anchor thermostat or doorbell chime, not using wood filler for nail holes in trim, installing bathroom fans crooked, corners not even close to square, etc. Cosmetic things can be fixed for the most part but it still makes you wonder “if they cut corners on that, what else did they cut corners on?” But so far nothing major has come up and keeping my fingers crossed it stays that way.

Other than the experience with lending my overall experience was good.

The process of purchasing the home with Lennar was great, it was quick and easy especially since it’s a brand new home. Once moved in, everything also ran smoothly ( only ran into two problems, AC and toilet) so far. The team were very responsive to the issues and fixed it right away. The quality of workmanship however was hoping a better quality ( not too bad but wish it’s better, expecting more). Be aware of the walk through and issue. Make sure to resolved before closing ( I missed a few things that didn’t realized till it all done. Overall, I still think Lennar is a good home builder. ... More

Homes were put up too quickly with many imperfections. They can do a better job at quality control.

I love the home and overall community. There are sone items from the builder stand point that I think should be handled differently. First, I have noticed multiple homes being sold to corporate rental companies at much lower prices which affects my homes price. Secondly, I have found the landscaping to be very cheap and not planted all that well. Since moving in I have had multiple dead shrubs and my grass is dying while other lots are flourishing. The grass is flourishing without water. I water my trees, bushes and grass twice a day but still dying.

I love my lennar home! There is some issues moving in due to the communication and wasn't even informed about the next step of moving to the new property which is quite disappointing but overall it's a great place to live!
