Kevin C is with any doubt the best contact that Lennar could have!

The overall process was very professional and the crew from Lennar aimed to please. Every issue that they could solve they did as quickly as they could. I would consider buying again and would also refer friends and family.

The workmanship is on the sloppy side, for lack of a better word. I’m having to submit customer service request for too many issues that should’ve been taken care of before moving in.

We love our new home and our new community. We've overall had a good experience with Lennar because they have been responsive to all issues and honored their warranty to the maximum. I would even say they've gone above and beyond to fix issues that have cropped up. Things happen and I realize that. My only complaint is the quality of materials used when building the home and the rushed "botched" jobs that occur as a result of poor materials and a fast paced building environment. Measure twice, cut once doesn't always apply with Lennar. We had issues with our stairs and our floors for the most part. All issues are being addressed promptly and the end result has been satisfactory thus far. However, if Lennar just slowed down and upgraded the materials used to the next level of quality then all of these service appointments could have been avoided. It's more work for the homeowner and for the builder. It reminds me of the old saying, "work smarter, not harder". Nice size house and design for the price, but the craftsmanship can be a whole lot better.

I was very satisfied with Lennar

We love our home but there are some issues with keeping the ponds maintained (grass around edges next to water and no fish for but control) There is also a vacant lot at the end of Passion flower that is overgrown and unsightly. I also don't like the fact that we are having to pay $5.3 million for the pool and clubhouse that was promised as our amenities when we bought our house.

Still have dead plants around the house and have not heard from the electrician regarding moving the switches

THE PURCHASING EXPERIENCE AND THE PEOPLE PRE-SALE WERE WONDERFUL. EVERYONE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND REACTED VERY QUICKLY TO ANY ISSUES. HOWEVER, AFTER THE SALE SUPPORT IN SOME CASES IS LACKING. THEY NEED TO FINISH THE HOMES TO COMPLETION BEFORE MOVING ON TO NEW UN-SOLD HOMES IN THE DEVELOPMENT. MOST OF THE CURRENT HOME OWNERS IN OUR DEVELOPMENT FEEL THE SAME WAY. THERE IS SUCH AN EMPHASIS ON BUILDING NEW SOLD & UNSOLD HOMES THAT FINISHING EXISTING NEW OCCUPIED HOMES IS PUT ON THE BACK BURNER. SUGGESTION......FINISH WHAT YOU STARTED BEFORE MOVING ON TO THE NEW PROJECTS.

I do love our new home, but I must say they dropped the ball on the finish work. Scratches on wood floors, nails protruding from walls, paint on carpet, dent in tub etc. It looks like it was rushed to complete and I don’t really think the finish workers cared that it was someone’s home. The neighborhood is great and the house is solid, but a bit more concern with the finished product would be good.

Positive: The follow-up of the construction manager and assistance from customer service Negative: Sales; unresponsiveness and unnecessary stress including incorrect documentation, sales price, closing experience. Took up to 5 months waiting to receive my home and even then it was at the last moment to go to closing because of missing CO. A lot of unnecessary costs could had been avoided but the stressed caused by the sales agent will NEVER be forgotten. Good construction company but expected a better experience such as K HOV.

Sales team (James) was very supportive and helpful, even months after the sale. Resolution of punch list items was handled slowly but very professionally and thoroughly by Lennar staff (Danna).

For the price of the home it matches the quality.

I was in the process of looking into my first house for last 3 years, and finally Lennar had the one that was my first Home.

Mostly a positive experience but disappointed in craftsmanship in some areas.

Buyers should be involved in the entire building process, making sure what they are getting suits their needs.

Decent builder with great customer service. The Sales person, Robbie is superb. Issues with workmanship and commissioning. AC was not hooked up. Discovered it when it got warmer. Should never have accepted the unit from the sub.

I am impressed with the workmanship, my primary home is from Lennar but my second home is way better than my primary home from Lennar.

Have home Inspector go over your home first.

No clearcut person to deal with during the buying experience.

I had called for a few issues. Received response from Lennar and Im satisfied. I still have a thing or two but Im ok.

The entire staff was wonderful. The only thing that I had a problem with was the Mortgage company. I was ask to present multiple documents multiple times by different agents.

The quality of homes are great but of course there is always some details that need to take care and the person in charge is not good like the person we have before (Jose)
