Lennar houses are worth of the money. However, their system of dealing with customers is horrible. No central / nodal person. Nobody owns the responsibility of dealing with customer. You will be runnig from pillar to post in resolving the issues without proper direction. In nutshell it is a nightmare in dealing with Lennar. But their prices are reasonable.

I was shopping around other homes such as KB houses and Wilson houses but due to the unavailability of homes I had to look at Lennar homes. My experience was good but not great during process to close escrow as the staffs weren’t quick to response to my questions and needs, I usually have to do 2-3 response to get an answer back. After moving into the home, things started to break such as drywall, hidden cracks, hidden poor construction, a lot of nails from roof and backyard. Overall Lennar homes was not my first choice, I had limited time to find a home so I had no choice as landlord was selling the home I was renting. My landlord home is also a Lennar home and they sold their home due to issues that I’m starting to experience. I love my home and it’s a good home but it’s not the greatest. ... More

The experience during the building phase right up to closing was excellent. The staff was responsive and proactive. But the open issues at the time of closing are unresolved (mostly cabinetry) - two months have gone by without anyone bothering to rectify them.

Other than no response to that, we have had a great experience. Don't tell us that will be handled in w weeks and we are still waiting 2 months later.

Home has a lot of small imperfections that are being taken care of but the one issue I have is a dead palm tree. This issue was mentioned at all 3 walk thrus with the construction manager. When Lennar was questioned about replacement, they said there was nothing about the tree and that the construction manager did not recall any of our conversations regarding the fact that the tree was dead.

Tom in the office was great. Sharmin in customer care was excellent. John and Travis, both construction managers, could use some training on repairs and communication with homeowners.

The closing process was harder than it needs to be

Shower tub can be better. It’s plastic all over driveway. They can put some scorn light. I am also the living room and bedroom. They can put some ceiling fan. And last in the kitchen, they can put some backsplash thank you.

Customer service personnel were courteous. No towel rack or toilet paper holder ln bathrooms. No trees in backyard. These should be standard. Homes should have a back patio. Not worth the money. Very disappointed with Lennar. Lots of trouble calls to fix issues in the first month.

Salesman was great but workmanship of homes are a mess, no quality control . Worst builder i have dealt with. I have purchased Lennar and other builders but this process was horrible

Ryan was kind and responsive. We had one minor hiccup where I felt like my closing was unnecessarily pushed but I don’t totally blame him. Mischle in finance was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was very short with me and not helpful whatsoever. We’ve also had a few not great experiences with the warranty department. Some items that were promised were then not followed through with the warranty department. They seem quick to shut down all issues brought to their attention. kept all email records and can provide upon request. On a positive note, Sydney I absolutely loved. She was the sweetest, most friendly and helpful. I also had the best experience with our project manager Luke and walk through rep. They made the experience completely worth it. ... More

Received several update videos along the way. Responses were timely to my questions. House completed by date we were told. Good experience

In the beginning with the walk through things was great. Afterwards a different story. Disappointed with the overall general contractors making sure that the workers did a thorough and complete job on things that needed cleaning up. Will have to do the job myself on touch ups that looked not so clean. Cleaning crew did a halfway job on a very nice new build home look it's best. Had an issue with new stove provided by Lennar and called the customer care personnel never got a follow-up call to see if my issue was resolved. On a positive note. The sales consultant and the financial personnels was fabulous. They made the process simple and stress free. The rest need to take pointers from this part of the team. There are no towel racks or linen closets; don’t understand considering the price we paid. Air conditioning doesn’t seem to work properly; there is no garage door to the back yard and no Windows in the garage doors making the garage space dark. Don’t like being required to have the solar system and it is under powered. The front doors are cheap and the inside paint is cheap. We love our Lennar sales person Daniela Bell though!

Their workmanship is far below industrial average. When you live in the house, you encounter more and more issues which you did not see during initial inspection. Highlighted below are few of them. 1. All the kitchen/bathroom pantry, cupboards and doors are poorly built in and easy to break. 2. Bathroom sliding doors are installed in wrong way 3. All the sinks do not have enough space to hold soap holder and some of them are not big enough to wash hands 4. Toilet paper holder are so small that Toilet paper roll can not fit there 5. Scratched bathtub 6. Upstairs bathrooms have almost no hot water coming from showers 7. Shower with slow pressure. 8. Cracked fence and door frames Above are few. Overall extremely smooth process. The build quality and materials arent near as good as older generation homes you can tell they cut corners to pump them out. They do deserve credit as the home team does repair what is messed up so praise to them and credit where due.

Overall Lennar was good, but they have removed a lot of items I would consider move in ready. No window treatments, no AC, no garage door openers, no fence, no Ring doorbell. Many of these items were offered in the early stages of building out this neighborhood.

Quality of the products is below the asked price. For example: poor quality flooring tiles, cabinets quality are terrible. Some terminations are very sloppy. Definitely needs better quality productos and attention to details.

I am very satisfied with the builder's responsiveness, attention, and service. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the quality of the house. I am currently experiencing electrical problems with my panel, which has been quite concerning.

Got few issues which should have been take care of on priority but it didn’t happen.

When buying, it would be nice if things were smoother. It was high stress on closing date as most things were not ready. The HOA is finally working so I got my fence that I wanted. Top half of the house is made of ply wood, so it is very loud with kids running around upstairs. Area manager does a great job, and responds in a timely manner (so far)
