The sales lady went above and beyond to ensure our contract went through.Very patient helpful and was with us every step of the way

Lennar homes are good quality for the price. However the lack of ability to customize or address problems with a floor plan or design is frustrating. When we found issues with the construction or finishings, Lennar did address them which we appreciated. We are happy with our home and glad Lennar is a builder that makes the American Dream possible but it won’t be a perfect process.

Overall a good experience, sometimes a little difficult to get information in a timely fashion. We bought a Villa so there wasn’t any choices, but I thought the package had good options picked for us. Interior paint could be a little thicker/durable ....

Good company and staff. Awful closing process.

The buying experience went well. Our Lennar consultant was super helpful and upfront and honest. Probably a big reason why we purchased. The house looks great but I would say you see that a lot of "minimum builder grade" materials/equipment is used. We have found things that have need repairing after only a few months, but Lennar's customer care is very responsive and quick on getting them fixed. All in all... I would say we are satisfied, with the expectation we will have to look to improving things ourselves down the road.

Finance department and site manager really made my experience great.

We love our new home and Fendol Farms. Once we were thought the closing process things were much easier. Seems like the coordination between Lennar and the land developers needs some work. The few issues we had with the home were handled quickly and without questions.

They work efficiently and expeditiously

Overall, we like most everything. The quality of the materials used though should be higher for the price paid on the home.

My backyard fence was only 5 foot high the entire neighborhood on my side having foot the bill to bring it up to 6 foot

One of our windows's glass is broken after 3 month purchase,the security system in the community can not figure out what happened.A little bit disappointed about what happened to our new home purchase.

I really do enjoy my home, but I have issue with the completed work. There were a bunch of small things that seemed rushed when we moved in. The walls seem thin and let in a good amount of noise. Overall though, I am very pleased with my home.

The sales team and customer service after the sale were very attentive to our needs as home buyers.

It seems to take a lot longer than expected to get problems resolved. Every step takes another two weeks. so we are still fixing problems

While I don't love all of the things about Lennar, I will say their response time to issues is amazing. I don't like the fact that after your final walk through, they will address no cosmetic issues. Some things simply aren't seen until you move in. I had an outstanding salesperson and the customer care person is equally terrific. They should fire their painters.

First - I love my house. The design and size is perfect for me. There are many things that done well, especially the insulation. It might be warm outside, but not inside the house even without the air conditioning. The customer service rep has been great and has tried to quickly have my issues resolved. However, several of the issues reported should never have made it pass the final inspection before settlement. While I was disappointed that some things are seen as 'within the standards', I know that Lennar's standards are higher than other builders that I have dealt with in the past. IT STARTED OUT AS AN EXCITING EXPERIENCE TO LOOK FORWARD TOO. LENNAR HAD A GOOD REPUTATION BACK IN THE DAY.BOUGHT VILLA ON LAKE WITH A LARGER LOT FOR THE PURPOSE TO PUT UP SMALL FENCE FOR MY TINY ELDERLY DOG. TURNS OUT HOA WOULD NOT ALLOW ANY PLANS FENCE COMPANY SUBMITTED BECAUSE OF HOA SET BACKS (NOT CITY), THEN UNDERGROUND UTILITIES WERE USED UNDER THAT EXTRA 3 FEET OF PROPERTY I BOUGHT INSTEAD OF SOMEWHERE ELSE MAKING THE SIDE YARD NOT USEABLE. I DID CHECK WITH CITY BEFORE I PURCHASED AND THEY LOOKED UP PROPERTY AND TOLD ME I HAD ENOUGH ROOM TO MEET REQUIREMENTS…THAT A SMALL LAKE IS NO REASON TO PUT A BIG SET BACK BY HOA ON A VILLA BUT THEY HAD NO CONTROL OF THEIR REASONING. BOTTOM LINE IS SPENT THE EXTRA MONEY FOR NOTHING. SECONDLY SO MUCH TURNOVER AND CONFUSION ON WHO IS FIXING WHAT UNTIL. SOME TRADESMAN YOU SEND ARE GOOD AND OTHERS TERRIBLE. MY KITCHEN CABINET STILL HAS NOT BEEN FIXED PROPERLY GOING ON 3 MONTHS. ONE TRADES MAN HAD THE RIGHT IDEA BUT DID A LESS THAN PAR JOB. NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THE ENTIRE CABINET HAS TO BE REPLACED (WHICH I WAS TOLD MONTHS AGO) WHICH REQUIRED BACKLOG OF ORDERING AND THEY CAN’T ORDER TOP PIECE AT SAME TIME BECAUSE OF THE “UNKNOWN” IF NEEDED. SURELY YOU HAVE AN EXCELLENT CABINET CARPENTER THAT CAN MAKE THIS RIGHT! WHEN I CALL NOBODY KNOWS. I AM WILLING TO PAY FOR IT MYSELF SO I CAN MOVE ON WITH MY LIFE OF HAVING PEOPLE COME IN HERE TRYING DIFFERENT THINGS OUT THAT DON’T WORK. THANKS TO BRENT WHO WAS THE FIRST CS PERSON THAT ACTUALLY SEEMED LIKE HE CARED AND NOW HE IS GONE. YOU HAVE RUN OUT OF PAINT TOO. . NOW WHAT? I NEED ACTION ON THESE CABINETS…I HAVE WAITED TOO LONG. THIS WAS SPOTTED AT WALKTHRU AND TOLD EASY FIX BY WHOMEVER THAT SUPERVISOR WAS AT THE TIME. ... More

Jason/Andrew - professional, respond to calls immediately, and look out for residents. They go above and beyond to help with questions on issues on my house!

I love the neighborhood and the customer service and customer care have been remarkable and noteworthy. The sales staff was welcoming, helpful and always available for questions and concerns. The design center staff was friendly, helpful and I felt no pressure. I love the "Everything is Included" feature and the included appliances are of good quality. The sales price was competitive, if not better than other builders. However, the workmanship and materials are lacking. I have had more issues in regards to workmanship and materials than with any other builder and the repair process is frustrating and time consuming. However, the customer care staff has been amazing and always going above and beyond. Overall I am very happy with my new home, it is beautiful, comfortable and in a lovely neighborhood.
