Ok. Didnt have a great experience with conceirge

I am an investor and remote. I was impressed with ads of remote buying experience but my tenants keep finding issues with the house. Now, they don’t have the right mail box keys. I have opened the case, sent multiple emails but no on has responded yet. I don’t understand how we got the keys that are not for the house. Still waiting to hear back. I wasn’t expecting this from a new house. Earlier, we had issues with bathroom showers and kitchen electrical outlets

They have a great team work authority and lots of people to help with questions along the way.

Over all my experience was great for a first time buyer

My experience with purchasing a home from Lennar was mixed, marked by both disappointment and satisfaction across two attempts. Initially, our enthusiasm was dampened when, due to an oversight in lot size calculations, we learned that our chosen design could not be constructed on our selected lot. Despite this setback, we decided to give Lennar another chance, drawn by their desirable locations. The second attempt was notably smoother, with the construction process concluding on schedule. However, the closing process was cumbersome, requiring constant vigilance on my part to ensure deadlines were met and essential inspections and walk-throughs were arranged. This experience underscored that prospective buyers should not expect a guided, hands-on approach from Lennar throughout the buying process. Post-move-in, several craftsmanship issues became apparent. These ranged from minor annoyances, like upside-down electrical outlets and inconsistent paint coverage, to more significant concerns. Notably, the conduit for internet cabling was obstructed, necessitating an unsightly workaround by our internet provider, and initial plumbing issues were discovered, including clogged shower drains and reduced water pressure on the second floor. Investigations revealed construction debris within the plumbing, suggesting a careless attitude toward construction best practices and environmental considerations. Additionally, the response from the plumbing contractor to our concerns was dismissively humorous, rather than professional or constructive. These experiences indicate a prioritization of speed over quality and attention to detail in Lennar's construction process. While I recognize the efficiency of their operations and the appeal of their locations, I advise potential buyers, particularly those without prior homebuying experience or a knowledgeable advisor, to proceed with caution. Engaging an independent inspector during the buying process could mitigate some risks and ensure a more satisfactory outcome. In conclusion, while Lennar successfully delivers on its promises of prime locations and timely construction, the post-purchase experience may fall short for those expecting thoroughness and quality craftsmanship. Foreman and crews changed constantly can be an issue for lack of communication and mistakes. This is still a work in progress so we will leave it at that for now. Every person I worked with in the process from sales to construction to closing was a professional doing the best they could in this environment.

I was disappointed with the quality the paint job was horrible no insulation above the garage Don't expect the best quality just being honest

We love our neighborhood and those that live near us. It's quiet and quite lovely.

It's been a great experience for us, from the customer service. from the front office to the Mortgage team everyone was great. Jackie at the front office was amazing and Renee and Lori from the Loan prep team. We love the area and the surroundings.

All in all the experience was good. Found a few minor details but nothing major. Maybe a little disappointed in the quality of the appliances. The range does not have a self cleaning option and no icemaker in the refrigerator. Also had to change out the shower head in the master bathroom due to very weak water pressure. Other than those small issues I am very pleased with my home.

Quality issues with final product are my primary concern!

You cannot know it, unless you experience it. Great staff, easy process, lots of assistance to help you get what you want, when and where you want it.

Unfortunately we are still waiting for the original punch list to be completed well after a month of us closing on our home. Many items that needed to be addressed were never completed. The new home on the day of closing was filthy inside and the driveway was very muddy.

Before closing house was not deeply cleaned. Issues with land scaping. Rain water damaged the backyard two times. Not sure about the future. They did not give any sample of colors.

Community in prime location. But, sales experience is not that much good. And the construction is as minimal. As it concerns on quality.

As a first time buyer my experience was really good.

Overall Lennar is a decent home builder, but there is room for improvements. Especially in quality of workmanship where it’s lacking attention to details.

Not happy with all the investors that bought here and turned them into rentals. Did not buy a place to live in a rental community, would have bought somewhere else.

Have not gotten a respose from John the "customer care" rep after 3 business days. We own a concrete company and know how far communication can go.

Have problems dealing with a computer. Would prefer talking to someone. Am old person not fluent in computers!!!

Much of the exterior paint "touch up" is the wrong color. Looks bad.

I thought the team overall did a good job. I am not super impressed with the construction process. They did everyhting so fast and somewhat sloppy. It all turned out okay, but slowing down and paying more attention to details should be emphasized to the trades. Especially drywall and carpet. More otions would be nice also.

I really love my home...but there are a few issues I need to have addressed. I have so much paperwork I can't even begin to find phone numbers to reach out to the proper channels. I love the fact that I have a warranty on my home and that I can reach out to fix some issues I'm having.
