From start to finish the experience we have had with Lennar has been great both with the sales team and construction. When we visited in June Todd did a great job providing the information we were looking for and resulted in us deciding to build a home in TAMMs Farm. Don was very informative through out the building process providing us updates on the home, Edgar did a great job on the final walk and making sure all last minutes fixes on the house were done, and Steve has been great assisting with any questions we have had about the home once moving. In the future would use Lennar again!

From the beginning of our home search to the very end every step was simple and not stressful at all. Hats off to the ENTIRE Lennar team that helped to make homebuying possible for me and my family! Your teamwork was outstanding and highly recommended by us. Keep up the good work!

Our Lennar real estate agent was Nicole . She was an excellent customer representative for Lennar . She was extremely knowledgeable about all the aspects of the building process. She made the complete home building and the purchase of our new home and enjoyable experience. The one negative experience that I have is with the manager of the HOA in the Medley section where we purchased. . Her name is Jessica and I have never encountered a person in the role of a property manager that doesn’t return phone calls or emails that she decides are not worth responding to . I had to report her to the upper management of Lennar builders to get a response from her . I don’t know who she knows that helped her get her position but they didn’t do Lennar builders any favors. The whole buying process from initial visit to walk through then closing was seamless. Very happy with responsiveness of Lennar representatives.

Loved the entire home buying process with Lennar.

You're not going to belive this, but ten minutes before receiving the invitation to share my experience with Lennar, I was texting my siblings about the opportunity of buying a Lennar Home. Good price, excellent pre, during and post service. I LOVE MY NEW HOME!

Great service no complaints whatsoever

I have purchased new homes from every known brand builder . I must say this has been a wonderful experience in the home any any very minor items that may come up. Sales and construction has been so responsive and kind. I highly recommend Lennar way surpasses other builders in their customer care.

My experience was good when dealing with Lennar and their personnel. Kathy, the realtor, was fantastic along with Ryan, the construction manager. Nick, the warranty POC, has been great in the couple of minor warranty issues I have had. My only complaint is whomever they are paying to do the cleaning before the move in does not do a very good job. The amount of sheetrock dust residue left over has been overwhelming to clean.

We had a wonderful experience with the salesman, loan manager, and contractor/builder. They all displayed a high level of professionalism and expertise in their respective fields. They patiently listened to our concerns and queries and provided us with comprehensive answers to the best of their ability. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed which made our home-buying experience less stressful than previously with other companies.
