The quality of fittings and appliances could be much better. Master shower has a design defect that should have been caught.

Leak in basement in August 2021. Hope to get it fixed by 2022. Also the vent makes a clanking noise. Dishwasher very loud when running. Positive note the salesperson was great and is still very helpful.

I was impressed with all of the homes I saw. The staging of the homes made you interested in purchasing. I am happy that the builder included all of the appliances in the purchase of the home. I pretty much got everything that I wanted.

We like the house models in Lennar and they use to response very quickly. We are enjoying the new home , please provide better quality

Great experience until closing, the people that deliver the house to me was terrible unwilling to help with the issues detected at closing

Overall, this is a good home buying experience

We find all of the personnel to be straight forward and service oriented. COVID has made it hard to get "quality subs" many lack depth of experience to do their trade.

We really enjoyed working with Joe. He was the real face of Lennar for us. Always took the time to explain things and respond to calls and texts in a reasonable amount of time. I would work with Joe again and refer him to friends and family who are looking for a home!

Overall, I’m happy with my purchase of a townhome built by Lennar. However, the drywall and paint work done throughout the house is not stellar. It’s clear to see they were both rushed jobs. The paint used is not of high quality and, as a result, makes it very difficult to blend and match up perfectly when trying to fix imperfections. (This was confirmed by another professional painting company.) Several of the switch plates are crooked but my home inspector told me that, unfortunately, is something that could not be fixed without replacing the drywall completely. I was lucky enough to choose my kitchen countertops, cabinet colors, and floors before construction began. I do wish there were more options to customize things like fixtures. There were some speed bumps along the way, such as the keys I received at my closing did not work so I was unable to access my new home until the following Monday as it required a locksmith to come out and replace the deadbolts, etc. I like the design of the home and the neighborhood. Very pleased with service from construction manager., Mitch. He was always available to answer questions and assist. Disappointed with sales representative. The day we signed agreement to buy house was the last time we heard from Patty.

However, I feel like no one wanted to take responsibility for some of the issues that I was experiencing with my new home. Easily and quickly put it off on the development/management company that the house is associated with. Frustrating! I will say that I love my new home and I will work through the issues on my own which unfortunately will have to come out of my pocket because the management company believes that it is Lennar's responsibility per the warranty. I am stuck in the middle!

Love the experience of buying a home. I enjoyed most of the process. There were times at which it was stressful and chaotic but I didn’t plan on buying a home during a pandemic, either. Appreciative of what Lennar offers.

Well designed floor plans. Keeps buyer well informed on progress. Initially very responsive to issues, but drifts to mediocre after six weeks. Work force appears to have incentives to build quickly, not well. Do-overs typically done by different entities so no one accountable. Cheapest grade HVAC, water heater, and appliances.

Good purchase! Still waiting on some things to be taken care of-

Overall, I am happy with the home. I like the floor plan and it works for me very well. Some things that I would note is that there were things that would have been nice to add, window screens, back door, medicine cabinets, entrance closet, and full grass coverage of back yard. Otherwise my buying experience was good.
