The process was very long and tedious. If it were not for Christina Z and Jonathon C, guiding me through the process I may have not gone through with the purchase. If you are looking for a Lennar home, you would be extremely lucky to have Christina Z, she is outstanding.

sales agent and customer service are great! Quality of workmanship is poor. Found too many issues during walk through and most are not fixed before closing. Now a few months after closing and many issues are still not addressed.

I would suggest you do not go to settlement unless all items are pending are complete. We had a heard time geting very minor things completed when we were told they will be complete on closing day! It will be nice to install bathroom door and leave space where mats can fit in. All doors are made so close to floor , you cannot use bathroom mats which is a safety hazard!

We are glad we purchased this home. The overall quality for the price point of the home was what we expected. We would have liked to be able to pick some finishes and made minor adjustments but were denied. We wanted an outlet in the floor of the living area and told no as an example. On final closing the home had not been cleaned and a long list of final touch up things were not done. Even after closing and being assured a cleaning crew was on the way, it still wasn't cleaned. Love the home. The people that I have been in contact have been very nice. The people that have come in and done Repairs have been very professional and have done a nice job. However, I have been disappointed with the amount of things that have been needed for the home. Many missing items and many things that needed to be repaired. I have built two homes before this one and they only needed a fraction of the things that I have needed so far. Susan gets all the work done for us. She has been Great! Lennar constuction should have had all these issues done before we moved in. Been here 7 weeks and still getting problems resolved.

Decent but abundant cost cutting is obvious

Reasonable home but numerous areas where cost cutting over quality is obvious. Flooring in particular is awful. Supposedly engineered wood, but the "wood" veneer is extremely thin and fragile, with nicks and scratches evident and no way to repair them easily. Finish on floor is truly terrible. Appliances work but are entry level units in a place that is not entry level price. Insufficient sound absorption material under the "wood" floors allows us to hear the upstairs residents walking around, moving chairs and even talking loudly. The field person are great: sales representative, customer service rep., construction manager, title company service. The quality of the house is just average. The process of buying the Home was well documented and good. Workmanship: Overall, it is good, with some issues here and there; nonetheless, the response to issues has been good. The Sun Panels are not placed in the ideal location to maximize energy harvesting on my property. Neighboring property shadow fails over panel starting from 6 PM. Being in the construction field of work, I’ve heard plenty of things about Lennar and a majority of big name builders. As well as knowing other Lennar home owners. Needless to say, my expectations were not too high. I went into this whole process with caution and with plenty of questions and concerns. I was surprised at how easy it was to purchase my home even without a realtor. I had no trouble getting my questions answered promptly. I believe some of the basic reviews were missed by review team. Even after identifying several issues during the walkthrough, some of them had not been fixed appropriate. Otherwise, entire sales process was fantastic.

Would not recommend a loan through Lennar

Loan officer was unresponsive, unhelpful, and didn't seem to know his job very well. After sell, he wouldn't respond anymore. Post settlement, my loan was immediately sold off, even though I paid it off in 3 weeks, it's taken me over a month to get it finalized, and still working on closing it out. Calling the mortgage number will guarantee you a 30-45min wait time every time. Other issues: House shown had more features than house purchased, master shower didn't even have a door in purchased home. My wife and me are entering our 2nd month of ownership and I can only give 3 stars for overall satisfaction. I feel the title I've given this post is correct. First, Lennar's advertising for their homes is very misleading. The Web Site claims you get everything you need at move-in You Do Not. Not to give anything away but I paid over $270 thousand for our home and It Did Not even come with towel racks in the bathrooms nor did it come with lighting over the vanities. My experience has been overall positive and I’m happy with my home. I’ve had other builder experiences with past homes and Lennar has been above those. They strive to ensure you’re happy and I was impressed with my closing to an extent. They made some minor adjustments day of closing to my cabinet that was too low for my fridge. We have issues with the way the contractors did the work. Lennar evidently did not monitor the contractors to make sure that the job was done to a high standard. We had several obvious problems that could have been prevented with adeuate quality control

We felt that the construction was rushed to finish the building and several things were left undone. We closed on May 12. It is now June 27 and we still do not have a dumpster. Brian and Chris were good at responding to our concerns and customer service Joe helped us out a lot as far as getting things fixed that should have been done in the first place. Again, the quality control that Lennar practices with the contractors is sorely lacking and needs to be improved to assure that Lennar will turn out a high quality product.

I love my villa but very disappointed in the quality of work. To get things fixed takes forever I would say make sure you check every thing in your place before you sign on the dotted line.

Overall the homebuying was ok. The final walkthrough was a bit unorganized as there were some things that were not quality work and expected much more from buying a new build. I’ve had several other issues that I’ve had to submit warranty claims. They are responsive but it seems to be challenging to get the work done. Buyers just beware that it is not an overly smooth process.
